Nako closed her book and sighed. She yawned and stretched her tiny arms before looking at the right side of her desk. Hitomi, her younger sister, was sleeping peacefully.

Nako smile when she saw how proper her sister was even when she was asleep. She turned off her desk lamp and went over her sister's bed before planting a good night kiss. Satisfied with a smile on Hitomi's face, Nako carefully open the door and went to the other room.

It was already dark, only the night lamp luminated the room. She first went to Wonyoung's bed, that still has a protection on the bedside. Wonyoung was sleeping while her thumb. Remembering what her mommy said, Nako carefully pulled Wonyoung's thumb out of her tiny mouth. She fixed her blanket and give her a goodnight kiss. She turned her head to the other bed and sighed.

Yujin was probably the most chaotic kids out of her siblings. But without her, it will be too... quiet. Nako still remember the day when they almost lost her, and it will always be her biggest trauma. That's why she was way more protective to Yujin than her other sisters.

Without anyone knowing, she still blamed herself over what happens. Her parents might be calling their aunt Hyewon secretly, but Nako knows she was always come over to check on her condition. And just like many other nights, Yujin was always be the last sibling that got a goodnight kiss from her. It's not that Nako was playing favorite, but there is something that Nako always said to Yujin before she leave the room.

"Unnie is sorry."

Nako then turned off the night lamp before goint out from the room silently. Unlike any other night, Nako didn't went back to her room. Instead, she went upstairs to her parents room. She will only do this once in a year, a night before her birthday. She check on the clock before knocked the door softly.

"Come in."

Nako opened the door and being welcome by the sight of her mommy at the vanity table, getting ready to sleep, and her mama who was engrossed with her handheld game. Nako closed the door and went to her mommy's side.

"Ready to sleep?"

This is the only time where Nako can be the only child of her parents. And secretly one of her favorite things to do, but her mama doesn't have to know that.

Sakura already put her handheld game on the bedside, smiling at Nako who climbed up to bed. Sakura patted the pillow in the middle, making sure it was comfortable for her to sleep on. 

"The pillow is ready for you, princess."

Nako grinned and make her way to her mama's side. This is the only rare moment of her to be clingy at Sakura. As she was lot more closer to Sakura since she was a kid, Nako felt like she had to be fair and not to take over the attention of her parents from her younger siblings. That's why, all her siblings are oblivious with this little tradition of hers.

Eunbi walk over the bed and turned off the lamp before joining her wife and Nako cuddles. Nako always loved her parents cuddles. She used to be so jealous over Hitomi who got her parents cuddles before. But now, she has this time for herself to get all the attention from her parents, just like the old times.

"Are you excited for tomorrow?"

Nako closed her eyes with the touch of her mommy who caressed hee hair softly. She grinned widely.

"I am! We're planning to go to this Pizza place tomorrow to celebrate my birthday! And Mikurin said, they all gonna bring presents for me!"

Sakura patted her stomach softly.

"Don't be too full though. Remember, we too, had a party foe you."

Nako laughed when Sakura starts tickled her stomach. Eunbi just watched over them fondly. Out of breath because of the laughter and the attacks, Nako yawned.

"Okay, time to bed for real now kiddo."

Nako hummed, with her eyes already closed. All her energy was drained because of the tickle attacks from her mama. She went to her monmy's side and snuggled closer to her. Nako always loved her mommy's smell and just her presence. It comforts her. 

"Good night, baby. And happy birthday, our sweet love."

Nako smile when she felt a kiss on her forehead. Another kiss on the top of her head, probably from her mama before she got sandwiched between her parents. Not that she complains.

"Hood night kiddo. Happy birthday. And thank you for coming into our life."

A smile plastered on her face.
