"What?" Luna wanted to know what was so stupid this afternoon. “Actually more like Who” She corrected her friend. “Okay. Who?” "Who else." "Oh. Your Henhen." Luna removed her coat and dropped her bag on the sofa.
"Henhen?” She laughed again. “You even said he is mine." "Who else, Amber. And he is. Everyone knows that." "And yes, he is but that is not what matters now. His name consists of five letters. Five. And whatever you called him has six." "Fine. Your Hen."
"Have you ever heard me call him Hen?" Amber fixed her hair then removed her eyeglasses for her to clean the lenses with the use of her shirt. "I haven't." "You won’t because I don't.” She wore her glasses. “And I don't want to call him Hen or Henhen anytime soon either. I would rather call him Stupid Snoopy, or simply, Snoopy or Violin Boy.” “But those nicknames have more than five letters and you said awhile ago--” “That reason applies only to nicknames that actually came from his name.”
“What is wrong with calling him Hen, Henhen or RyRy?” She still couldn’t understand what the reason Amber told her. “Really? Ryry? Think of better nicknames, Sunyoung. I am not that lazy and it is more fun thinking of other nicknames to call him.”
“What if one day, he calls you Am.” “He won’t.” “You are that sure.” “Yup.” “How come?” “Same reason. My name has five letters. He is lazy but he is not that lazy to just call me Am or Ber. He already came up with few nicknames for me. And more to come. Trust me.”
“Oh.” Luna nodded, thinking. “Finally you get what I am trying to tell you.” “Whatever floats your boat.” “When did you learn that? Who taught you that?” “I read books, Amber. And watch US and UK films and series.” “So you are the one who took my DVDs without even asking me.” “No. Henry did then Jinri and I borrowed them. You are too busy these past weeks anyways. And I know you know about his ‘half , about to sleep’ picture.”
“What are you talking about?” “Don’t deny it, Amber. Even if you don’t use other online account, you always find ways to know whatever he posted. I know you visit a website run by his fans. You also know their SNS accounts. For sure, you saved the the picture.” “No.” “And looking at your trash bin, you ate burger and fries and drank soda again even if you have sworn you will try to avoid ordering them.” “I said I will try.” “But you failed and it is because of Henry and what he posted online.”
“How come you know about what he posts online?” “Because that what you are doing when I arrived here and I looked at the screen of your laptop as we were talking. So, I’ll get myself a glass of orange juice and make myself a sandwich even if I am a guest here and let you continue what you are doing.” Luna walked towards the refrigerator, “And I will make you another sandwich.” Her hand on the handle, smiling at Amber.
