Jessica had assumed, even as powerful as Jae was, it would take him until Monday to get Seung out but it took minutes. In minutes, the cell door was opened and Seung was let out with a bow.  The small steps she took towards Jae and Joon sitting by the arresting officer was a clear indication of the amount of trouble that was waiting for her.  

“ You are in big trouble,” Sungi whispered as Seung moved closer to him and stood by his side.  She knew the punishment waiting for her at home was gonna be unlike any other but that wasn’t what the evident nervousness was all about. 

“ here is all her paperwork. we can fax”  before the arresting officer finished Jae took the file and handed it to join 

“ Thank you so much “ Joon gave the officer a smile  

“ Anything else? Jae asked as he gave the female officer, making googly eyes at him, a small smile which will be something she will talk about for weeks. His small dimple and beautiful eyes were known to do things to women and Jae still had it as sungi made out the weirdly shy way the female officer reacted to Jae’s fake smile. 

“ Ohh her Id and her bag “ The officer knew who to give it this time as he slid both teams towards Joon. Joon turning his body to Seung gave her a look and she knew to walk and slowly picked up her stuff. She had tried to steal a look at Jae who had kept his unreadable eyes at the arresting officer. 

“Don’t worry too much. he will not let you drive again that’s probably all you get” witnessing her horrifyingly worried and scared look on seung’s face, sungi whispered. 

“ Thank you so much for everything '' Jae extended his leather-gloved hand towards the officer who gave him a firm shake and that was it. Just as cool as they walked in, the neatly suited men walked out of the station. Jae and Joon leading the way, they were followed by sungi and Seung 

“ What about the lawyers . . .” 

“ NO’ Seung shouted at the officer before he finished his sentence 

“ What is that about?” Sungi asked as even Jae and Joon turned towards the officer. Jae’s piercing eyes scaring even the other officers, they all glared at the arresting officer 

“ nothing. have a good night’ he gave a small bow. He would rather keep his mouth shut than had to deal with men like them. 

“ Mrs. Kim is going to kill you” Sungi spoke out as they started heading to the parking lot. The girl who didn't seem like she was listening to him was busy staring at the dark window in the office by the corner.

“ she has picked up some twigs to beat you with “ Sungi added  

“ is that where they interrogate you, “ he said pointing at the window and room she was staring at. It did look like something major happened in that room as she has been religiously staring at it since they stepped out of the station.

“ Seung. " he clapped his hands in front of her eyes, which  finally got her attention 

“ What did they do to you there? He pointed to the room again as he started smiling imagining how silly it would have been to interrogate her but his smiles dispersed as he caught the small tears rolling down her cheeks as she slowly moved her tear-filled eyes from the window she has been staring at Jae who, pulling out a cigarette, stood with his back against the car. Seung couldn't tell if it was fortunate or not that their cars were parked right in front of the darkroom Hyeon and Jessica ran into as the female officer yelled “Oh they are here”. 

The confused Seung and Jessica had kept their startled eye on Hyeon as she, without even thinking about it, grabbed Jessica and ran to the room at the corner. The lights they decided to not turn on kept the room dark enough not to see anything from outside. 

with a clear view of the outside, his long overcoat was the first thing they both caught as Jessica followed Hyeon's slow steps towards the window and set her eyes on the men walking down the steps. “Huh” Jessica couldn’t help but smirk at how out of the ordinary the men looked. His black overcoat flying left and right opened up to showcase the dark blue suit he had on, Jae looked as expensive as he always did. His right hand sliding out his pocket brushed his hair behind his ear. His well-defined jawline was as defined as ever as even Jessica, even in the dark night could notice every feature of his face. 

Everything seemed like it was happening in slow motion., even for her.

The two freckles by his right dimples first, Jessica followed his well-defined cheekbone to his dark eyes that were focused on the steps he was taking. His right hand brushing his hair behind his hair again exposed a slight bit of his neck that was covered by the coat he had on. She really had forgotten how insanely handsome this man was. Joon next to him suited up just like his boss was busy typing on his phone.
