May 24, Final Day of Club Recruitment & Application: PLAYING FIELD

During class, you think about all the pros and cons of joining each club which you write down on a piece of paper.

Science Club - Too weird and creepy.

                        - I don't like dissecting poor animals-- at least not while they're alive.

                        - Not really my thing to begin with.

Arts & Crafts Club - Too rebellious and seemingly underground for me.

                            - I don't really comprehend their perception of "art".

                            - I don't know anyone there.

                            - They seem too clique-ish.

Math Olympiads - Seems boring. It's like having school after school.

                          - The friendlier relationship between Kyuhyun and I would become too obvious.

                         - If Kyuhyun and I instead DO play along with the "bully-victim fighting back" theme, it would cause trouble for the other members and with the club advisor.

Fortune Telling & Magick Arts Club - That weird kid at the booth saying stuff about my aura.

                                                        - Oh, and also, I'm not a "special individual", so even if I wanted to join, I can't.

Judo Team - Youngwoon is going to be so hard on me, I just know it.

                  - I heard of a guy who just joined a judo club and during his first sparring match, he broke his collar bone.

                  - PRO: There's a panda.

                 - CON: Why is there a frikkin panda?????

Theater Club - Sungmin said they were full up already, so this is automatically out of my choices. 

Music Club - I made a new Chinese friend from Canada and he seems nice (and he's also really cute~ xD). Really good at violin.

                  - Music is always fun~

                  - I heard Jongwoon is joining this one so at least I'll have a friend I can trust there (although we're not as close as I am with the other guys).

                  - I can get better at singing!!!

                  - The members might be snobbish towards people who aren't already experts in their musicality.

Dance Club - Three of my good friends are there.

                   - Dancing is always fun too~

                   - I can get better at dancing, though I don't fully trust Heechul with his so-called ultra-secret blablabla moves.

                   - Heechul seems to be very demanding of the members.

                   - Donghae and I are currently awkward.

Student Council - Seems to be really professional and formal

                          - It will be a HUGE PLUS on my resume

                          - Siwon and Kibum are part of it~ (and so is my cheerful Wookie~)

                          - I'll be able to join another club even if I join this one.

                          - The "confidential" stuff that they've been mentioning is preeeetty interesting to me...

You take a good look at what you wrote down and cross out all the clubs you're not inclined to joining. You are left with three:

1. Student Council

2. Dance Club

3. Music Club

You feel that you might try out for the student council, but you'll still have to decide whether to choose the music club or the dance club. The bell rings and you make your way to the playing field, trying to make up your mind as you get there.

PLAYING FIELD

You take application forms from the Student Council booth, the Dance Club, and the Music Club and you run to your dorm room, hoping that the peace and quiet away from the bustling student body helps your mind unclutter.

You're going to have to make a decision.

You're pretty sure you're going to at least try out for the student council.

It wouldn't hurt to just apply for that, right? xD

However, you need to choose between the music club and the dance club.

MUSIC CLUB

DANCE CLUB
