Yuri’s POV:

“I never stopped loving you for a second Yuri.” He said softly.

“Mwoh?” I said in shock.

“For 3 years Yuri, I thought about you every day. I never stopped loving you.” The tears in my eyes spilt over and Minho quickly wiped them with his fingers.

“Everything you did 3 years ago when we broke up; it was to protect me?” I asked carefully. He nodded.

“The last thing I ever want to see is you getting hurt. You’re everything to me Yuri.” I almost cried at his words. He looked worried when my eyes started to fill with tears again so I pressed my lips against his. I could feel him smiling as he pulled me closer towards him. As we pulled apart he leaned his forehead on mine and said quietly:

“I love you.” My heart soared above the clouds.

“I love you too.” He smiled widely, picked me by the waist and spun me. I laughed as he spun me fast. When he finally put me down he hugged me close to him and whispered:

“You don’t know how long I’ve been wanting to say that.” We broke the hug and he slipped his hand in mine; linking our fingers together. We walked along the park slowly when he asked:

“What did you do with the ring I gave you?” I froze in embarrassment.

“I threw it down Han River.”

“Wae?” He asked in shock.

“It was my way of trying to get over you.” I said quietly. I was afraid about what he might think of me when he said:

“It’s ok Yuri; I understand. I’m not mad that you threw it away. I would have too.” He said calmly.

“What did you do with yours?” I asked. He let go of my hand and unhooked something around his neck. He took out a silver chain on which dangled the ring. He dropped it into my hand and I stared at it.

“I kept it,” He said simply. I bit my lip hard and tried not to cry “Why are you crying?” He held my shoulders gently.

“Why are you so good to me? You protect me without me even knowing and you kept this for 3 years.” I bit my lip harder causing it to bleed a little. He quickly wiped my lips to prevent the blood from dripping down.

“I love you Yuri, nothing was ever going to change that.” He hugged me tightly and kissed my cheek. We separated and continued to stroll in the park.

“Are we going to tell the others about us?” I asked.

“Neh, in time. Do you want to tell everyone together?” I shook my head:

“Aniyo; they’ll tease us too much. I’ll tell Taeyeon and the girls; you tell Onew and the guys’ arasso?” Minho nodded in agreement.
