Lyn is combing her hair after drying it. She applies some lotion to her face and exposed skin. It is her night routine. She sprays some perfume to her body before turning off the light and moves to Kyungsoo’s bedroom. Only a step away from there, she remembers about the cards and letters they brought home earlier. Kyungsoo left the bag in the living room. She goes there and kind of takes a sneak peak of it. She takes three small cards and she brings them to his bedroom. She wants to read them before she goes to sleep. It seems like the coffee will affect her sleep. She can feel it. When she opens the door, Kyungsoo is still not sleeping. He is standing next to his bed checking his phone. He puts it away and gives his full attention to his wife when she is there. “You should look at these cards, they are so cute.” Lyn says approaching her husband. She wants to show him the cards. But unfortunately, she got tripped up the rug on the floor and she can feel how the gravity is pulling her real hard. She closes her eyes tightly and she knows she is unintentionally pushing her husband somewhere. She holds her breath still closing her eyes. She is scared to learn the reality. She knows it will hurt somewhere but she doesn’t feel anything just yet. “I got you.” Kyungsoo says to her. She can sense how relieved he is feeling right now. She slowly opens her eyes. She is welcomed by a view of her husband. That is not weird. It is like a daily routine for her. But it is definitely unusual for her to land on top of her husband who is now lying down on the bed holding her tight. She doesn’t know what to do. She looks at him who is now looking at her affectionately. With his one hand around her waist and another one freely touching her face, it seems like he won’t be letting her go any minute. She can’t hide her nervousness right now. She wants to stand up but she doesn’t know how she would do that without being so awkward. She doesn’t even know what to say. Kyungsoo is touching her lips before tucking her hair at the back of her ear. “You’re so pretty.” He says that before flipping his body around bringing her along.

This time, Lyn keeps her eyes close purposely because she knows what is going on. She is just too scared to see the same view but right now he is more dominating. She can feel his weight on her body. But she knows sooner or later, this will happen. It is not that they have never been in this position before but it is just that, it was always him teasing her in the morning trying to wake her up. But this time, she knows that he is not teasing. He wants something from her. Kyungsoo is playing with her hair. He keeps on touching her face. She slowly opens her eyes. She looks deep into his eyes. They are not lying. He plants a kiss on her forehead. “What am I going to do with my life if I don’t have you right now sweetheart?” He says to her rubbing her face. “I didn’t know I could love someone this much.” He says more staring at her eyes lovingly. “How can I be so lucky to have a gorgeous wife like you?” He adds more and this time, he is touching her neck. That gives her chills. She is so sure he can feel it. He smiles at her showing how much he cares about her. “These beautiful eyes that I could spend hours just looking at them.” He says before kissing her two eyes. “This beautiful nose that completes your perfect look, it is just adorable.” He says before kissing it. “These naturally blushed cheeks are really smooth I love touching them.” He says before kissing them right and left. “This beautifully shaped chin that makes you looks so attractive.” He says before planting a kiss on it. “This clean forehead that doesn’t really frown no matter how busy you are, you are really my calm princess.” He says kissing it longer. “These cute ears that always listen to my stories and worries, they work really hard.” He says before kissng them right and left. That really tickles. And to the most wanted target, he is staring at it for a while. “This beautiful pair of lips that I could kiss forever, I love you so much sweetheart.” He says before approaching her and starts dominating her lips. She is responding to his longing kisses. Their breath is getting heavier as the clock is ticking when they are replying each other’s kisses.

Lyn is not scared anymore. She doesn’t feel afraid of his extra affection. She is actually very touched at how gentle he is treating her. He doesn’t rush. He is not forcing at all. He makes sure that he is doing it slowly and that makes her naturally ready. His gentle touches help Lyn to be prepared for the next stage. Kyungsoo goes lower kissing her neck. He is using one hand to balance his weight on top of her and another is locking her left hand. She is emotionally affected by the way he is treating her. He is very careful as if he doesn’t want to break her. He moves lower kissing her upper chest and exposed shoulder. He pulls the strap which is blocking his way down. He is so into his world. He is moving lower but Lyn’s sobbing gets him back to the reality. He is surprised to see her crying. He panics. “OMG! I am so sorry sweetheart. I should have held myself. I am sorry that I hurt you.” He says wiping her tears. She doesn’t want to ruin the mood but her tears refuse to stop falling. She can feel how needy he is and that makes her feel so terrible for ignoring his need for almost two years. “I know you’re not ready. I am not supposed to be selfish. I am so sorry. Please stop crying sweetheart.” He says not knowing why she is crying. He thought he scared her. But that is not the case. He tries to get up from lying on top of her body but she immediately stops him by wrapping her hands around his neck. He is confused. He looks at his wife who has stopped crying now. She shakes her head. “Don’t leave.” She says to him. “I don’t want to scare you.” He replies looking so guilty. “I am not scared.” She responds. “But why were you crying?” He asks her. “I feel guilty for ignoring your needs for the past two years.” She answers. “You don’t have to feel that way sweetheart. I should have waited until you are ready. I am sorry. I lost my control earlier. I should have held it back.” He says touching her face. “You don’t have to hold back.” She says to him firmly. He is indeed shocked by her statement. “I have to hold back or I will end up losing my control again. I don’t want to hurt you.” He says looking so worried. “I am your wife, you can lose your control on me. I know you need me. I know you want me. And I know you won’t hurt me.” She states it again. “But I..” She cuts his words. “Please show me how much you love me.” She says pulling him closer. “Are you sure? Won’t you regret it? There is no turning backs once I did it.” He asks her for confirmation. She smiles at him rubbing his red face. “I am very sure that I won’t regret it.” She replies. “Are you sure I can show you how much I love you?” He asks one final question. “I am yours.” She answers and that sentence is enough to ease his mind. He can’t believe that she is giving her trust on him totally. “I love you so much sweetheart.” He says approaching her. “I know.” She whispers as Kyungsoo brings her to the world none of them experiences before. It is the magnificent world that is only known and shared by the two of them. The delayed first night is finally shared between Kyungsoo and Lyn.

Kyungsoo is sleeping so soundly and now he looks tired. Lyn can’t sleep, it must be the coffee earlier. She just spends her time staring at her husband. He has become her real husband now. He really treated her very carefully and she really appreciates it. He really cares about her. Even in his sleep, he is holding her close to him. She is resting her head on his left arm while his right is holding her waist. She is touching his bare chest feeling his heart beating. She is smiling at how peaceful he looks sleeping like a baby. Quarter an hour later, she still can’t get some sleep, she decides to leave the bedroom. It is very hard to move his hand from her body without waking him up. Thanks to his exhaustion, she manages to do that. She puts her nightie back on. On her way to the door, she can see the cards she wanted to show Kyungsoo earlier on the floor. She picks them up and leaves the room quietly. She goes to the kitchen to make some warm milk. While waiting for the milk to be ready, she goes to her bedroom to get her notebook and a pen. She wants to document everything that happened yesterday and earlier today. It is 3.30 in the morning. Once the milk is done, she brings it to the living room and she is sitting by the sliding door where she can see the moon and the stars. She starts writing and that is how she spends the next thirty minutes while sipping onto the warm milk she made. Kyungsoo is touching the space next to him but he can’t find his wife. He opens his eyes and looks for her. She is nowhere in his bedroom. He grabs his robe and leaves his room immediately. He goes straight to Lyn’s room in front of his but she is not there. He starts to worry but he is relieved to see her beautiful silhouette in front of the close sliding door. She is stargazing at four in the morning. He shakes his head smiling.

“Sweetheart?” Kyungsoo calls her. Lyn immediately turns around looking at him. She is surprised to see him there. She is so sure that he was sleeping soundly when she left. “Why aren’t you sleeping? Did you feel hurt somewhere?” He asks her taking his place next to her. “Why would I feel hurt?” She asks innocently. He is referring at the first experience they did earlier. He sends the signal through his eyes. She gets it now. “No, I am fine.” She answers. She kind of feels uncomfortable down there but it must be normal because it is her first time. “So why are you here at this hour?” He asks sitting closer. “It must be the coffee. I tried to sleep but I just couldn’t. That is why I am here.” She answers looking at him. “Can I read it?” He asks pointing at the book. He is sure that she wrote something in it. She nods. He flips to the page where she puts her pen on. He reads it thouroughly and the final words really touch his heart. She wrote there.

Suddenly Kyungsoo grabs the pen and he writes something on her notebook. He looks so serious. When he is done, he gives the book to his wife. Lyn reads it carefully. She is smiling sweetly at first but she has her eyes widen up reading the last sentence. He wrote there.

Kyungsoo is laughing to see his wife’s response. He hugs her from behind. Lyn comfortably leans her body onto his. They are looking at the dark sky together. Only for a while, when he starts to plant kisses on her neck and shoulder. It is ticklish. “Lyn?” He calls her name. She slowly turns around to see his eyes. She can see it clearly again. This time she is so sure about it. “Can I have you again?” He asks almost begging. “I am yours.” She whispers. They kiss briefly before Kyungsoo carries her in his arms walking towards his bedroom. Lyn is looking at him with a small smile on her face. Somehow she feels relieved because she doesn’t have to unknowingly torture him because she is fully his now. Their first wedding night happened just after their reception here in Korea. It does make sense though it was not planned at all. When the perfect time comes, it will happen naturally. Both Kyungsoo and Lyn sleep in today after performing dawn prayer because Lyn obviously didn’t get any sleep last night and he has not slept enough, so few more hours of sleeping should be fine.
