Chqpter 71

“So how are you feeling?” Heechul voice reached Jaejoong’s ear as he walked around his bedroom with small step, it still hurt but just bearable enough for him to walk  around for five minutes or so. It has been three day he needed to be able to move, take care of his children, he hadn’t thought of the baby he was supposedly was carrying. He didn’t look it, didn’t feel it he denied himself any right to have this child. He killed it.... He had told himself there was no way a baby could have survive what he  had just gone through.He remember awaking yesterday hearing Yunho shouting at the hope of his lungs from downstairs he could tell Yunho was angry, angry about what and then he found the information in Yunho’s head. But Jaejoong couldn't blame him

“Why didn’t you tell me?”

“He said you wouldn’t allow him to go along with the plan.” Heechul answered

“To right I wouldn’t, did all of you know what this?”

Yunho stop shouting at my parents and Heechul, I asked them not to tell you, so if you want to blame someone, blame me. I put this child in endanger, not them.

It went quiet within second, before Jaejoong could hear Yunho on the stairs making his way to him, Jaejoong sat up as best he could considering he’s injured. Waiting for the door to open, Yunho wasn’t happy, Jaejoong knew he wouldn't be, what else could he do? He sat at the side of the bed not even looking at him.

“It’s my fault.” Yunho stated. Jaejoong looked at him with confusion.

“Yunho…”

“I did this to you again.” Yunho told him, “I’m selfish.”

“Yunho…”

“I’m serious.”

“Stop it now, I choose this so stop.” Jaejoong told him, “It was my plan, it’s probably not even there anymore.” It wasn’t then until Yunho really looked at him with a sad look.

“Do you even know how long you were?” Yunho asked, “You look really thin you balloon out when you had Changmin and the twins, I only saw you after they were born but I’m sure it could be same.

“You do the maths.” Jaejoong told him, “You’re the one who thought it would be a great idea to erase my memory.” Jaejoong was only trying to lighten the mood but it seemed to have the opposite effect. “Yunho…” Jaejoong reached out his hand for Yunho, “Yunho please… look at me…” Yunho didn’t turn.

I SAID LOOK AT ME…

This time he did, Jaejoong spoke to him for a good hour before Yunho went down and apologise for his antic. It was understandable, it wasn’t long until Yunho returned with the three younger boys for Jaejoong as he requested. Jaejoong love the interaction the boys shared. Though one little boy that had a really bad habit of biting anything insight, and it wasn’t either the ones with fangs, Jaejoong figured he was teething. Jaejoong wanted to spend a little time with them, just making sure they were safe and happy. They were happier to be all together. Jaejoong dread the day, the day when the boys were old enough to fight over the same toy does days where numbers the boys were already begging to test their feet. Walking their next step. Jaejoong did not try to convince himself if the baby was gone he couldn’t dwell on it… as he still had four boys to contend with, he refused to break down… or would he? He had come too far to let this faze him as much as it was hurting. But it seemed to be hitting Yunho harder than Jaejoong, but he was trying not to think of the baby.

“Considering what happen, okay I suppose.” Jaejoong answered as he continued to pace, it hurt but he had to keep moving.  Heechul watched him closely.

“Jae…”

“Don’t ask about it…”

Heechul could see it was eating him inside he approached Jaejoong “What?” Heechul grabbed his arm, Jaejoong wasn’t sure he was doing. He didn’t answer, he just left with out a word but  as soon as he did another visit enter the room, “You’re supposed to be resting.” Yunho forced him back onto the bed. He sat with Jaejoong for a while no words shared until Jaejoong fell back asleep.

Each day Jaejoong got stronger, his stomach grew out even just a tiny bit. Jaejoong didn’t think about it, or maybe he did praying for a miracle but if he spoke to anyone about it, it was all the negative, the baby is dead. They were all cautious of Jaejoong, watching him, he would play with each of the boys giving their mommy time separately and together, teaching them. He was glad him being in the house didn’t affect Key, Changmin or Heechul’s boys. Jaejoong had talked to them a few times, he felt one was still scared to open up. Heechul had told him about him. Jaejoong felt he needed to be around to see a didn’t form of living. He got the babysitting for him, except he sometime kept Taemin with him just in case, but over time they seemed to be doing well. He was still different but Jaejoong figure it was probably up to Taemin what he wanted to be. He looked at his son. “You’re really like me, aren’t you?” Time passed by quickly though, someday where a lot harder that other. Especially when the boys got older, louder and more boyish and their cries, Jaejoong couldn’t forget it… it was like tugawar between the boys. Someday they throw a tantrum it took everything Yunho and Jaejoong to settle them. Someday Changmin even opted to stay somewhere else just to get some sleep… Jaejoong’s parents decided they wanted to stay close by.
