The sound of the engine was getting louder by the second; Chanyeol moved the stirring wheel swiftly, and grinned widely as he checked his friends’ cars in the mirror and saw that he was way ahead of them.

Baekhyun, his closest friend who was sitting right next to him, buried himself further in his seat. He had his seat belt on and was clinging to the seat with both hands, burying his fingers in the fabric.

“I don’t wanna die, I don’t wanna die.” Baekhyun screamed out when they were about to reach a turn. Chanyeol ignored his cries and increased the speed; he then smirked teasingly at him, and turned his attention back to the road.

As they reached the turn, the smell of burning tires could be distinguished from how hard the friction between them and the ground was. The car turned with a lightning speed, and this had Baekhyun bury his face in his hands, and start squeaking louder from horror.

“WOOHHOO! DID YOU SEE THAT?! DID YOU SEE HOW I PASSED THAT?!!!” Chanyeol screamed in content and looked back at Baekhyun only to find him starring ahead, eyes opened wide in horror.

“Baek?” Chanyeol exclaimed questionably.

“FOCUS ON THE ING ROAD!!” Baekhyun shouted angrily, and Chanyeol swallowed a lump in his throat and looked back at the road, immediately obeying his orders. Even though Baekhyun was a little small, and extremely cute, he was the scariest of all his friends, but Chanyeol loved him the most.

Baekhyun was Chanyeol’s first friend; they met in kindergarten and has been together ever since. To add to that, their parents were actually old friends, so that meant that Chanyeol and Baekhyun would also see each other out of school all the time.

The sound of a phone ringing interrupted Chanyeol’s attention, he took his eyes of the road and tried to search for his phone somewhere in the back seat. When Baekhyun noticed what he was doing he smacked his head and glared at him angrily gesturing for him to focus back on the road, while he started to search for the phone for him.

“Yeah?” Baekhyun answered, and then put the call on speaker.

“~Tell that head to slowdown, Are you guys planning to get killed?~” Chanyeol rolled his eyes in an annoyed expression at Kai, the one speaking on the other line.

“I think that’s what he’s tr…” Baekhyun began in a mocking tone, but then stopped, eyes widening as he looked ahead in horror again, but this time because he noticed a light in front of them, indicating a large truck that was coming towards them.

“CHANYEOL!!!” Baekhyun shrieked, and Chanyeol’s eyes widened as well, he wasn’t expecting this at all.

“Hold on!!” Chanyeol answered back, as he struggled with the stirring wheel to try to get them out of the truck’s way. Chanyeol succeeded in diverting the car’s path away from the truck’s, but only to drive straight into a big tree at the side of the road, when the car crashed violently against the tree’s trunk, and immediately the air bags pushed open.

Everything was a complete blur; smoke filled the air surrounding both latters. Chanyeol and Baekhyun stared at the tree in shock, and then turned to stare at each other. Fortunately, they weren’t hurt anywhere, maybe a few scratches on Chanyeol’s legs, other than that, they were completely fine.

After a few seconds of silence and staring at each other, both of them stepped out of the car and closed the doors behind them. Baekhyun stayed beside the car, while Chanyeol walked to the front to see the amount of damage that was caused by the crash.

“My baby!” Chanyeol squeaked and his eyes widened as he stared at the front of the car, which was now a ball of crumbled iron. Baekhyun walked slowly to the front as well, and stood facing Chanyeol at the other side of the car. He looked at the car with a knowing expression then turned to look at Chanyeol who was panicking at the sight.

“You’re dead meat! You’re father’s gonna kill you!” Baekhyun exclaimed and smirked teasingly at Chanyeol, earning himself a glare from the now furious latter. Chanyeol opened his mouth to answer back, when the sound of a parking car near by interrupted him.

Four boys, almost the same age as Chanyeol and Baekhyun, came rushing towards the two boys, but then they all stopped as they saw that they were okay.
