it's been a month since yuna was brought to the US for better treatment of her leukemia and all those month she can't stop her self thinking about heechul and the others.

"noona?" jeong il-woo said as he entered her room and saw her looking at the sky at her window and a tear fell from her eyes.

"i miss you heechul ah!saranghe! miss you guys!" yuna said as she looked into the sky and watch the stars with tears flowing from her eyes.

"noona are you okey?" jeong il-woo asked her while approaching her and she wiped her tears off

"im fine woo-woo ssi,i just misses heechul and the others" yuna said and look at her brother with a smile on her face

'don't worry noona i know they also misses you" jeong il-woo said as he put his arms around his sister shoulder and they watches the stars in the sky

meanwhile heechul just woke up that morning and when he woke up he went staright to his desk and look his picture with yuna and a tear fell from his eyes.

"i miss you jagiya!saranghe!!!!" heechul said

and he hugged the picture and a tear fell from his eyes after a few moments after preparing from his Public Servant duty and when he went our of the room he saw everybody eating in the dining area.

"hey hyung let's have some breakfast i made some pancakes just for you" ryeowook said while putting the pancakes on heechul's side of the table

"thanks wookie but i dont have an appetite right now" heechul said as he fixed his jacket and all looked at each other and back to him with worried face

"i think you should eat hyung,yuna doesn't want anything to happened to you" siwon said as he holds heechul shoulder

"yah hyung it's been a month since yuna has been gone and since then you sometimes skip meal and always lock yourself in your room where worried about you" sungmin said while holding his arm

'don't worry about me,im fine" heechul said

"heechul ah!can i ask you something?" leeteuk suddenly appear out on nowhere and they all looked at him

"what is it?" heechul asked him

"you really loved yuna right?" leeteuk asked him again getting closer to him

"yes i love her so much and you all know it" heechul said

"we all knew that you love her but what are you doing right now?your making your life worse your not taking care of yourself anymore if yuna will know about this for sure she will get angry at you,you know how much she loved you so pls dont let this things ruins you,she promised to be back right? so wait for her i know she will be back for you' leeteuk said

"i know she will be back but i can't help myself to think too much about her cause i loved her so much and she is my life and my everything" heechul said as tears flow from his eyes and leeteuk approach him and hugged him

"i know how much you loved her but what are you doing right now isn't right anymore,you should took care of yourself you need to be healthy so that if yuna would go back here you would take care of her and dont let her think too much about you,what if you get sick?she would worry about you and you knew that it's not good for her so pls heechul ah! take care of yourself" leeteuk said while hugging him and heechul stop crying and look at him

"i guess your right hyung,from now on i wouldn't do this and i would take care of myself so that if yuna goes back i can take care of her just like before" heechul said

and sit on the table and started eating his breakfast along with the others, while yuna and jeong il-woo are looking at the stars in the skies her door open and they saw their omma with dr.soojoong ahn.

"good evening yuna and il woo ssi" the doctor said

"good evening dr.ahn" the sibling said in unison

"hi there dear,your ucnle soojoong was here to tell you something" yuna's omma said

"what is it uncle?" yuna asked him

"well i have some news for you yuna,two days from now you will go under bone marrow transplant because all the test that you two went under result into a positive reult which means yuna will go under her transplant" dr.ahn said and yuna and jeong il-woo smiles

"wow noona that is a good news" jeong il-woo said and yuna went near the doctor and hugged him

"thank you uncle" yuna said while hugging him and thanking him for the good news

"your welcome yuna ah! so you two must rest for now so that you have strength for the upcoming transplant,and jeong il-woo ah! you will be admitted to this hospital as well for a few days so that you can easily recover" the doctor said to jeong il-woo

"thanks ucnle and sure it's okey for me as long as my sister is safe and will be cured"jeong il-woo said

"you two reminds me of your appa specially you yuna,so dont worry i will do everything i can so that you can be back to normal again" the doctor said and smile and left the room and they all bowed to him

"isn't it a great news yuna ah!?" yuna's halmeoni said

"yes halmeoni it's a great news" yuna said while smiling after that yuna's grand parents leave the hospital along with theor omma leaving the siblings together and yuna and jeong il-woo look at the stars again in the sky

"so noona are you scared?" jeong il-woo asked her and yuna look at his brother

"of course i am,cause i dont know what might happened if i can survive or not?or will it be a success or not" yuna said and jeong il-woo holds he head and put it on his shoulder

"dont worry noona i know you will be fine,you will survive and it will be successful,and i will be here for you" jeong il-woo said and yuna softened

"thanks lil bro" yuna siad

and hugged her borther and she felt asleep and jeong il-woo carry her sister in bridal style and put her in bed and brought out his phone and started calling heechul. While the members of super junior are having breakfast heechul's phone ring.

"who was calling you hyung?" donghae asked him and he looked at the caller and his eyes grew that jeong il-woo's name

"it's joeng il-woo" heechul said and all looked at him

"answered it and put in on speaker"shindong said and heechul do as told

phone conversation

"yoboseyo?" heechul said

"yoboseyo heechul ah!" jeong il-woo said

'so what made you call me?it's night there if im right you should rest now and how's yuna?' heechul said and asked him

"she's fine and she's sleeping now,she misses you and wanted me to tell you that she loved you and pls do wait for her" jeong il-woo said and all the boys started teasing him

"wow how sweet! yucks it was groose!" sungmin and kyuhyun said

"shhh can you pls be quiet" heechul said

"can you pls tell her that i love her too and i wait for her" heechul said

"okey i'll tell her and sorry for not updating you guys about her situation,i just wanted to tell you that noona will go under bone marrow transplant two days from now here in america and pls do pray for her" jeong il-woo said and when the boys heard it some got happy and some got nervous

"really?that's a great news,update us on what's happening to the both of you okey?" heechul said

"sure i will hyung,i have to go now i hae to rest for now for the transplant" jeong il-woo said and hanged up

after the pone conversation all of them look at each other while jeong il-woo looked at his noona and kissed her on the forehead and sleep on the bed beside her noona's room.

"hope yuna's tranplant would be a success" donghae said

"dont worry guys i know it will all we have to do is to pray to god and everyhting would be fine" siwon said

'yeah dont worry hyung i know everything would be fine and noona would be cured" yesung said and heechul smile

after their breakfast all went to their scheduls that day and heechul always thinks of yuna and he always looked at yuna's picture on his wallet for that two days heechul and the other kept on thinking about yuna and prayed for her complete recovery.

two days have passed since the day that the doctor told that yuna will go under bone marrow tranplant and everybody was nervous on what about to happened to yuna.

"dont worry noona everything would be fine,were always here for you" jeong il-woo said holding yuna's hand from the other bed of the room.

"thanks woo-woo ssi" yuna said smiling to her brother

"are you two ready?" dr.ahn asked and they both nodded

"good then,jeong il-woo will go to you first then to your noona" dr.ahn said and jeong il-woo nods for approval

while jeong il-woo and yuna was in the operating room for the bone transplant yuna suddenly experience diffuclty in breathing and dr.ahn saw it and went to her.

"yuna ah! yuna ah! are you okey?" dr.ahn said trying to regain yuna's consciousness but yuna didn't response so dr.ahn did a cpr to her

meanwhile in the super juniors dorm everybody was nervous on what is happening to yuna's transplant all gathered in the leaving room and prayed.

"i know im an atheist but pls listen to my prayer pls save my girl friend made her safe and let her recover from her leukemia" heechul pray for the very first time

"yuna ah! pls responds" dr.ahn said and continue to do CPR to yuna.
