“Where’s Henry?” She thought, looking for the man that she failed to see when all of the artists sang the ending song. She looked everywhere but she didn’t see Henry. She even asked some of the artists if they him. They didn’t notice him either.

As the song ended, everyone was out of sight since the spotlights were turned off already, and everyone was at the backstage.

Amber continued on her search of her missing violin boy. She was drying her soaked-in-rain hair with a towel.

The lights were still turned off, all they could hear was the sound of the piano and they thought it was some background music, and continued leaving, audience were already too busy to leave the area, and the SME idols and staff were preoccupied with the things they were doing backstage.  

“Amber, I left something on stage. Would you mind, getting it for me? My legs hurt so badly in these heels.” Krystal told the older member of f(x). Amber couldn’t say no to f(x)’s princess.

“Where?” Amber asked. “Oh, I see it.” Krystal pointed at the middle of the stage. “There it is.”

“You left it in the middle of the stage.” Amber laughed.

“It is the bracelet each of us has.” Krystal reasoned. “So please, go get it for me. Please.” The youngest member of f(x) was ever so persistent for Amber to get the said bracelet.

Amber was busy fixing her hair and went towards the middle of the stage and smiled at the few people from the audience that noticed her looking for something that she thought was just a prank that she fell for. She even waved at them. “Thanks for watching.”

When the spotlight was focused on Amber, the light was too bright that it blinded her and couldn’t see what was actually happening behind her. Every idol gathered around to witness what was about to happen.

Amber could hear the audience gasping in amazement as one by one the spotlights were and were focused on her.

“What’s going on?” She said to herself, still with a smile on her face since the audience was looking at her. She immediately fixed her outfit and her messy wet hair.

A familiar voice sang out of the blue, a particular voice that Amber would never fail to recognize.

The singing man then appeared, walking towards the now ever so shy Amber. She didn’t know what to do at that moment. All eyes are here but what make her unease at the moment was that she knew who was singing and the person was looking at her right now.

The singer stood inches from Amber, smiling at her. What was happening between the two was now shown on the huge screens behind them.

The idols and the audience cheered and that didn’t help Amber at all as she looked at the man singing a certain English song.

He pointed at her, his smile never faded the moment he started singing the chorus to her. Everyone could see how happy he was at that moment.

His hand now on her cheek and his thumb touched her lips. She could see his eyes fixated on her lips. He saw her cheeks turned crimson and she rarely let herself be seen blushing on public.

As he said the last word, their eyes met again. And could Amber could see the sparkle in his eyes, and could hear the sincerity of his words. They looked at each other with smirks on their faces.

As he sang the lines, they both laughed upon mentioning the word mine as it reminded them the moment that the fans knew about Henry little tantrum on twitter simply because he can’t hide the fact that he was jealous of Donghae calling Amber, my Amber, when Henry should the one calling her that.

Henry held Amber’s hand as the people watching cheered for the couple. “Henber, Henber, Henber” They said repeatedly.

Henry could feel the Amber’s grip on his hand tightened, as she bit her lower lip. He never saw Amber this shy around him.

Henry pointed at the screens and showed Amber who he could only see at that. People could see how Henry looked at Amber.  All his attention was only at the girl that he was singing this beautiful song to. The two never minded the fact that they now soaked in rain.

SME idols showed up on stage and sang the chorus with Henry.

Amber even saw their friends that weren’t even part of SME singing along with other idols. Henry pointed at them.

He sang that line to her and meant every word. She’s all he ever wanted. And he wanted to show everyone how in love he is with his “best friend”.

Amber then pulled his hand closer to her as she sang the chorus while he held the microphone for her. She already memorized the lyrics.

His other hand touched her cheek again and Amber smiled at him as she continued to sing.

Now she finally called him mine for everyone to hear. She even sang it to him like he did a while ago.

She started to tear up so he hugged her, as she can’t stop herself from crying, wrapping her arms around him.

He sang the last lines, and cupped her face. And the screens showed the two sharing a kiss.

The audience and the other idols cheered their names louder than they did before as they continued what they were doing, never minded anyone around them.
