Effort - Part 3
Every Moment was YouThe intermission was around 15mins, where guests are ushered from the roof garden to the main dining hall. The time for the bride and groom to take a breather and change into their second march-in wear and for all guests who were interested to have solo shots with the couple to find them in the waiting room.
His company at the table took the chance to head to the dressing room to touch up on their make-up and he was left alone, with nothing else but his silent handphone.
Even the buzz in the main groupchat had died down after all came to an agreement that a meet-up was required, not the constant spamming of well wishes.
He pursed his lips as he contemplated whether or not to head into the main hall. It would be awkward to go in so early so staying here for the remains of spring breeze seems to be a better option. At least there are not much people left here so no one would really take special attention that he was around.
Suddenly someone tapped on his shoulder, turning around he was pleasantly surprised by his view.
"Seojoon-oppa! Long time no see!" His company chirped.
"Ahhh Yoona ah... yes yes, when was the last time??" He answered as his mind started digging through his memories.
"Last year remember... the opening ceremony??" Yoona dropped some hints.
"Ahh! Yes yes!" It was a day event at Amore Pacific this time of last year, it was just an hour event so it was very much parked at the far end of his memory. But it would sound totally rude if he had forgotten about that so he kept his smile and asked, "How have you been?"
The lady took her seat beside him with what it seems like she was planning to keep the conversation going. Even thou it was kind of an awkward now since he is relatively closer to Jessica and everyone knows the story between Sica & the rest of the girls, he kept the conversation light and going.
"To all esteem guests, wedding ceremony will commence in approximately 10mins. Please adjourn to the main hall." The annoucement sounded.
"Sounds like a call for us to move!" SJ tried his best to not sound too relieved.
"Before that should we take a selca? It's rare that we meet each other at an acquaintance's wedding. Worth a memory isn't it?"
SJ smiled awkwardly. Yes, it's rare. But he didn't saw this selca coming. "Sure sure! Shall I hold the camera?" He asked gentlemanly.
