YG Building

“So what’s the meeting for, again?” Seungri asked while they were waiting for YG.

“Commercial.” The manager replied without even looking at him.

“Yah little Seunghyun! You’re going here without knowing why you’re here?!” YG’s voice was suddenly heard in the meeting room which startled everyone. They all stood up to greet YG.

“So hyung, what’s this commercial about?” GD asked.

“It’s for a company that has been supporting your concerts for the past years. You don’t have to think about the actual details since I’ve already reviewed the terms. Nothing binding and I made sure that there are no limitations that would stop you from doing the things that you want to do.” YG explained.

“Since everything is set already, why did we have to meet then?” GD clarified. “You shouldn’t have gone out of your way hyung. You could’ve told our managers instead.” He smiled.

“The reason I called is because I had a meeting with their management team. Although we’ve been working with this company for years now, this is the first time that one of their executives would be hands on. I was informed that one of their Heads would be the creative director of the shoot.” YG started. “So I just want to remind you to do your best and focus while you’re shooting for 3 days. It’s going to be at Jeju Island.”

“Don’t worry, hyung. We’ll do everything to give them what they envisioned the commercial to be.” GD smiled.

“I’m pretty sure, you all will. Just make sure everything goes smoothly since they sponsor our shows and I don’t want them to have any bad impressions about us.” YG emphasized.

“Don’t worry hyung, we got It covered.” Seungri grinned.

“Especially you little Seunghyun-ah! Don’t you dare do anything stupid out there.” YG warned.

“Why do you always think I’ll do something, stupid. I’m already behaving these days.” Seungri mattered.

“Coz you always do, maknae-ah” TOP that brought a round of laughter in the room.

“Arasso, that’s all. You may go back to whatever you’re doing now. Again, do great tomorrow!” YG dismissed them.

Taeyang and GD had to stay in the studio while Seungri headed to a photoshoot. Since TOP has finished his schedules today, he decided to pick Ashley up at the office. He’ll be gone for days again and he wanted to make sure he spends time with her. He doesn’t want her to feel the way she felt a couple of months back. He called Mia to check if all her meetings are done and informed her to inform Ashley’s driver that she’ll go home alone.

“Hello” Ashley answered plainly since she’s in front of her team.

“Hey Love, are you busy?” he asked noticing the tone she used in answering the phone.

“I’m just talking to my team. What’s up?” she asked.

“Are you almost done?”

“Almost. Can you stay on the line? One sec.” she stopped him and removed the phone away from her and talked to the team.

“Just remember to make sure everything is covered. I know you do your jobs properly but I want this to be seamless. Arasso?” she instructed and everyone nodded.

“Mia and Jun, you be my runners. You know how it works. I mean it when I say seamless.” She reiterated. “You may all go now. I’ll see you all tomorrow.”

She dismissed everyone and when everybody has left her office she shut the door.

“Jagiya, sorry about that. Why did you call?” her tone shifted to a calmer one.

“Love. You are scary.” He chuckled.

“Aish. That’s why I don’t like you knowing how I work.” She sighed.

“Aigoo. I still don’t get why you don’t like me seeing you in action.” He pouted.

“Let’s not talk about that. So, why did you call?” she changed the topic.

“Are you done now?” he asked.

“Yup. I’m just fixing my stuff. I’m about to head home.” She answered while putting her laptop inside her bag.

“Great. Just go straight to the basement parking. I’m waiting here. I already informed your driver that you won’t need him to drop you off.” He stated.

“You’re here?!? Why didn’t you tell me sooner.” She was surprised and TOP can hear her rushing.

“Hey. No need to rush. I’ll wait for you here.” He assured her.

After fixing her stuff, she headed down to the basement. He saw TOP’s car and immediately approached it. TOP opened the passenger seat door from the inside.

“Jagiya!” she gave him a peck. “You’re done with your schedule?” she asked.

“Yup.” He answered shortly while backing up the car.

“Good thing I ended, early.” She smiled.

“I made sure you will.” He smirked while driving.

“You know what? I feel that you’re Mia’s boss and not me. She follows you, every single time.” She shook her head and he chuckled.

“She’s a VIP. You can’t do anything about that.” He teased.

“Unfair.” She pouted.

“Stop moping. I’ll give you my manager’s number. He knows about you. you can ask him anytime if you can’t contact me.” He cooed and she immediately smiled.

“You should have told me sooner that he knew. Asa!” she cheered and he just chuckled with the quirkiness of his girlfriend.

“What food do you feel like eating?” he asked.

“We’re eating out? It’s still early, people might see us.” She doesn’t want to compromise their privacy.

“Don’t worry, I’ve got the cover ups ready.” He assured her. “Steak and wine?” he asked and she smiled.

They drove to one of the exclusive steak restaurants and got a VIP room. They ordered her favourite steak and he picked white wine.

“This is fun.” she said while eating. “We should do this more often.” she commented.

“Yeah. We should. I have more free time these days since we already wrapped up the filming the other day.” He agreed since they were both busy the past few months and dining out was really hard to do.

“Speaking of that! I’m glad you’re done. You can get more sleep.” She cheerfully said. “You’ve been losing weight and competing with Seungri with your eyebags.” She teased.

“I know. You always tell me that I have to eat and sleep.” He reminded her.

“Yeah, but you don’t do it.” She rolled her eyes.

“I will now.” he defended.

“Good.” She smiled and took a sip from her wine.

“What’s your schedule tomorrow?” she asked.

“I have to go to Jeju for 3 days for a commercial shoot.” He answered and she nodded.

“What time are you leaving?” she inquired.

“Lunch time.” He answered.

“Want to sleep over at my place tonight? Or I can stay at your place.” He suggested.

“Let’s just stay at yours. I have to leave early though. I have a seminar in Busan for 3 days as well. and I need to leave early in the morning.” She answered thinking that it would be much easier instead of him being left alone in her house.

“Oh. So that’s what you were being fierce about earlier when I overheard you talking to your team.” He now understands the reason.

“Yup. We organized it so I wanted to make sure that everything runs smoothly.” She smiled.

After eating dinner, they decided to head home since they both have to pack their stuff. After making sure that she packed everything, she headed towards TOP’s house. They decided to sleep early since Ashley has to leave early in the morning.

Jeju Island

Bigbang arrived in the hotel around 2pm. They immediately had their hair and make up done. The director visited the dressing room where they were preparing and explained to them the scenes that they will be shooting.

“Do you have any questions, regarding the storyboard?” the director asked.

“We heard that the creative director of this campaign is one of the executives, will she be here?” Gdragon asked.

“Yup. She will be here shortly. She’s just talking to the production team for some changes in the set-up.” The director answered.

“Don’t worry about that. She’s actually nice. She’s just very particular with details and the output but outside that, she’s friendly and approachable.” The director assured them noticing that they were unsure of the presence of an executive.

“Thanks hyung. We’ll do our best!” Taeyang spoke in behalf of the team.

“We’ll make sure to impress her.” The maknae added and the others just laughed.

“Yah! Maknae, you should impress everyone and not just her!” GD bickered which brought another round of laughter. While everyone was in the middle of laughing and teasing Seungri.

“Yeah. That’s not what we’ve discussed. I don’t care if it’s hard but I need to see what we have discussed. We won’t start unless I see that on the set.” A voice of someone talking over the phone behind the door interrupted all of them. Then a knock was heard, and the door opened.

“Anneonghasayo” the person who owns the voice carefully entered the room.

“Great! She’s here. Bigbang, this is our Marketing Head, Ashley-ssi. She will be your creative director for this shoot.” The director introduced her.

“Ashley-noona?” the maknae was the first person who broke out of their shock upon seeing her. He immediately looked at TOP checking his reaction. He still thinks that they are not in good terms.
