SHINee was singing a ballad song when some whispers were heard at the audience.

“What’s happening?” SHINee’s manager, who was in the backstage, uttered when he noticed little noises on the audience.

“Onew-oppa…” / “He’s here…” / “Omo…” / “What’s happening? / “He’s back.”

Little by little, fans started to notice the identity of the figure that was walking down the aisle towards the stage.

Taemin was singing his lines when he noticed his hyung’s presence. He stopped. The other members looked at his sight’s direction and they felt a little shock, too.

It was Onew hyung, walking towards their direction, eyes fixed on them.

The instrumental of the song Quasimodo was the only sound they can hear. Fans went silent, the members aren’t singing anymore. All of them are waiting for Onew to stand with SHINee on stage.

As he reached them, a hug was initiated by Minho. They covered Onew with their arms and hugged him dearly. Since the mics were still on, the audience started to hear their sobs.

LEE SOO MAN, sitting with his assistant and his secretary, secretly wiped the tears that were about to fall.

Quasimodo instrumentals were playing while they hear cries from the SHINee members. Everybody felt like shouting “WE LOVE SHINEE!!!”, but they decided to give the precious time to them.

Approximately 4-5 minutes had passed before they stopped crying.

“Ani~ We’re in front of the f-fans, h-hyung…” Minho said between sobs.

“Not to mention Sooman-sonsaengnim is in the audience.” Taemin calmed himself down.

Three guys, Onew, Key, and Jonghyun were still sobbing, 5 minutes is not enough to allow their emotions settle down.

After a while, they decided to give the stage to Onew for him to talk.

First, he did a formal bow to everybody before speaking.

“This might be the most appropriate time and place for me to talk about everything that happened this past year. This will be a little bit long so I hope you guys won’t fall asleep.”

His words gave them a little laugh.

“Almost 5 years ago... when everything started.” He introduced.

“I was alone in our dormitory when a heavy rain poured down. I checked outside to see how hard the rain was. Then there I saw a girl soaking wet. She ran all the way through the rain. She looked at me and bowed politely and felt sorry because she thought she did some noise that made me open the door. I don’t know what got into me, but I asked her to come inside because she might get sick for staying too long outside. She hesitated, but I insisted. She said she recognized me and doesn’t want to join me in because she knows how things work and has the idea that she probably might be involved in the controversy involving me…” Onew shook his head and looked at the members. “Chinchhaa, this confession makes me embarrassed.”

“CON-TI-NUE!” The fans shouted.

“The girl I was referring to is none other than my loving wife, Park Soojin.” He confessed. “She was the type who will never want to be involved in such controversy that won’t make her at ease. She ran away after what happened to us and even tried to fool me that nothing really happened, but of course, as a man, I know we did it, not to mention the stain I saw…”

“Hyung, it’s censored.” Key reminded.

“Okay nevermind the last part.” He said in embarrassment. “Anyways… For 3 years I lived freely, not even thinking I probably just created a responsibility to carry on my own. She originally planned to keep the baby herself, until her good brother decided to take the initiative on bringing my daughter to me. That same day you saw her in the dorm was the same day I got to meet her for the first time.”

He paused for a while.

“We decided to fake the story because we know what truly happened is unbelievable.”

“DEH!!!!”

He doesn’t know if he should laugh or what with the fans response about saying “Yes, It’s unbelievable.”

“So the idea that she was with someone else 5 years ago was pretty acceptable because we never really had any proper relationship until a year ago. And… the fake marriage certificate and other papers were not included in our knowledge. We didn’t know those were not recognized by the law. I’m sorry about this thing that caused the fandom to almost clash down, but I’m standing strong, willing to defend everyone from being scattered upon, even my wife, and my daughter.”

“And Yes. Right now I don’t know where Soojin and Sooki are. I went to their house in Gangnam but her brother told me they went out. So I don’t know how to start talking to her or what to say.” He admitted.

“OPPA, JUST SAY IT!!!! SHE COULD BE WATCHING!!!!!” One fan from the audience shouted.

“De, hyung. We’re streaming live on line. Even the people in Europe might probably be able to hear what you’ll say.” Jonghyun whispered.

“Well… Should I really say it in front of everybody?”

“DEEHHH, OPPPAA!!!”

“Go Jinki!!!”

“Onew-sunbae, fighting!!!!”

“Onew-oppa, hwaiting!!!!”

“Lee Jinki, go!!”

And that’s when he realized even the artists are on the audience.

“Park Soojin.” He uttered. Everybody went silent.

“I don’t know where you are or what you doing, but if you hear my voice, will you come to me?”

“UNNIEEE… STAND UPPP!!!!” A fan shouted and pushed Soojin up, revealing herself to the whole audience.

Onew was shocked. He didn’t know she was there the entire time he was talking. He looked around, doubting if he still needs to continue or just pull Soojin somewhere else and talk to her privately.

His eyes took a sight of Lee Sooman. His smile was like that of a father, he’s nodding, as if telling him, “Go On… you should do this.”

He spotted Sooki beside her, so he might probably be choosing words to say.

“I was wrong when I doubted you during that time. I allowed myself to feel pressured of the things I hear around that I even forgot to listen to my heart. I became selfish of leaving you while thinking I was badly hurt, not even realizing that you are as hurt as I am. I used being an idol as an excuse to whine about being judged, not thinking that you received much more hurtful criticism than I do. I don’t know how to treat the wound that I created. I don’t know how to put back the smile that was flashed on your face before, but all I know is right now, right here, right in front of all the people, all I want is to be with you, together with our cute daughter, Lee Sooki. I love you, I hope you still know that.” He said as he looked on her direction. Tears falling down not only on Soojin and Onew’s face, but rather to all the people present in the event.

“I love you, too.” Soojin mouthed from a far and all of them understand what she wanted to say.

Onew smiled, “Chincha?” He said.

She nodded dearly.

“Then… I’ll take this opportunity to do this as well.”  He took out something out of his pocket and then everybody screamed.

They have the idea of what’s going to happen next.

“I might probably thank Lee Sooman sonsaengnim for faking the papers. That way, I will have the reason to do this. Park Soojin… I might be the most imperfect husband that someone could ever have. I’m always jealous, I’m always insecure, I’m such a cry baby, I become a different person when I’m mad and I’m drunk, I act with Sooki’s age, sometimes even younger.  With all these things I possess, are you willing to marry me? … as in for real? … no fake papers? … no fake stories? … no fake wedding photos? Just…. Marry me like how a woman says yes to the priest when she is being asked about saying …”

“Hyung, you’re saying a lot of things already.” Jonghyun uttered.

“Anyways, will you marry me?” He said with such puppy yes.

Soojin smiled and nodded. “Of course.” She mouthed.

With one quick move he jumped out of the stage and ran to Soojin.

But sangtae isn’t even absent during the happy ending… right when he was about to reach her, he tripped on someone else’s foot making him fall on top of Soojin.

Everybody laughed, but thought that it was such a cute scene.

“Oppa… She is your daughter. SHE IS. I’ve never slept with anyone but you. Only you.” Soojin told him as both of them looked at each other’s eyes.

“I know. I know Soojin, I know.” He answered. “So… you’ll marry me, right?”

“Of course, because I pretty much love you so so so much.” She said dearly and cupped his face.

“Komawo..” He caught her lips and kissed her gently. Fans went wild upon seeing such scene.

Choon Hee, who was sitting beside Sooki, covered their daughter’s eyes.

“Oppa…” Soojin uttered when she pushed Onew a little. “Can you get off of me?”

“Because you’re afraid something not so appropriate will happen in front of the fans?” Onew’s naughty smile appeared.

“No… I’m afraid the baby in my tummy won’t be able to breathe properly.”

Since Onew held the mic on his hand, so the conversation was pretty heard by everyone…

“The… the baby?”

“Uhuh... You will be an appa to another child again, Lee Jinki.”

Onew’s eyes widened, together with the loud cheer from the crowd.
