Lyn carefully opens the meeting room’s door. As Seungjae told her earlier, everyone is literally waiting for her. She bows a few times before taking a seat next to Jae Rin unnie. “Hi Lyn! You look more beautiful than the last time I saw you last year. As expected, the undeniable natural beauty defeats all other beauty in this world.” A voice suddenly catches Lyn’s attention. She looks at the speaker. “Oh, hi Mr Michael. Shall we start the meeting now?” She ignores him right away. “Hello everyone! I am here as the leader of the team. I will lead the meeting today. But first of all, I really think we deserve an explanation of the sudden attack coming from your side. I am informed that our meeting is scheduled next week. Why are you guys here today? What happened? Do you mind explaining?” Lyn starts the meeting with an unexpected question. “Oh, we were supposed to meet with other Korean singers or should I say another boy band but they cancelled the meeting last minute because they have another project to do at the moment. So we thought, while we are here we don’t want to waste the time. That is why we are here since we originally have a plan to meet with you guys. A week is not much difference.” Mr Michael answers the question without any guilt on his face.

Shaking her head, Lyn looks at Mr Michael. “And you guys demand all of us to be here during the meeting with a very last minute notice? Plus I heard that you also inserted some kind of threat to cancel the project between us two if any of us are absent during the meeting. That is so not professional of you, Mr Michael.” Lyn replies. Mr Michael adjusts his seat starts to feel uncomfortable seeing the different aura from Lyn. “I didn’t mean that. I was trying to say that maybe we can postpone the meeting to next month if some of you guys can’t make it today.” He tries to explain. Lyn shakes her head again. “It means the same to me. Why does it have to be next month? Our original plan is next week. Why does it have to be postponed that long?” She says to him. He tries to answer it but she stops him. Lyn smiles at him. “I know why. It is because that team you were supposed to meet today are only available next month. So that is why you are trying to kill two birds with one stone. You want to meet that team and my team next month so that you don’t have to come twice. You are supposed to be flying back this afternoon, and that is why you demanded us to do the meeting this morning so that you guys don’t have to come again next week. Now tell me which part of my words is wrong.” That team starts to feel uneasy and thanks to Seungjae’s quick hand getting the information minutes before the meeting. “I don’t know how you know about that but yeah, I admit everthing is true.” He finally admits. She claps her hands. Everyone is surprised to see that.

“Why didn’t you demand that team to attend the meeting instead of cancelling the meeting at the very last minute? If you think that team is really big here, it’s true. I am not going to deny that. But so is my team. If you think that team is busy, let me tell you something, my team has very packed schedules too. I really don’t appreciate the way you work with us, Mr Michael. You treat us like nothing when in fact; you are the one who come here to ask for our agreement. Again, I am so disappointed in you. We have to postpone an important meeting just to entertain you. And my team have to reschedule their pack activities because of your rush request. Are you going to pay for everything? I think we are polite enough to accept you today.” Lyn says to him. One of the representatives finally opens his mouth. “I told you. We should have just left and come back again next week. They must have not finished the paperwork and everything that they promised us.” He says to Mr Michael. “Excuse me; here is the complete paperwork you’re talking about. I am not making any excuse here to hide our weakness or anything. I am here to talk about your work ethic. Again, this is so not professional.” She shoots him with a fact putting the complete paperwork on the table in front of them. He is surprised to be counter attacked that way. He was trying to be sarcastic and it flopped. ‘He sure doesn’t know who he is messing up with’ Mr Noh whispers to Jae Rin. She only smiles at him. They don’t say anything because to them, Lyn is trying to make them realise who they are working with. No one dares to say something to Lyn. This side of Lyn rarely can be seen. It’s fun to just watch.

“May I know what your name is?” She asks the speaker. “Jackson is my name.” He shortly answers. “Who is the current head executive of your company, Mr Jackson?” Lyn asks a simple question. “Miss Suzy.” She nods at the answer. “Do you have her number? Could you please call her right now?” She requests. “Why?” Mr Michael asks her. He seems to know what is coming next. “I want to cancel the project myself, so that you guys won’t be blamed for this reckless meeting. I don’t think I can let my team work with you again this year. I already gave you the chance last year. Unfortunately, you took it for granted.” She says to them. “But you will lose the opportunity to promote your team in the US if you cancel this project.” He tries to be arrogant, still. She shakes her head. “Aigoo Mr Michael, have you forgot what I told you last year? Let me show you some evidences. This is the list of the company in the US who sent us more interesting and professional paperworks for us to consider. The only reason for us to agree with this meeting is because of the work relation we already built last year. Other than that, other companies offer more than you guys which I don’t think will affect the promotion of my team in the US. In fact they will be promoted in a better and proper ways which you are very lacking in. So now, could you please call Miss Suzy for me? Or should I just call her myself?” She says to them taking out her phone. These arrogants over the top not professional workers need to learn their lesson harshly.

“Lyn, please don’t do this to us. Miss Suzy will definitely have us fired if we can’t work together with EXO this year. This is one of our major projects this year. I beg for your forgiveness. Please don’t make a call to Miss Suzy.” They start to beg. Lyn is not surprised to see that reaction from them. Lyn looks to her side where Mr Noh and Jae Rin unnie are. Seungjae and Jeongmin are standing close to her. Lyn then looks at all EXO members one by one and stops at Kyungsoo for quite a while. They all seem so tired. “I already gave you the chance that you almost lost last year for some selfish reasons of one of the representatives. Mr Michael I am sure you knew about that more than anyone else. I never thought that it will be repeated again this year. Some things sure never change. I don’t think this meeting should continue. Nothing can be discussed today. I work professionally and sadly I don’t see that in your team.” She says to them. “Please Lyn, just give us another chance. This will never ever happen again in the future. I promise you.” Mr Jackson starts begging. “The chance for you is already close for today. But if you still want to get the chance to work with us, I will consider it if you come and see us next week as it is prescheduled. We will see how when the time comes. But please confirm it earlier because that slot we booked for you guys might be beneficial for something else. Send my regards to Miss Suzy. Please tell her that I will call her later. Have a safe flight.” She ends the meeting. She looks at EXO again. “You guys can leave now. I think the filming still can be done. It is not that late now. Good luck!” She says to them. They start to leave one by one.

Lyn is on her way to leave the meeting room when her covered arm suddenly grabs from behind. She turns and looks at that person. She pulls her hand right away. She glares at Mr Michael who is smiling with Mr Jackson standing next to him. “Just talk if you have something to say. You don’t have to touch me.” Lyn makes him understand. “Our flight is in the evening, shall we go for a lunch or something?” Mr Michael says to her. ‘OMG! Didn’t I explain before that I don’t do this stuff? How can they change this fast? Didn’t they pityly beg for another chance earlier? This is just too much.’ “No, thanks. Please excuse me.” Lyn tries to leave as soon as possible. She is not comfortable. “Why?” Mr Jackson stops her. “Please step aside while I am still being nice here.” She warns them. They just laugh it off. Others don’t realise that she is still inside the meeting room with these two. Thankfully the door is wide open. “But we only want to spend a quiet lunch with a beautiful girl like you before we leave. You won’t lose anything.” He says to her trying to touch her face. “What is going on here?” A familiar voice comes from behind. Her waist is carefully grabbed from behind. She knows that touch.
