yuna and jeong il-woo was on the operating room of the hospital her family still haven't known that yuna became unconscious or fainted during hte procedure and dr.ahn tried his best to wake her up yuna wasn't responding

"call her family quick and told them what's going on" dr.ahn said in english and the nurse went to yuna's family

"auntie im here i heard it's yuna's transpalnt today?so how is she?" yoochun asked yuna's omma

'what are you doing here yoochun?' yuna's omma asked him

"im on my vacation auntie and last night woo-woo called me and informed me that it was yuna's transplant today" yoochun said

'ow yeah it is,there are in the operating room now,il-woo will go first then yuna" yuna's omma said waiting inside yuna's room and while they are talking a nurse came to the room

'your ms.kim family rigth?'the nurse asked in english

"yes we are why?is there any problem?' yuna's harabeoji said in english

"yes there is ms.kim fainted during the transpant and she's still unconscious the doctor are trying to wake her up but she's not cooperating" the nurse said and they all looked at the nurse with a scared look and yoochun dialled his phone

"yoboseyo?" sungmin asked

"yoboseyo sungmin ah! pls pray for yuna" yoochun said

"where praying for her right now,why is there any problem?" sungmin asked because he can feel the nervousness of yoochun even though he is on phone

"yes there is,yuna fainted earlier during the start of her transplant and she still unconscious right now" yoochun said and he can felt the nervousness in his voice

"what did you said?yuna fainted during her transplant?" sungmin said with a panicked expression and all looked at him

"what happened?" the others asked him

"yoochun said that noona fainted during the transplant and they can't wake her up" sungmin said and all looked at each other and tears flow from everybody's eyes.

"oh my God pls help her,dont let noona die" kyuhyun said

"this can't be true,gave me the phone" heechul said and grab the phone from sungmin and talked to yoochun and he can heard that yoochun was running

"hello,what's happening?" heechul asked while tears flow from his eyes and everybody else was crying too

"were on our way to the operating room to see if yuna was awake" yoochun said

and when they arrived at the waiting room of the opearting room they can through the window that dr.ahn was doing CPR to yuna to regain her conciousness while jeonmg il-woo was asleep.

"pls wake up yuna ah! dont do this to us!" dr.ahn said trying to regain yuna's consciousness but yuna wasn't waking up and her heart rate started to become weak and dr.ahn got nervous

and when yoochun saw it he accidentaly drop his phone and started crying and heechul can heard cries on the other line pf the phone that make him more nervous and worried about yuna and he dropped sungmins phone and went to his room with a scared look on his face.

"YUNA!!!!!!!!"yochun said

"yuna pls dont leave us!!!!" yuna's omma said while crying and started praying

"pls help yuna and save her from this thing and help her overcome the transplant and cured her" yoochun prayed

"this isn't happening" heechul said as he runs to his room and lock himself inside and cry while the others are still shocked on what they heard and leeteuk pcik up yuna's phone and listen to it and he heard yoochun and yuna's family was crying and yoochun is shouting

"YUNA AH! YUN_YUN WAKE UP PLS DONT DO THIS DONT LEAVE US!!!!" yoochun shout while crying and leeteuk heard it and started crying

"guys let us pray for yuna" leeteuk said and hanged up the phone and all of them started praying that was lead by siwon while they are praying heechul was crying in his room.

"yuna ah! you said youm wouldn't leave me,pls be safe,wake up" heechul said while looking unto the picture of yuna in his room and he heard that everybody was praying outside so he went to his bookshelf and looked for something and found the BIBLE that siwon gave him few years ago he dusted the BIBLE and sit on his bed and hugged it.

"I Know Lord im a sinner and i dont believe on you but pls, just for this moment listen to my prayer,heal my girlfriend and wake her up and pls help her to overcome her transplant and save her and let her be cured" heechul said

while hugging the Bible with yuna picture on top it and a tear fell on the Bible and at that moment a strong wind blews from his room,and in the living room which was felt by the others,in the waiting room of the hospital which was felt by yoochun's and yuna's family and into the operating room a wind blews which was felt by everybody inside there.

and dr.ahn stop what he was doing because of what he felt and for that exact moment yuna suddenly breath and open her eyes and dr.ahn saw it and couldn't believe what he see because earlier he saw that yuna's heart rate stop and when the wind blew yuna's opened her eyes.

"oh my God,thank you Lord!" dr.ahn said and check up yuna

"yuna ah! are you okey?if your okey blink your eyes okey?" dr,ahn said and yuna blinked her eyes

"are you sure your okey?" dr.ahn asked her and yuna blinked again and he examined yuna to see if she was still capable to go under the transplant and when he saw the result he got shocked because all of yuna's test resulted to negative and she was capable to go under transplant.

"yuna blinked twice if you still want to continue this procedure?" dr.ahn asked her and yuna blinked twice and dr.ahn smiled and continue the procedure and when yuna's family and yoochun saw that yuna opened her eyes they all got happy and started praying and thanking the Lord.

"thank you Lord for saving yuna!" yoochun said and yuna's family pray with him as well and when the super junior felt the wind that they felt earlier they become relaxed but didn't know why they felt that and all their worries are gone and also heechul felt the same thing.

6 hrs had passed when yuna woke up and yuna was still under her transplant and yoochun forgot about his phone and they all waited for yuna's transplant to got finished and after that the transplant was done yuna and jeong il-woo was sent to their respective rooms and they have given the siblings a time to rest.

"hi there,dr.ahn how's my children been doing?" yuna's omma asked dr.ahn

"they're fine now,just gave them time to rest and they need it and for sure after few days they will go be back just like before but yuna still needs to be here at the hospital for about a year or so, so that we can monitor her progress" dr,ahn said

"okey dr.ahn" yuna's omma said because of their busy schedules they haven't informed the super junior members about what happened to yuna and all the members got worried specially heechul.
