[Your POV]

10am in the morning. You're already awake.
You already changed into some comfortable clothes.
The others are still sleeping. They need their rest...

You tip-toe to the kitchen, past their rooms.
The shutters in the kitchen are still down. If I roll them up it will be loud...
You slowly walk towards them. As you reach them you slowly roll them up.
It makes a couple noises but not as loud as you expected.

Your tummy rumbles. Arrgh...so hungry. Let's check if we have something.
Unfortunately the fridge is empty as well as the closets. Damn, and now?
You hear that a door just opened. Oh god...now?hide?stay? Stay!

You pretend to wash your hands on the sink, as someone steps into the kitchen.
But the person doesn't say a word.
"Good Morning to whoever is behind me!" you yell, because your mood is this morning much better than yesterday.
No response. Let me guess...Luhan...Lay..or Kai? Let's turn around to find it out!

You turn but no one is in the kitchen. Just you.
You dry your hands with a towel and make your way into the corridor. I'm 100% that there was someone!
You walk a little bit as you see light in the bathroom. You slightly knock on the door.
But no one answers. Maybe I forgot to turn the lights off?
You want to open it, but it is locked.
"Hello?" you say.
No response.
"Whoever is inside: Are you okay?"
"Mh..." Finally someone gives...a noise?

"Who's there?" you ask.
"Mh..."
"Mh? Nobody with the name 'Mh' lives here. So seriously, who is there?"
"Lay..." Was that so hard to say?
"Ahh Good Morning Lay!" You happily whisper, so that the others won't hear it.
"Mh..."
You rest your head on the door.
"Are you okay Lay? You left really..angry the table yesterday."
"Mh..."
"Do you want to talk about it?"
"Mh..."
"Yes or No?"
"Mh.."
"I said you can chose between Yes or No, not Yes, No and Mh!"
No response.

"I will go now. We have nothing for breakfast at home. I will drive to the next best coffee shop or any other shop/restaurant where I can buy a milk shake." you say and walk back to the kitchen.
The bathroom door opens and Lay walks into the kitchen.
He's wearing a white woman beater and just his boxers.
You widen your eyes.
"It's november and you walk around like we have the hottest summer?"
"Mh..."
"Can you say something else than mh?"
"Mh..."
"I see." You answer and take your bag from the table.

"Before I leave, do you also want something? Coffee? Milk shake? Anything else?"
"Can I...."
"Yes...? Can you..?"
"Can I come with you?" he says and rubs his neck.
"No, I don't want you." you say with a serious face.

Lay turns around and wants to leave as you hold on his wrist and start to laugh.
"I'm getting better in this. Hahaha it's so easy to trick you. Of course, you can come with me. I would be pleased if you join me." you say and smile.
"But before. Warm clothes,okay?", Lay nods.

You sit down and start to read the newspaper Kris read yesterday.
After about 10 minutes Lay returns dressed into the kitchen.
"We can go..." he says.
You nod and take the car keys from the table.
"Then Let's go!"

You sit silent in the car. Lay doesn't talk.
You stop at a traffic light.
"Where do we want to go?" you ask.
"Mh..."
"That shop I don't know."
"Coffee Lab...?" he stutters.
"Don't start to be like Kai. So, Coffee Lab? Do they sell milk shakes?"
He shakes his head.
"Mh...How about Brooklyn's? They sell hamburgers and other traditionel american food, but their milk shakes are so awesome!"
"Then...Brooklyn's..." he stutters again.
You give him a glance.
"Say that normal..." you say with a serious look.

---Brooklyn's---

You arrive and park the car in front of the restaurant.
It is 11am in the morning and there are already people standing in queue.

You walk with Lay into the restaurant and line yourself into the queue.
"Were you ever here?" you whisper to Lay.
He shakes his head.
"They have really good milk shakes. Unfortunately just three flavours: peanut, nutella and banana. But still they're really delicious." you whisper.
"Which flavour do you want?" you ask Lay, as it is your turn.
He shrugs.
"Ok I'll chose for you. Go and search a table."
He nods and you order.

Together with two milk shakes and a donut you walk to the table, where Lay is sitting.
"Here I got a nutella milk shake for you as well as a Donut. I thought that you're maybe hungry." you say and hand him his stuff.
"Thank you..." he stutters.
"Are you shy? or sick?"
"Mh..."
Lay had his hands all the time on the table. You take one hand and caress it.
"What is wrong? You can tell me everything."
He blushes.
"I'm okay..."
"Are you sure? The last days you act weird."
"I'm okay..." he repeats.
"Please eat the Donut. The last days you didn't really ate something."
"Im not hungry."
You take the Donut and rip it into a half.
"Say 'ahh'"
You hold the Donut in front of his mouth. He doesn't open it. He just stares at you.
You slowly move the Donut side to side in front of him
"How can you resist this?" you ask and he shrugs.
"Well okay..then I'll have to eat it." you slowly move it to you mouth but Lay hits your hand so that it falls off you hand.
"Hey!"
"You're on a diet." he says and grabs the half Donut to eat it.

He eats the whole Donut and you watch him. Sometimes you sip on your milk shake.
"And?"
"What?"
"Delicious?" you ask.
He nods.
"And the milk shake?"
He gives a thumbs up.
You proudly smile.

Lay keeps beeing silent and you just watch the other people.
After some time you want to break the silence.
"And how is my dancing?"
"Good..."
"Just good?"
"yeah.."
You cross your arms and pout.
"Now I'm mad"
"Ok yeah...you're much better than I first expected."
"See you can talk and this time with just little stuttering. And Thank you. But hey...I'm not mad or something like that. I just want that you talk more than two words. " you say.
He nods.
"And now critism. Anything I'm bad in while dancing?"
"Facial expression."
"Ok..and how we solve that problem? Is there a member who is good in it and could teach me?"
"Kris, Kai and Tao."
"How about you?"
"Kris, Kai or Tao." he repeats.
"Okayy...ehm.. you're done with drinking? Can we go?"
He nods.
You want to stand up but he holds on your wrist.
"Was that..a date?" he shyly asks.
"I don't think so. I mean we nearly didn't talk and when I asked something you just gave short answers. It was more a ....uhm.."
"Breakfast with a friend?" he asks.
"Exactly. Breakfast with a friend. But hey...if there is any problem, just say it, okay?"
He nods.
"And don't stutter anymore. I don't think that you're shy. The first time I met you, you were so happy and talkactive. And now ..you're acting weird."
"Okay..."
"Let's drive home. I think the others are already worried about us."

While driving home, your mobile rings.
"Lay, can you hand me the mobile out of my bag?"

He nods and rummages in your bag to find the mobile.
He gives it to you as he found it.

"It's just a message. Can you read it to me?" you ask and give it back to him
"It's from Soojin. She asked how you are and if everything is okay."
"Write back that everything is alright and that I will visit them in the next days."
"okay..."

---EXO dorm---

You arrive home and the others are already awake.
You enter the kitchen with Lay, where they're eating breakfast.

"Oh god, Dani!" Baekhyun yells as he runs towards you and hugs you.
"Why you always scare me so much?" he asks.
"Ehh..why?"
"We thought you ran away." Tao says.
"I didn't found something to eat and so I went to a restaurant...with Lay." you answer.
"Why Lay?" Kris asks.
"He was awake and so I asked if he wants to join me."
You sit down and watch them eating.

"Do you also want something?" Tao asks.
"No, I'm not hungry. When do we have to leave?"
"1pm." Suho answers.
"I see."

Maybe I will do a second update later. But I'm not sure, because I'm invited on a birthday and I don't know when I will return home. Hope you like this chapter ^^
