The meeting this morning will be the final briefing for the EXO Encore Concert that will happen for three days starting from tomorrow at the Gocheok Sky Dome. It is just a simple reading session for the whole scheduled activities for the concert. Just to make sure that everyone involved in this project will be aware of what is coming and waiting for them tomorrow. The meeting will start at 9am and Lyn is still in her office doing some cleaning as it is only 8.15am right now. She wants to leave the office the way it was given to her more than a year ago. She doesn’t have any works left for her to do as her final project with CBX has come to its end few days ago. She is happy that she gets to complete everything without anything left out. No one knows about her leaving except for her ‘Fantastic Four’ – Seungjae, Jeongmin, Jae Rin and Mr Noh. She gave her resigning letter to Mr Noh two weeks ago as it needed to be processed. Everybody accepts her decision with an open heart. Though she knows deep down inside their hearts, they want to change it if it is possible. These four really help her a lot for about one year and a half that she spent working in this company. They are the sweetest human beings she ever met here in Korea.

Lyn is looking at the busy roads outside the building when Seungjae knocks the door. She turns and looks at her two assistants who don’t look that happy to see a box on the top of her table. “Are you done cleaning everything?” Jeongmin asks closing the door behind them. She nods with a smile. “Yeah, I don’t have that much stuff so one box is enough.” She says to them while touching the cute flowery box. They just nod. “Oh, I still got so many snacks in the fridge, please help me finish them.” She says pointing at the fridge. They just nod not saying much and she understands why. “Oppadeul, I am going to leave in two days. Can I leave with more sweet memories of seeing your smiles and happy side of both of you?” She says looking at them. Seungjae can’t help it. He starts to cry. “I am so sorry little princess. Just thinking of today is going to be the last time we got to see you in this office, it breaks my heart. I am just not ready to face this separation. I want you to be with us forever.” He says wiping his tears. “Oppa, that is impossible. Sooner or later, I will have to leave. I am not going to work here forever. And you too, when you find a better job, you won’t be here anymore.” She says to him. “Lyn, can’t you change your mind and stay for a little longer?” Jeongmin says to her. She slowly shakes her head. “Oppa, I want to spend my remaining time with my family. I don’t have that much time left but with this much time that I have left; I want to spend it with them. I have been away for many years. I didn’t get to spend my time with them that much. Please understand me.” She explains to him. He nods. “I am sorry. I forgot about that. I will support your decision.” He replies knowing that he is being selfish if he refuses to let her go when he is all aware that her family has the whole rights on her more than they do. “Thank you oppadeul. For all the time and efforts you made to be here with me helping me out and protecting me. I really appreciate it. I know I can’t pay you back. I will just pray for your happiness and health instead. Thank you and I am sorry that I have to leave this way.” She says looking at her two loyal and caring assistants.

Looking at the clock on the wall, it is fifteen minutes before the meeting starts. “Shall we go now?” Lyn asks her assistants. They both nod. “Are you okay to see Kyungsoo ssi in the meeting room?” Seungjae asks her. Lyn just smiles. “Yeah, of course. I will just pretend that I don’t see him. Don’t worry about me. I will be just fine. Let’s go. I don’t want to be late on my final meeting working in this company.” She says leading their way to the meeting room. She opens the door and she smiles looking at Jae Rin and Mr Noh who are already sitting next to each other. “Lyn, how are you?” Mr Noh asks her. She nods. “I am fine Mr Noh.” She answers and receives a nod from him. She takes a seat next to Jae Rin. “I can’t believe that today has finally arrived. How can I let you go like this little sister?” She says to her. Lyn grabs her hands. “You’ll be just fine. Just take it as me going for a vacation. You will feel better that way unnie.” She says to her with a smile on her face. Honeslty Jae Rin has never been this close with any female staffs in SM but she is comfortable to be around her. She is like her real sister that she never had. Jae Rin touches Lyn’s right cheek. “You may be young but you’re sure stronger than me Lyn.” She leaves a comment. Lyn smiles at her. That is when all of the EXO members enter the meeting room along with Ahn So Ra who is holding Kyungsoo’s hand. Her pregnant tummy is so obvious now. They take a seat in front of her. “Why is she here?” Mr Noh asks Kyungsoo. “We’re going to the hospital for a check up later. So I think I will just bring her in the meeting so we can just leave right away after this. I am worried she might need me if I leave her alone outside.” He calmly explains it to the manager. “It’s not that there is no one there to help her out if she needs one. Plus I see she is fit enough to wear a pair of very high heels when she is this pregnant.” Mr Noh replies to him looking at the pregnant lady who is wearing a sleeveless shirt and a short skirt. He doesn’t like it when someone who is not related to the project joins the meeting and all of them are aware of that. Everyone is confused at the sudden change. Lyn just ignores strange atmosphere around her and focuses on the meeting. It is not that she doesn’t know everyone is looking at her but she just ignores it. She is as usual taking notes on every page without minding the lovebirds in front of her. Seungjae and Jeongmin who are looking from far are getting fed up by Kyungsoo. They want to give him a lesson like right now but thinking about Lyn, they forget about it and try their hardest to stay calm. They have to be as calm as Lyn is right now.

“Do you have any other questions about tomorrow?” Mr Noh asks everyone in the meeting room. They all stay silent as a sign that there is no question to be asked. “Before I conclude this meeting, I want to inform you guys that today is going to be the final day for Lyn to work here in the company. She is going to take a long leave and you won’t be able to see her again. On behalf of this team, I would like to say thank you so much for all the endless efforts you made to help us bringing the best out of EXO. If only I have the control, I am not going to let you go this way but I wish you all the best and please come back to us whenever you feel like coming back. The door is always open for you. I don’t think I can find someone to replace you Lyn. We have discussed this matter and we come to a conclusion that I will not open the post for any candidates. So please, when you miss us, please come back here and continue working with us. Honestly we really need you here.” Mr Noh says to them. Lyn is confused like why he mentioned a long leave when she actually asked for a resignment but maybe Mr Noh doesn’t want these people to know more about the actual story. “Where are you going noona? Why so sudden?” Sehun asks her. She looks at him with a smile. “I am not going anywhere. I am just going back to where I belong. To the family that has been waiting for me in my country. And Sehun aa, this is not a sudden decision. I have made this decision long time ago. It is just that today is the right time to let everyone know.” She answers his question. “But noona, what is going to happen to us?” Kai asks her. She is surprised to be asked that question. “Kai, you guys are going to be just fine without me. Just like how you were doing great before I joined this team. Don’t think too much. Okay?” She tries to comfort him. “Why did you decide to leave now?” Baekhyun asks her another question. She smiles as she can see that he is trying to relate her leaving with what happens with So Ra and Kyungsoo. She shakes her head. “I just need a long break after working really hard the past year. I want to rest now.” She answers hoping that he can understand. Suho clears his throat. “I am sure Lyn has her own reasons for doing this decision. Let’s just respect and support it. Stop asking her weird questions guys.” Suho tries to help her. “Thank you.” She says to him. He nods.

Jae Rin looks at Lyn who is sitting next to her. “Should we give her the time to say her final words before leaving us?” She suggests and eight of EXO members minus Kyungsoo respond to it right away with a nod. Lyn doesn’t prepare anything but since they are waiting for her to start talking, she just does it spontaneously. “Hi guys. It’s Lyn. I still remember how I greeted you guys the first time I met all of you more than a year ago. It felt surreal that time and even today; it feels surreal for me to leave. I just want to thank each and every one of you for giving me a great cooperation while working together. Working in SM was not even in my lists but working here will always be the best memory of my life. I got to meet with wonderful people and I got to experience so many new things that I could never get from other places. Thank you so much for being part of that memory. These are the memories that I could never forget for the rest of my life. I wish you guys all the best. I will always be an ExoL who supports you from far. Lyn looks at her with her usual calm expression. “It is already time to leave Ahn So Ra ssi. My time here has come to its end.” She answers with a smile. “We sure don’t know that you have the plan to leave but I believe there is someone who knows about this, Hyun Joong. Am I right?” Kyungsoo asks an unexpected question with a smirk on his face. He is literally provoking. “What do you think you’re doing Kyungsoo ssi? You better keep your mouth shut if you don’t know what is going on. Or you will regeret it!” Jeongmin starts to yell at him. It actually scares Kyungsoo a bit. Jeongmin never raises his voice when he talks to him. She looks at her husband with a very serious expression that she never shows before. She doesn’t even stop Jeongmin. “No, he doesn’t know. He doesn’t have to know. He is a no body. I don’t think I have to let him know about me leaving.” She answers not looking away from his face. “Do you happen to have any plans to bring him along?” He asks another question. This time Seungjae comes grabbing the collar of his shirts. “You better keep quiet now if you don’t want to cry like a baby later. I am warning you right now. And remember, Lyn is still your wife. If you don’t want to respect her as your wife, please respect her as a human being. She has feelings.” He says right on his face before letti
