Donghae's POV:
 

I've been waiting here for half an hour already, where are they?

My phone vibrates. It's a text from Jungsoo hyung.

'Donghae, where are you? Did you go out alone again?'
 

I text him back:

'I'm just out, making some rounds before I head in. Yes. Its okay hyung, I'll be fine. I'll be back soon. Save me some food if you guys start eating already!'
 
 

                I look up from my phone to see a black car roll up in front of the side street I'm standing in. The car door opens, I can't see who or how many people are in there though.

"Sorry to keep you waiting, we've had a small change in plans. Get in, and we'll talk." a voice called.
 
                I have a gut feeling telling me to just walk away, turn away and pretend I didn't see them. But I can't do that. She's depending on me, and I'm going to help her. I have a switch-knife in my back pocket, but I don't know what they have in the car. It may sound like a stupid thing to do, but I go in.
 
                There are two people in the car, one in driving, the other sitting in the back, I sit beside him.
"It's nice to meet you again." he says casually, like we were old acquaintances. Again?... I look at him; it takes a while for me to recognize who he is. I have seen him before; he was the one who stood by the door the last time when we fought.

I just nod at him, it might be nice for his side that we're meeting, but not for me.
 

The rest of the car ride was silent, until we came to a stop.
 

"We're getting off here." he says, still as casual as ever. You can hear muffled music, the bass vibrating the floor slightly. Why are we here?
 
                We enter a club; I've never been one who really enjoyed this atmosphere. Even though father owns quite a number of them, I don't come here often for fun, only to check up on business stuff. I haven't ever been into this one before... So I'm guessing it's theirs. It looks just about the same though.
 
 

                We enter a room, and the guy calls for two bottles of soju. He hands one to me, and takes one for himself.

"You don't like soju? Order something else," he says, after drinking half of his.

"No, thank you. I don't drink much."

"Ah... Okay, up to you. So... What do you think of this place?"

"They're all the same to me." I say, my voice sounding monotone. He should just get the point across and get this over with, what’s with the small talk?

"Haha, you're really a character, no wonder you and Gaheun are together." he laughs. Why does he talk as if he knows her so well?

"Don't worry, Gaheun's fine. She's eating, talking, sleeping, she's okay." he continues.
I nod again, I have nothing to say. I'm glad to hear that she's okay, even if they may be lying, it makes me feel better. But the fact he talks about her like they're, we're, all friends really bugs me.

"I guess no matter what I say, it won't make you feel any better. You want to get to the point, don't you?" he sighs.

"Yeah. Just make sure she's okay. I’ll do whatever  you ask me to, as long as your side will keep your word in letting her go"

"We will. And even if our side doesn't, you can bet that at least Seunghyun and I will keep our side of the deal." he says, getting serious. I've never actually met Seunghyun, all I know about him came from Minkyung.

"So... What do you want?"

"What was agreed upon on our side was a body trade. You surrender yourself to us, she gets free." So what I thought was right, they aren't going to let us be together.

"Okay."

"You're agreeing just like that? No questions?"

"What is there to ask? I already know the end result. I die so she can live. Isn't that how it is?"

His eyes widen, "You're willing to give up everything for her? Your comrades, friends, family, yourself?" He didn't look like he was in disbelief, but as if he's heard these words before.

I nod once, I was willing. And I'm ready.

"Well if that's all... Do I turn myself in now?" I ask. The sooner Gaheun gets out, the better.

"... No. Not yet. I'll give you 4 days to make sure you have a story and plan on how to surrender. So your side won't come looking for you, no funny business though. I'm not sure if even Seunghyun and I can hold them back if they find out you've lied to us."They want to come out clean from this, no battles, no threats, just a clean kill.

"Well then. I'll meet you here in 4 days then." I say getting up to leave.

"Wait." he says, urgent. I look back to him.

"I'm not supposed to do this. But... I think it's the least I can do. You may find this hard to believe, but Gaheun is like a little sister to me. And the fact that you're willing to give your life to save her... I feel bad." Gaheun... Is like... His sister?! What kind of joke is this?  I get up to leave, and am just about to leave the door when I hear her voice.
