The title fits well! It shows the hint of playfulness and comedy that the story has. You might want to change it into ‘happened’ instead of ‘happen’ though.

I like both your poster and background! The poster is really playful, though I noticed that the title on the poster is slightly different (Happened instead of Happen, which is more proper, so you might want to fix the title *wink*). The background is also playful; it’s eye-catching but not tacky.
