“Perhaps…Pixie Lott?” I asked making the both of them nod. “Aigoo why didn’t unnie tell me!!! Give me a moment.” I exclaimed before I disappear into my room and got my laptop out to the living room and got on Skype, happy to see that Pixie unnie was online.

“Song baby!!!” She exclaimed as soon as she saw my face on the screen.

“Pix previously you told me you found someone to feature in the song and that the lyrics were written by them?” I asked making her nod.

“Well yeah. Why? You need another hint again?” She asked as she giggled a little.

“I think I know who they are. They are Koreans right.”

“Well they are with me right now.” I said making TOP oppa and Jiyong oppa get into the screen.

“Ah you mean Song? Yup! She wants her identity to remain a secret while I thought that since she is Korean it would be good if I could get you guys to feature in the song apart from your talents. How did you guys know each other?”

“What Pix--” I said but was cut by Jiyong oppa.

“I think we could work something out.” Jiyong oppa said making me look at him.

“You do recordings on your laptop right? Shall we?” Jiyong oppa asked as TOP oppa too came closer.

“Yah you guys are going to do the demo right here? Aigoo this is going to be a good show!” Dara unnie said.

Opening the program in my laptop, the melody was played out loud while I had the lyrics in my iPad so that the guys can go through and also come up with who to do which part. As they were sorting things out, I tried to improve the current melody I had and also since I know that it is Jiyong oppa and TOP oppa that is going to do this song, I manage to also sort of customize their parts for their voices.

“Ready?” I asked making them nod before I got everything recorded and played the melody.

It was silent as soon as we were done but following that few seconds of silence was a series of claps, which I immediately stopped since it was disturbing Hoon a little. It has been long since I’ve done any recording and even if it’s just a demo, it felt as if everything has come back to me, the days when I was staying in Korea and under YG Entertainment doing music that I like, recording with peers and all. It definitely made me miss the times and wants to get back to my old life, the life that I’ve given up for my son over here.

On top of that the song actually gives me mixed feelings and I just can’t help to wonder how small can the world be. I created this song thinking about the man right in front of me now but didn’t know that he was going to be part of the song too. And to think that Pix actually approach the oppas to do it? How coincidental can this be? And with the oppas contributing by personally writing their parts, it actually hurts me a little to see Jiyong oppa’s “reply” to what I have, like the ones that bad boys give and you can’t help but to fall in love more with this charm although it hurts.

“Now I know why Rihanna and Def Jam are so interested in you Yoon Ji ah. You’ve improved a lot and I knew I didn’t make a wrong decision in getting you to join YG Family.” YG appa said making me smile.

“Unnie you should totally come back to us!!!” Mingkki exclaimed.

“Aigoo Mingkki ah no one wants to see someone with kids dancing and singing on stage.” I said before I touched the song up a little before it is ready to be send to Pix and her company.

“I understand.” YG appa said with a smile. Just then Pix unnie got online and decided to have video call with me.

“Hey Pix what is it again?” I asked.

“Babe you’re awesome!!! Is this thing even a demo? You guys can totally release it in a CD already!!!”

“In that case should I?” I joked.

“We will. After all it is Hoon’s first birthday.” YG appa said.

“We hope to see you all. Have a good night~” Yoon Shik oppa said while I bow to them once more before collecting all of Hoon’s pillows and stuff before I carried him into the room and put him in the baby crib. Patting him and making sure that he was settled in once again, I was leaving the room when I open to the door to meet with his face.
