// I find this too long for a chapter but I need to write everything that was included in the original chapter. It was not THIS long originally, and I have no idea why this became like that.. and I can't even cut it into half because that will confuse me. LOL. By the way ~ Here's the update!

“Good Job everyone!” The photographer shouted after snapping the shutter for one last photo. “It was great! Do you want to see the pictures?”

The members proceeded to see the photos on the computer and assessed what are the nice shots that can be subjected for the release. “Wow. This one appeared nicely.” Jonghyun was pointing out on a photo taken as a stolen shot with everyone laughing because of Taemin's ped pants.

They browsed for more photos until they came across a particular photo wherein Onew and Soojin were smiling gently at the camera. They were posing super close together with his hand placed gently on her back as they wear couple outfit.

“They look like a real couple here.” Minho commented and the others agreed. He noticed Sooki trying so hard to look at the screen so he took the baby on his arms. “Look Sooki, it's umma and appa.” He said as he pointed as the picture.

Sooki looked at it for quite a while and then she looked at Uncle Minho. “No Sooki?” She said.

“Aww... I think Sooki wants to take a picture with umma and appa, too.” Key who heard what the child say uttered. “Should the three of you pose for a family picture?”

Not waiting for Onew to respond, Key and Jonghyun called the photographer back. Fortunately, he lend some more time to take pictures of the three.

They pulled out a long chair at the center and the two sat together with Sooki on her mother's lap. Onew's arm was extending behind Soojin while the other hand was holding Sooki hand.

“Aww~ They really look like a family.” The stylist along with some makeup artists almost squealed in excitement. “I have never seen Onew ssi as a father until now!” One of their corrdi noonas said. “It weirdly suits him!”

“And the little girl's mom is kind of beautiful, too, huh?” They said. “I mean... she looks so simple but there's something about her that makes her pretty.”

“Which suits our Onew ssi since he's a very simple man, as well.” Said the other one.

“SHH! Stop gossipping!” The manager scolded after hearing them chat about the three.

Among all of them, it was Sooki who felt really happy during the picture taking. The smile on her face is so bright that everybody else in the studio fell for it. Though Sooki herself wasn't aware of it – the happiness of meeting her father and having both of them be her side can't be explained by spoken words.

It was around 7:30 pm when they completely finished and already packed up. “Hyung, check this out.” Jonghyun showed Onew something from his phone.

[NOTICE] SM Entertainment to release an official statement regarding Onew's controversy tomorrow at 9am KST.

Onew then remembered something that he must do before the official statement is released and the world will know about everything. “Soojin-ssi.” She looked at him. “Should we go to your house? I think I should meet your parents and personally talk to them.”

The members, their manager, and some coordi noona were shocked hearing what he said. It was such a brave move of him, as how the others thought.

“Oh.. but..” Soojin was out of words.

“I'll just drive you home. Let's go?” He said and she agreed without further word.

While they were in the car and Onew was silently driving to their house, Sooki was sleeping on her mother's lap soundly. “She must be tired today. A lot of things happened.” Onew said, opening up a conversation between the two of them. “You must be tired, too.”

“I'm okay.” Sooji answered, not meeting with Onew's eyes. “Onew ssi...” She called. “As what I've said earlier, I didn't really have any plans of getting you into trouble. It was my brother's fault. Are you sure you still want to go through this?”

Onew nodded. “I like to have her. Like you, I want to experience being on her side.” He said. “I am very inexperienced when it comes to children. We did one show wherein we took care of a baby but I was a complete mess. I didn't even get to carry him until the last episode.” He admitted – quite embarrassed of his clumsiness when it comes to children. “So I might not be the perfect father Sooki would expect for herself.”

“She was extraordinary happy today and I know it's because she finally saw you. She was just three years old but... when we're together, she's really together. Asking why I have a father and a mother while she only has a mother. If ever she asked you where you went, tell him you worked so hard to give her lots of toys. That's what I always tell her so she won't feel lonely.”

“Thanks.” Onew smiled. “For covering me up nicely.”

“Are you sure you want to meet my parents? Don't you need a little time to adjust and gain some courage to do so?”

“I can do it.” Onew said willingly. “Besides, they're going to release a statement tomorrow. It's better if your parents are fully aware of it before anything goes publicly.”

Minutes later, they have reached her house. Onew was finally able to meet her parents. “Annyonghasaeyo, I am Lee Jinki, sir, ma'am.” He said together with a polite bow.

They asked him to sit down as they talk.

“We know what happened.” Soojin's father said. “I've told Soojin to tell you about it since the we learned about her pregnancy, however, I knew this day would come.”

“I am completely sorry for being unaware and ignorant about this all these time.” Onew apologized whole heartedly. “It was my fault. I should've looked for her.”

“It's okay. We understand our daughter wanted to run away, too.” Her mother said. Onew then started to tell them what's going to happen and about the article that will be revealed today.

“If anyone tried to get your side, you don't need to give them statement. If they insist and bother you, please call me.” Onew said politely.

“In order not to make the situation worse, we promise not to say anything.” Her father said. They looked each other in the eyes until her father talked again. “I guess I really need to give you my 2 princesses.” There was a hint of tears in his eyes. Soojin's mother smiled and told Onew that her husband normally gets so emotional when it comes to Soojin and Sooki. “As I see, you are a good man, willingly going here to talk to us. We appreciate it and please, promise me you're going to take care of my daughter and my grandchild no matter what happened. Treat them as if they were your greatest possession.”

“I will sir. I promise.” He pledged.

“Are your parents aware about this already? I think they are the ones most shocked about what happened.” Soojin's mother said and she looked at her daughter. “Soojin-ah, I think you should go to Jinki ssi's house so you could inform his parents. Go before the day ends.”

They followed what her mother said and not long after they left Soojin's house. They reached Onew's house.

“Aigoo~ My grand child~” Jinki's mother uttered the moment she saw Sooki – still half asleep. “Are you tired, aegi-ah? Come on, let halmeoni carry you.” She said falling deeply in love with Sooki. The two of them were surprised and confused as to why his mother was aware of it already.

“Minho called us about this. He said it should've been you saying this situation but you went to her house first to talk to his parents so before it becomes too late, they informed us already.” His father explained. “Are you Park Soojin?” He asked after a while. Soojin nodded and bowed to them politely.

“Wah. Lee Jinki.” While carrying her grand daughter, Onew's mother gently punched his chest. “You did this and you didn't tell us. Tsk. Tsk. You were doing something behind our backs, huh?” She said but turned completely smiling to Soojin. “I know you might find me weird that I am so happy about this cute little angel I'm carrying right now. You might be expecting me to be surprised and all but sweetie... I've been dreaming of having a grand daughter. I thought it will take so long because Lee Jinki has no plans about marriage and he won't probably meet a girl until he resigns as an idol. Thank heavens, my little angel came.” She said and kissed Sooki sweetly.

She smiled and was relieved. They weren't strict people and it made her at ease. It won't be difficult to deal with her “in laws”.

“We're always here for you.” His mother said after a while. “You are very much welcome to be a part of our family so don't be shy around us. And you.. Lee Jinki.” She looked at Onew with threatening gaze. “Stop playing around now that you have a wife and a very cute baby. Treat them with care and never ever let anyone hurt them.”

The things they heard were almost the same as what Soojin's parents' adviced and reminded them.

“I think you should stay for the rest of the night, Soojinnie... Sooki must be so tired to even travel back.” His mom suggested after a while. Soojin was hesitant at first, but they said they are one family now so no need to be shy.
