He checked his phone for the 5th time that hour, waiting for a message or a note and there was zero response from her.

He surprised everyone by being the last actor announced to be attending the Beauty Awards by Cosmo held in Shanghai. It wasn't totally intentional, just that he had the habit of only annoucing when he is totally confident of something. He did receive the invitation a couple of days later than her and he was still waiting to hear if he would have to attend AAA which was happening on the same day.

It was only till this week where he got the green light from his manager and his filming schedule. On the same day he learned that the category winner for AAA was someone else. Then he gave his confirmation to the Shanghai producers of his attendance of the event. 

And he was planning to let her know about this decision the same day. Just that everything was unexpected that night. 

"It was part of her fault too." He mumbled to himself while staring at the blank phone screen.

She usually stayed over if either of them had oversea schedules, it was a habit for them to have breakfast together before any of their flights. But this time he didn't find her at home after the announcement was released. 

He messaged, "I thought you told me to come home, where are you?"

But his phone was silent through the night. Scrolling through the conversation in the WWWSK group chat where their coworkers were congratulating them, she didn't respond either. The last message from her was the dress which she said she was wearing tonight.

Picking up his phone he quickly text, "I'm on the first flight out, have you arrived in Shanghai?"

And till the moment he arrived at Shanghai, there wasn't a single reply. All the messages marked read but there was no response. It was the first time he didn't know where she was totally, and he wasn't feeling good at all. 

Distracted he almost board the wrong car to the hotel, "Park Min Young, audiya??" He continued messaging and the recipient was online for that message and went offline without replying again.
