I made my way alone to the mansion. I was being extra careful. I don’t want anyone to know, not now. I still don’t know how to tell them. I don’t wanna lose Suho. I’m still thinking of a right way to tell them.

Once I was by the huge door, I heard Donghae’s voice, his angry-kind of tone.

“Now, tell me what to think, uh!”

I can’t clearly hear the one he’s talking to so I opened the door. They seemed shocked when I entered. I saw Donghae’s expression, “Hae Oppa, are you okay?” I asked.

Siwon Oppa excused himself, a guard remained standing, bowing his head. I remembered him; he’s Do Kyungsoo.

“Kyungsoo, what’s going on?” I asked him, and he looked at me with an apologetic look.

“Princess, I apologize,” he just said. He didn’t answer my question.

I diverted my attention to the mad Donghae. “Hae, what’s going on here? Will you please tell me?”

When our eyes met, I felt just how cold his stare was. This is unusual. With eyes locked on me, he said, “Of course. Kyungsoo, leave us both.”

“Yes, Sir,” he answered. He bowed to me, “I apologize, Your Highness.”

When he was out, I wondered why he was saying sorry to me. I didn’t seem to remember he did something wrong or hurt me.

“So,” Donghae’s voice bang in my ears that drove me back to reality. I stared at him. “Where have you been?” he asked.

Feeling unusual with his tone of asking, I answered him anyway with, “Just somewhere. I walked around. I guess I missed the place I always love.”

I stiffened because he was staring at me, serious. Did I do something?

“Okay,” he said. “I guess I should leave you to prepare. Your parents prepared a small gathering for us, maybe for our wedding.”

I thought, “But, that’s too soon.”

“Yeah, thought so,” he said and grabbed her coat, wore it.

He was about to leave but I said, “You still haven’t even proposed to me!”

He stopped on his track, faced me and smiled dearly. “So excited?” I didn’t answer. He held my cheek and said, “It won’t be too long.”

He kissed me, and I didn’t even stop him. I wanted to ask myself why.

“I’ll see you tonight, honey. I love you,” he gave me a kiss on my forehead before finally leaving the mansion. I was left staring at the thick wood of the huge door.

This doesn’t seem right.
