Chapter 87:
G-DRAGON's POV
I'm heading to the Bigbang's new apartment after a long and tiring day, I decided to go home early to rest. I'm going to L.A. in a few days for KCon and I want to be in my best condition in the concert.
The weather is not good today and I'm left alone in the apartment. Bae is busy with his come back album. Our maknae is busy in his music shows while Dae is still in Japan. I decided to drop by in TOP hyung's pent house to pay them a visit and ask him for a little drink. It's been so long since we last saw each other because of my busy schedule. I just came back from London where I shoot my new MV.
After a couple of door bells, TOP hyung opens the door.
"Jiyong, what a surprise to see you here? I thought you're in YGE recording your new song. Come inside." He said as he opens the door wide for me.
But before I could even make a step, I heard a giggle. A very familiar giggle. Giggles I missed hearing these past few months. Giggles who wakes me up every morning. Giggles that washes my tiredness away. Giggles that makes my day and makes me energized. I look at TOP hyung and glance inside the house and shifts back to him. I'm right! It's from her. I'm surprise that I still know how Chelle giggles sounds.
"Ilwoo drop her off before he went to Japan this afternoon." He said while looking intently to me.
His eyes looking deep into mine. Reading what's inside my head. But before this conversation leads into something I step back.
"I just drop by to see you. I'll go now, hyung. I'm tired and I want to rest. KCon is just a few days away and I want to be in full condition." I said and bow to him. I look at her once again before I head towards the elevator.
I slammed myself on the couch and let my head lean on the head rest. It's been so long since I last hear her giggles. Yes, I admit it! I miss her. I MISS CHELLE! But I don't have a face to show her. I messed up and hurt her so ing bad. I know one day, I have to face her and explain to her everything. I owe her a damn explanation and I'm dying to know what happen to her when she run away and gone missing. I want to ask her forgiveness but how? When I don't even have a courage to face her.
I fell asleep thinking of her and was awaken up by the loud thunder and lighting. I glance at my wrist watch, it's 1:30 in the morning. It's raining hard outside and lightning strikes every now and then followed by a loud thunder. I'm walking towards my room but pause my tracks when I remember something.
"Chelle!" I whispers and run towards the door.
I press the door bells repeatedly to wake TOP hyung and Gian. Knock! Door bells! Knock! Finally TOP hyung opens the door, eyes still close.
"Jiyong, its really late. What with the rush?" I heard him said.
I didn't bother to answer and walk inside the house and look for Chelle. Gian emerges from their room watching me with confused face. I look at her and I know she knows what I mean.
"She's in the other guest room." I rush towards the room where Gian said Chelle is staying leaving the couple behind.
"Chelle!" I called her when I get inside her room. And I'm right she's sitting in the corner of the room hugging her knees and covering her ears.
She lift her face and hug to me when I kneel in front of her. God, she's still the same. Her whole body is shaking and she's crying. I hug her back and gently rub her back while kissing her hair repeatedly.
"Sshhh, its okay baby. I'm here. It's okay." I said and pulled her closer to my embrace.
We stayed in that position for I don't know how long. Her scent, her warmth, damn I miss her so much! I carry her in my arms and lay her in the bed gently. Gian appeared beside me and hand Chelle a glass of water.
"We're just in our room. Just knock if you need anything." She said and tap my shoulder before leaving the room.
I look at Chelle and watch her every move. Her eyes are swollen and her nose and cheeks are so red because of crying. She hasn't change. She's still like a baby. My baby! She sitting in the bed while staring somewhere while her tears are flowing non stop. She jerk and move closer to me when the thunder roars again.
"It's okay. I'm here, baby. I won't leave you."
She didn't answer. She just buried her face on my chest and hold into me, tight. When the weather finally calms down, Chelle move away from my embrace. She stared at me but didn't say a word. I saw so many emotions in her eyes but when she blinks there's that emotionless eyes again. I smile at her and extend my arms to tuck her hair behind her ears but she refuses.
She moves back and reach for a pillow and hug it. Again, she looks at me like she doesn't know me. I took a deep breathe. Why does it hurts? I feel so much pain by the way she's treating me. Her quietness is driving me crazy. I would rather accept an earth shuttering slap from her than these. I don't know what's she's thinking. She's still look the same but she's really different.
I decided to leave the room. I can't take this anymore. If I stay here for a minute, I will break down. I don't know if I can stop myself from hugging and kissing her. I know it's not right. She's with Ilwoo already and I don't want to hurt her again. I was about to stand when she hold my wrist.
"How did you know I'm afraid of thunder and lightning?" This made me more confused. The tears whose about to drop suddenly stops.
"We're.. Uhmmm.. We're lo..." I stop halfway. Come on Jiyong think fast. "Uhmmm Gian told me. She ask me to check on you." I hope she buys it.
"Oh, I see." She nods and give out a small smile. "I'm okay now. Sorry if I bothered you."
"It's okay. You should rest." I help her lay and tuck her to bed. "I'm just outside in case you need anything."
She just look at me and then close her eyes without saying a thing. I leave the room and found TOP hyung sitting on the couch as if waiting for me. A bottle of wine and two glasses are placed in the table. TOP hyung opens the bottle and pour wine in the glass as I sit in the single couch. I didn't do anything but I feel so damn tired.
"Spill it out." He said while handling me the glass.
"Spill what, hyung?"
"Oh come on Jiyong. We've been together for so many years now. We live in one roof, even shower together. You still love her. I can feel it!" He said making me silent. "You won't brag in the house in the middle of the night to save her from lightning and thunder if you don't love her." He continued.
"Hyung, we've been together for a while. Of course I still care for her." I answered. "Any ways, hyung I'm sorry. I know you want to ripped my head for messing up. For hurting her. I'm the reason why this things happens. Please take care of her for me. Don't let any one hurt her like I... did." I bow to hide the tears that is starting to form in my eyes.
"Don't worry, Jiyong I will. And I'm sure Ilwoo wont hurt her. Wait." He pause and look into my eyes. "You still love her, don't you? Or you're jealous because she's with Ilwoo now and she's happy with him?" I look at him and stared in his eyes.
"Love never fades, hyung. It never fades only lessen for some reasons. She will always be special to me. And I'm really glad she's happy. Now I can settle down peacefully coz I know she's in good hands..
"I know you, Jiyong. You've been through a lot fighting for your love. You don't give up easily. Think again. It's not too late yet."
I shake my head and give him a bitter sweet smile.
"She's happy now, hyung. I'll just hurt her if I force myself to her. If we're really meant for each other, love will find a way. I just hope I'm whole when that day comes. By the way, can you take a part on my wedding? I want you and the boys to be part of that special day."
"Of course, Jiyong. I just hope it's Chelle. But if its with another girl, its fine. As long as you're happy." I smile and give him a toast.
After a couples of shot, we startled upon hearing Chelle screams. I rush to Chelle's room again and found her laying in her bed. Her eyes still close while her head keeps on moving left to right. She's having a nightmare. Beads of sweat on her forehead shows she's dreaming something bad.
"I'll call Gian." He said.
"Nooooooooooo!" She screams and I'm getting worried already. "Nooo! Please stop!" I shake her shoulder to wake her up.
She opens her eyes and landed it straight into mine. She sit on the bed and hug to me so tight all of a sudden. I'm confused. Did I just see pain in her eyes? Longing? Her sobs pulled my senses back to reality.
"It's okay it's just a dream, baby." I said while gently rubbing her back. Gian and TOP hyung are inside the room already and quietly watching us. She pulled back in my embrace but still holding my arms.
"Can you call Ilwoo for me? I have a bad dream about him and I want to check on him, please?" She pleads. I look at Gian and TOP hyung who give me a nod and a tight smile before asking Gian to leave us on the room.
I reach for her phone to dial Ilwoo's number. My hearts feels like stabbing by a knife over and over again as I slide to unlock her phone. It's a happy picture of her and Ilwoo laying on the bed. Ilwoo is shirtless while Chelle have the duvet to cover her body. They are both smiling on the picture Ilwoo took. I shake my head and browse her contacts to look for Ilwoo's number. I found the number and press dial. "MY YEOBO" appeared on the screen while waiting for Ilwoo to pick up. I hand her the phone and just sit on the bed while staring at nothing.
It's my type to listen to anybody's conversation. But because I'm rotted in my spot and could not even move a single muscle, I accidentally eavesdrop. The way she talks to Ilwoo is the same as the way she talks to me before. They way she worried for him is the same as the way she worries about me. The way she cares to him, it should have been me. Yah! Kwon Jiyong stop it will you? She's already with somebody and everybody knows you're engaged, so stop the non sense.
"Bye! Take care and please always eat on time, yeobo." I heard her after a while. Then she turns to me. "Uhmmm, I bothered you so much. I'm sorry." She said and bow.
"It's okay. Go back to sleep. I'll stay here to watch you." She didn't protest when I tuck her to bed. She gave a half smile before she close her eyes.
I watch her sleep. Suddenly it feels like the old days. I smile when I remember how I love to watch her sleep. She always fell asleep in the couch waiting for me to go home. I miss waking up in the morning seeing her angelic face the moment I open my eyes and the last face I see before sleeping at night. I always get a good sleep beside her. Does she misses me too?
I've been staring at her for a couple of minutes and I don't understand why but there's something telling me to kiss her. I shake my head ignoring the feeling. I close my eyes tight and open it only to get the temptation so hard to resist when my eyes landed to her lips. I can kiss her right? I mean a goodbye kiss. Slowly I lean down to kiss her. I hold my breath as I slowly leaning down near her face. My lips is only a hair strand away from her when mouth opens.
"Ilwoo!" She whispers then smile.
I feel like a bucket of ice poured into me. I swallowed hard and sigh deeply as I walk to the couch in the room. She moves and hug the pillow tight next to her as she smiles.
"Good thing you're happy now." I smile and lay on th couch staring at the ceiling until I fell asleep.
The following day, I wake up and found the bed empty. It's already lunch time when I glance at the clock. My eyes are swollen and a bit soring. I run outside the room and found Gian and TOP hyung in the kitchen.
"Where's Chelle?" I ask worriedly to the couple.
Someone move from the living room. When I turn around it's Seungri sitting on the couch while placing something back from the brown envelop. I didn't notice him when I went to the kitchen.
"Maknae you're here! Congratulations on your comeback." I said while smiling at him but he only looks at me. He's still mad at me. "Where's Chelle?" I ask TOP and Gian again.
"Her yeobo fetch her this morning." Ri suddenly butted in.
"Oh! I see. I thought..."
"Thought what?" Ri cut me off. "Expecting her to leave a sweet note for you? Prepare your clothes neatly folded on top of the bed? Or a prepared breakfast waiting for you on the table?" He smirks. "TOP hyung I have to go." He stand and walk straight on the door.
But before he leave, he turn again and look at me.
"I'm going to visit her before heading to my guesting tonight. Want to come with me Jiyong...hyung?" He didn't wait for my answer and walk out of the house.
When the door closes, TOP hyung walk towards the door to follow Seungri but I stop him.
"It's okay, hyung. I understand our maknae." I smile to him and grab my phone to call Manager Kim.

The next day Chelle wakes with a jolt, someone is kissing her face and when she opens her eyes Ilwoo is staring at her with pure love and care on his beautiful face.
CHELLE: “Yeobo!"
ILWOO: “Good Morning, yeobo!” He said.
CHELLE: “I thought you’re in Japan.”
ILWOO: “I came here as fast as I can, I’m worried when you call last night.”
CHELLE: “I’m so glad you’re here, I miss you!” She said while hugging the man.
ILWOO: “Did he sleep here all night long?” He said while pointing at Jiyong sleeping in the couch.
CHELLE: “I don’t know!” She said. “Can we go home now?”
ILWOO: “Of course! But don’t you want to stay here for a couple of hours more, I know you miss your friend so much."
CHELLE: “I want to cook breakfast for you yeobo and beside we can bond anytime.”
ILWOO: “Are you sure?”
CHELLE: “Yup! I know you’re tired.”
Ilwoo smile and help Chelle went out of the bed leaving Jiyong all by himself. After doing her morning routine Chelle went outside and found Gian in the kitchen while Ilwoo and T.O.P is talking to each other in the balcony.
CHELLE: “You hate coffee right?” She said as soon as she stands in front of her friend.
GiAN: “Yup!” She said while sipping her coffee then smiles.
CHELLE: “How long have you been leaving together?" She asks.
GIAN: “Early this year, why?”
CHELLE: “Just asking.”
GIAN: “Wait, I will give you something.”
Chelle watch her friend walk inside the bedroom and after a couple of minutes returns in the kitchen holding a small box.
GIAN: “Here!”
CHELLE: “What’s this?” She said and her eyes become wide when she open the ring box. “It’s beautiful, Thank you!"
GIAN: “It’s from Ilwoo, he gave that ring to you a couple of months ago.”
CHELLE: “Really?”
GIAN: “Yup! And I hope you see him sulk and throw tantrums this morning when he saw you and Jiyong together in one room.”
CHELLE: “What?” She said with a smile on her face while glancing at Ilwoo. “Did you tell GD that I’m afraid of thunder and lightning?”
Gian became confused in a moment and when she’s about to answer her question someone grab her coffee and drink it.
T.O.P: “What do you erts talk about this time?”
CHELLE: “Your binguness!”
T.O.P: “Yah! Don’t forget that this is my house, I can kick you out anytime I want.”
GIAN: “Stop it! Anyway, you have work on the 25th.”
CHELLE: “Where?”
GIAN: “L.A! You’re going to host KCON, you will leave on the 23rd with Mr. Kang then me and Jiyong will leave on the 24th.”
CHELLE: “Me as a host?” She ask and Gian nod. “Yeobo, come with me.”
ILWOO: “I can’t, I have work yeobo!” She looks at him for a moment before exhaling.
CHELLE: “Fine! Let’s go home” She said. “Bye Gian, see you in L.A, bye bingu” She smile
ILWOO: “Behave yeobo! Bye guys thank you for taking care of her."
And with that the couple left the penthouse hand in hand followed by Paul and Grayson. Chelle excitedly hop on the car while Ilwoo's face still crumpled.
"What's with the face, yeobo? It's so early to frown." She said as she turns to him and smile sweetly.
Ilwoo only look at her and turn his eyes again on the road.
"Yeobo, a guy just give me a gift. A very beautiful gift." Ilwoo step on the gas causing the girl loose balance.
"Who's guy? What gift?" He ask furiously.
Chelle laughs on Ilwoo's reaction. They are in the middle of road and was stock by the traffic light.
"Are you jealous, yeobo?" She lifts her left hand and wave it in front of Ilwoo's face. "Isn't this beautiful?"
Ilwoo's frowned to shocked face turns into a beautiful and sweet smile.
"Gian give me this ring. She said it's from you." She said while staring in his handsome face.
Ilwoo was speechless. He can't explain the happiness he's into. She hug the girl so tight and shower kisses on her face.
"Still jealous?"
"Nope! Good thing you liked it. That ring really fits in you. I don't see any other girl wearing that ring."
"It's beautiful, yeobo! Thank you. Uhmmm, why do we go to umma and appa's house? Lets have breakfast with them. I'm sure umma misses you."
Ilwoo maneuver and head to his parents house. Chelle leans to kiss Ilwoo's cheeks and hold his hand the entire trip.

Day of the Kconcert in L.A, everything is ready and set. Chelle is nervous, very nervous to the point that her palms are sweating and her hands is shaking. She wishes that her yeobo is by her side but too bad, the guy is busy in Seoul running errands for his umma.
“Are you ready Chelle?” The assistant director said. She just and nod and smile at him.
MR.KANG: “Let’s go, you need to be on the stage in 2 minutes.”
CHELLE: “I’m nervous Mr. Kang.” She said.
MR.KANG: “Don’t be, just enjoy.”
CHELLE: “Okay!”
Gian is waiting for her in the backstage to give her moral support, the concert starts and Chelle can’t believe that everybody in the audience knows her. Screaming her name, some of them are crying because of happiness. The concert was a blast and she didn’t expect that it’s so exhausting, after the concert she and Gian decided to eat outside of the hotel, when they arrive back at the hotel they pass by Jiyong’s suite and jerk when they heard him shout.
GD: “Stay the ing away from me Kiko!”
KIKO: “Please don’t do this to me, I love you!”
GD: “I’m engaged, get out of my suite” He said and open the door, he looks angry while standing in front of his door. “Manager Kim!” He shouts. Good thing the whole 8th floor of the hotel is occupied by YG staffs.
M.KIM: “What happen Jiyong?”
GD: “Get Kiko out of my suite!”
GIAN: “What happen?”
GD: “This ing girl is getting into my nerves!”
KIKO: “Jiyong please talk to me, let’s work things out.”
GD: “We’re done!”
Kiko saw Chelle at the corner of her eyes, she walks towards Jiyong and look at her.
KIKO: “Chelle, look at me how I kiss your ex-boyfriend.” And with that Kiko kiss him and taken Jiyong by surprise.
GD: “What the are you doing?” He said as he pushes Kiko away from him. “You’re disgusting!”
Gian looked at Chelle with a worried face. The tension in the whole floor is getting tight as Chelle walks towards Jiyong and Kiko.
"Can you please step aside? You're blocking my door. I'm tired and I want to rest." She said with head held up high. Then she turns to Gian. "Good night, Gian! See you in Seoul."
Chelle enter her room, leaving the whole group behind. She look for her meds in her purse and drink a tablet to ease her headache. She was cursing in pain laying in her bed when her phone suddenly rings. She wipe her tears and took a deep breathe before answering her phone with a lively voice.
"Yeobo!"
While Chelle is talking to Ilwoo, GD called the security and order them to get Kiko out of the hotel. But Kiko was persistent to win Jiyong back no matter how much Jiyong push her away. Manager Lee arrived with the security and knock on Chelle's room.
"Are you okay?" He said while looking on Chelle's swollen eyes.
"Yes!" She answered and put her eye glasses. "In fact, I'm going to see you to tell you that I'm going out. Can I Mr. Lee? I'm just going to get some fresh air."
"Take the security with you." The manager called 2 security but Chelle stop him.
"No need, Mr. Lee. I have my own. I'll take Paul and Grayson with me. Thank you."
She pass Jiyong and Kiko who's still arguing on something. Seriously? They're not yet done with their drama? Chelle is almost in front of the elevator when Kiko called her making her stop.
"Chelle, look at me and Jiyong. I told you, I'm going to take him back from you. Did you see how much he miss me with the kiss we shared?" Chelle didn't move in front of the elevator. "Come on, Chelle don't act as if you're not hurting." She smirks.
Chelle turn around and walk towards Kiko without taking her eyes off her. She stop and stand with head up high in front of Kiko and look straight in her eyes.
"Yes! You're right. I'm in pain. But not because of that I saw and not because of you so don't flatter yourself. Whatever you and Jiyong have, I don't ing give a damn! I'm in pain and hurting because what I just witnessed is the most disgusting scene I've ever seen. I don't know you guys and I don't ing care whatever you do. Ilwoo's right! I shouldn't ing trusts you."
She glance at Jiyong and give him a smirk. The two security walk towards Kiko and hold her in both arms.
"Dramas over. Take the lead actress out of the scene."
Chelle watch Kiko as she was drag by the security to the elevator. Chelle gives Kiko a sweet smile before riding the other elevator. She shakes her head and take her phone out of her pocket.
After the drama happened last night, GD board of the plane going back to Seoul. He's face is covered with worry. He turned his head left and right looking for someone.
"Where's Chelle?" He ask Manager Kang the moment he enter the plane.
"Ilwoo's here to fetch her. They're riding Ilwoo's private plane."
GD just nod and sit on his seat. A bitter sweet smile formed in his lips while looking outside his window. He put he's headset on and close his eyes to hide the sadness.
"I hurt her again. Good thing Ilwoo came to fetch her. She's going to be fine with him." He said to his self. He grab his phone and delete all Chelle's pic and her number.
"Goodbye, baby!" He bow and wipe his tears before he close his eyes and let himself drift to dreamland.
IS JIYONG REALLY LETTING CHELLE GO? WHAT WILL HAPPEN NEXT? IS CHELLE REALLY GOING TO ILWOO AND JIYONG TO ASHLEY? IS CHELLE GOING TO REMEMBER EVERYTHING ABOUT JIYONG AND HER LOVE TOWARDS HIM?
