For those of you wondering, HL refers to TAO's fans, whose nickname is 'Hai Lang', which means 'waves of the sea'.

As for his bio update, it is actually a rephrase of the sentence on TAO's fan site TAOMBRE's banner that they hanged up to support him during SMT in Beijing.

The sentence on their banner was, "The sea will always be blue, and we will always be here".
I guess TAO was really touched by that phrase!
