Minho POV:

I stood there shocked outside Yuri’s door. Did she just kiss me? Slowly a smile spread on my face and I almost skipped out of the driveway. I couldn’t stop grinning as I walked all the way home. I was euphoric. I got an extra long lecture from dad because I came home late and couldn’t stop smiling through his lecture about my ‘tardiness.’ By the time I went to sleep my face muscles were aching from all the smiling I had done. It was the 1st kiss from a girl I genuinely liked. I don’t know how much I like her though; but it’s fun to be around her because she just brightens everything up.

The next morning I almost ran to school to see if I could see Yuri. It was strange how much I wanted to see her. Then a pair of hands covered my eyes and I heard a familiar voice behind me:

“Minho baby!” I rolled my eyes. It had to be Hyuna. In those few seconds I realised that I needed to be careful about how I behaved around Yuri. If Hyuna thinks I like Yuri she’ll make both our lives hell. I put on my best fake smile and acted like I hadn’t seen her for decades.

“Hyuna baby!” I wrapped her up in a tight hug trying not to puke as her hands went places where they really should not go. I let go of her and she gripped my hand tightly; almost cutting off the blood circulation. She was babbling on about her weekend and how much she missed me.
