The loud noise from inside the room made her drop the cup in her hands back into the sink as she dashed towards the sound, swinging the slightly ajar door open.
There he was, sitting on the bed reaching out for his bag which has just sprawled all its content on the floor.
He looked up and registered her anxious look which almost immediately turned into anger, before tears started streaming down her cheeks. Getting up immediately, he held her before she had the chance to turn and walk out of the room and as gently as he could, he pulled her to the bed and settled both of them down.
Nestling right into her neck, he could feel the large droplets of her tears were flowing uncontrollably dampening his cheeks as well. Sighing, he honestly have no idea what was going on but he was too exhausted to fight.
And her tears continued in silence, with them remaining in that position for the next few minutes. Before he straighted up and looked right at the tear-stained face.
"What's wrong Jagiya?" He asked, with much lesser strength than earlier. Whatever strength he has left to get him home was wiped out the moment he saw her tears, and all he wants now is to get out of this zone so that he could crash back into bed and rest.
But she wasn't answering, sniffing away he could see that she was trying her best to regain her posture. There went past a few more minutes, with no exchanges other than a tight grip on her hand as he waited patiently for her to be ready.
"Have you fell out of love with me??" Her opening statement was jaw-dropping, he could only feel the throbbing in his head worsen.
Looking at his bewildered face, she continued, "Cause it seems that you really hate
