"Hey you're late again," Haru looked around and sees Mark leaning on their house's gate looking cool even in the early morning.

"Huh? What are you doing?" Haru frowned at him.

"Did you forget that they told us to go to school together because your stupid and cant get familiarized with this place yet?" Mark straightened his back and started walking towards Haru.

"Stupid??" Haru was getting mad already in the morning. "For your information we just move here a week ago of course I wont be familiar yet. And I never knew you really took that seriously." Haru crossed her arms at Mark. 

"That's because my mom is serious about it." Mark stopped in front of Haru and pointed to his right with his lips, Haru looked to the right and saw Mama Tuan looking from the window of their house with a smile on. She was hiding but she can really be seen since their window didn't have heavy tint. Haru even wondered why Mama Tuan bothered to hide when it was too obvious. She just smiled at her.

"I cant believe this," Haru looked at Mark and sighed defeated.

"Don't sigh like your at loss. Im the one who's suffering from this." Mark turned around and started walking. He looked back at Haru "Aren't you going yet??" 

"Huh? Uh yes Im going!!" Haru ran to reach where Mark was and they started walking together keeping a meter of distance away from each other. They reached the bus stop and it was pretty full. 

Mark sat down on an empty seat and  Haru looked around there was no more empty seat on the bus. She went to stand at the front of Mark holding the rails. She looked at Mark intently because she wanted to sit.

He's a gentleman right? For sure hell let me sit.

"What are you looking at?" Mark noticed how Haru was staring at him. Haru smile at him sweetly and looked at his seat. "Oh I get it," Mark said. "Here Haru," Haru smiled in victory she was excited to sit down. "Here you've been looking at it you can have it," he handed Haru his bag with big eyes urging her to get it.

"Bag? I don't want your bag!" Haru pushed the bag to him and blew her bangs. She gave up there was no way he was giving him the seat.

"Such a jerk," Haru looked pissed off and pouted with her brows forming a straight line.

Mark couldn't help but laugh at her reaction he knew Haru wanted to sit on his seat but he finds teasing her to be so fun.

"Theres no more free seat," Haru knew whose voice was that. That overly pitched voice, she knew it too well. 

"I guess Ill have to stand." Aly went beside Haru and pushed her a little so she could be the one in front of Mark. 

"Hey watch it!" Haru stumbled but she managed to grab the railings before falling on her . Aly just raised her brows at her and looked at Mark. She smiled sweetly and winked at Mark and Haru couldn't help but make a puking face. She finds it gross when girls act all cutely to boys and more when Aly does it.

"Here take my seat," Mark stands and offers his seat to Aly.

"Are you sure?" Aly batted her eyelashes at Mark. He held the urge to cringe his face at Aly. He finds it creepy.

"Sure go take it." Mark grabbed the railings and Aly tucked her hair behind her ear while looking at Mark as she took his seat.

"What?!" Haru said in a low voice. She cant believe that Mark offered his seat to Aly and not to her. She squinted her eyes at Mark.

Mark fixed his position, he grabbed the railings tightly, he was standing next to Haru but they had a distance since Haru was pushed by Aly before. He looked at how pissed off Haru was and laughed inside. He really likes Haru's pissed off look.

"You're such a --" Haru couldn't finish her sentence the bus suddenly stopped and made her lose her balance.

"Gotcha," Mark grabbed her by the shoulder and pushed her closer to him before she lands on the floor.

"Im sorry! A kid suddenly crossed the road!" The driver shouted from his seat.

"Aww.." Aly hit her head on the window. She caressed it and looked at Mark hoping he would be concerned but she was wrong. She saw Mark holding Haru at the shoulder by his side and they were looking at each other. Aly raised her brows she didn't like what she was seeing. Her blood was boiling.

"Why do I always need to catch you?" Mark said as he looked at Haru. Haru's eyes widened.

"Huh?" She cant answer straight since Mark was looking at her in the eyes.

"Are you that clumsy?" Mark tightened his grip at Haru's shoulder. And Haru felt her heart beating so fast she had never been this close to Mark. Sure she had boys hang their arms over her, she has friends which are boys but it felt different with Mark.

"Im not clumsy," Haru regained her posture and grabbed the railings making Mark release her. "Its the driver's fault okay? Not mine and besides I never asked you to catch me." She fixed her uniform and looked at Mark. He just gave her a bored look and looked at the window in front of him.

The bus stopped in front of their school and the students went down. Haru walked behind Mark.

"I wont be going home with you," Mark said while looking straight ahead. "They said we only need to go to school together, not go home from school together. So don't get lost cause you'll be by yourself." 

"I don't want to go home with you." Haru looked at the side and knitted her brows. "Who says Im expecting you to go home with me?" She stopped walking and watched Mark go straight ahead.

"Haru!!!!!" Haru looked at her right and saw a boy running towards her. She smiled.

"Finally you're back Hanbin!!" Haru smiled brightly. The boy reached her and ruffled her hair.
