"What?! What's the big deal anyways?" she rebutted, her voice louder than mine.

"Its!... It's..." What is the big deal? Why should I care what she thinks? Does it even matter?...

"It's...?" she asks, waiting for my answer.

                    What is it? What is it Seunghyun? Honestly, I think I know how what the big deal is... I don't want her to have a bad impression of me. I want to be able to... When this is all over... To be on good terms with her. To maybe even... Be happy with her.

"Helllooooo? Are you still here? Should you be driving?" she asks, looking at me with wide eyes.

"Hmm? Yeah. I can still drive." I answer, not fully paying attention.

"... So what's the big-"

"I just don't want you to think of me as a bad person. Or a ert. Or someone dirty. Self-image is important."

"hahaha, don't worry about it. Kim Bum not only told me those stories, he told me that that's not how you usually are. And that it was all because of poor judgement." I assure him, not able to hold in some laughter.

"Aish, that guy..." Well, I guess if he tried to explain it to her it's a bit better. I'm gonna give him a nice call later... If you know what I mean.

Gaheun just laughs again, looking ahead into the horizon. The light peaks just over the horizon, giving everything it touched a reddish golden glaze.

"Is that the ocean?" Gaheun asks as she looks forward.

"Yeah, looks nice huh?"

"Yeah... It really does."

"We're here." I say as I turn into the driveway of the new house.

                    It's just like how I remember it. Hasn't changed in years, the last time I was here was... 10 years ago, when I was 11; Before I started to follow in my father's footsteps. When we still enjoyed each other’s company. When I snap out of my thoughts, Gaheun already has her luggage in her hands, a bag over her shoulder, and was standing on the driveway, enjoying the fresh air. When did she even get out of the car? How long was a spaced out for?
