Into the New World
It was a little over a week since my birthday and we were up bright and early. Today we were recording our new single. We had just got in the van not thirty seconds ago and Hyung was already talking. I started to tune him out until I heard the words ‘SNSD’ and ‘new song.’
Omo, I totally forgot their new single came out today! We were out late last night filming a smaller commercial. I really meant to listen to it when I got home, but I must have fallen asleep.
“What are you waiting for,” I asked loudly. “Play it!”
“Okay, okay,” hyung said from the front seat as he hit a few buttons on his phone.
The music began playing and I could already tell that it was going to be way different from any of their other songs. Jessica’s voice began and now I couldn’t wait for Tiffany’s part. Her huskier voice and this darker music, oh my, I was ready. Sunny’s voice was next though. Her cute higher pitched voice surprisingly went really well with this song too.
My eyes widened at the next voice. I was totally spot on. Her voice was perfect for this song. Hell it was perfect in general. I was in awe. That was until the bridge of the song played. Sunny and Tiffany started almost rapping as they spit out their lines quickly back and forth. I almost had a heart attack it was so good.
Soon the song ended and I immediately pulled out my phone.

Fany-ah! I just listened to your new song and it is amazing! I’m so proud of you!!
I put my phone back in my pocket just as Sooyoung spoke from beside me. “Well that’s going to be in my head all day.”
He was 100% right. It was pretty catchy. Not as catchy as ‘Oh’ though. Wait a minute. “Hyung isn’t there a video too?” I just remembered the slight bits of their new concept in their last music video. I remember this time they were dressed darker and ier, and I was all kinds of excited for that.
“Uh ne, I don’t have it on my phone though, mian.” Dang!
“Can we watch it once we get to SM,” Yuri asked from the back row.
“Yeah su- Actually. Since you are all so excited to see it, I won’t show you until you get this single down exactly like the PD wants it.”
“Are you kidding me?”
“Ani, Taengo. Let’s get this done today. This will just be added motivation.” I shook my head and pulled out to tell Tiffany about how much of a jerk our manager is being. “Yah, no cell phones today either. I don’t want you looking it up.” Omo, I didn’t even think about that. Gosh, Taeyeon who are you right now? “I’m not kidding hand them up.”
I heard a couple groans from beside me as they passed up their phones. I quickly opened a text.
“Taeyeon!”
“One second just let me tell Tiffany.”

To: Fany
Hyung is taking our phones for today, sorry Fany-ah! I love you!
I hit send, shut off the power, and then handed my cell phone up to the front.

We were waiting in the studio for the producer and the rest of the crew that would be with us today when hyung came back in the room with his arms full.
“Here I brought a few waters.” He then set the drinks down. “Oh hold on,” he said as he pulled out his phone. “Yeboseyo? O-oh, ne.”
The next thing I know he was walking back outside the room. ”What a weirdo,” Sooyoung commented.
“I couldn’t agree more,” I said as we all started laughing.
A few minutes later the door opened and it was our manager, again. “That was-“
The door opened again quickly. This time it was the PD and another staff member. We rushed to stand up and greet them as they entered.
“Ne, annyeonghaseyo. Are you guys ready to get started?”
I was about to respond when Hyung spoke up. “I’m really sorry, but I have a quick meeting with the president. I’ll be back as soon as I can, alright?”
“Oh yeah, that’s fine. Go ahead.”
He called out a quick ‘fighting!’ before he finally left us.
“Alright. Let’s get to it. Here is the finished product music wise,” he explained as he pressed a few buttons on the laptop his, what looked like to be his assistant had just set up.
The music started and I definitely didn’t hate it. It was a lot cuter than we had done previously, but it was a pretty cute song, if I do say so myself.
“Yeah I like that a lot,” I said.
“Me too, it sounds really cute though,” Sooyoung said.
“What did you expect pabo-yah. You read it beforehand right,” Yuri snapped.
“Of course,” he replied. “It’s just that Taengo is going to have to learn to act cute.” I rolled my eyes at that.
“Yah! I am cute enough, let’s just get started. What should we do first,” I asked in the direction of the PD.
“Hm, well since we you know how you want the song to sound Taeyeon, why don’t you go sing your part and then the other two can pick up off of your feel. You know, kind of matching your pace and beat and everything?”
That was a good idea. “Yeah, that sounds like it could work out well.”
Not long after I was in the recording room putting the head phones on. I grabbed the water I brought in with me and took a quick drink.
“Now remember, you don’t need to get it perfect this first time. We’re just laying down a sample to follow okay?”
I nodded and agreed with him, but in my head I had a completely different motive. I wanted to get it perfect right off the bat, one reason being so I could get done faster and help my members. Since I had a pretty good example of what I wanted it to sound like in my head I was probably going to be a big help in giving them pointers as we go. The second reason being that well, once we were done we could get our phones back and would be able to watch SNSD’s new music video.
The music started. As I felt the beat and everything come together I started humming a little before my part came up. I opened my mouth to begin, but then the music stopped. What in the…
“That was good Taeyeon-ah. Adlib in the beginning this time, maybe try some ‘ohhs,’” the PD said through the headphones.
“Alright,” hey it was worth a shot. The music started again and I did as he suggested. I continued in to my first part, which also happened to be the song’s chorus.
“That was good Taeyeon. Do you want to try that again or move on and we can go over it all afterward?”
Good question. Hmm, they both had their pluses and negatives. Thinking about it a bit longer I came to a decision. “Maybe we could just keep going over it until we think it’s perfect and then move to the next part?”
“Yeah, that’s what we were thinking out here too. After it’s all done we can go back and fix it if needed. Then do the backups and so on. Good. We’ll start it again. Ready?”
I held up my thumb and we began again. After a few more times I had finally got it right. I came out of the sound booth.
“That was awesome Tae, I’m next right,” Yuri asked.
“Yep. It’s all you Yul!” He quickly went in the booth. Not soon after he began as well.
He sounded good, just a little, I don’t know, rough? He fit the lyrics all in with the beat perfectly too, I was impressed. After his first try I hit the button so he could hear me in the recording area.
“Yuri that was awesome, just try to be cuter next time. Like soften up your tone a little maybe?”
“Yeah that’s what I was thinking too, thanks Tae. Alright, let me go again,” he called from inside.
A few more rounds and he had got a pretty good version recorded as well. Now it was Sooyoung’s turn. He entered the room and literately got it perfect the first try.
“Soo that was fantastic,” Yuri said.
“Yeah that was perfect,” I agreed.
After a couple of hours we had the main lyrics fully recorded. Now we just had to go back and add the backup vocals and the occasional ‘ooh.’ All we needed to do now is wait for the PD to get back. He said he was going to go to the rest room and then take a little walk, something about being old and only being able to sit for so long, I don’t know.
“You better run, run, run, run, run…“ I turned quickly to see Yuri singing to himself. “What?”
“Nothing,” I laughed. “It’s catchy though right?” Ever since I heard it in the van this morning I couldn’t get SNSD’s new song out of my head.
“Yeah, I can’t stop singing it either,” Sooyoung agreed from across the room.
“I know it-“ Just then the door opened causing Yuri to stop midsentence. We all stood to greet the producer as he walked in.
“Annyeongha- Oh, it’s just you,” Sooyoung said.
“Hey hyung. You’re back? What took you so long?”
“Yeah Yuri. I had the meeting with the president and then a couple of other small meetings to try to get you all on a few more shows. How’s everything going here?”
“It’s fine, what did Lee Sooman want?” I was curious to see if it was about Tiffany and I. The meeting not too long ago sure did go pretty well. Too well…
“Oh right! You guys are really going to thank me, and the president I guess,” he said as he started to go off on some other tangent.
“Yah! Hyung, what is it?”
“Right Soo, sorry. You all are doing a commercial soon and it’s a big one!” He sounded so excited. Gosh, it was kind of making me a little anxious.
“Well,” I pried.
“Caribbean Bay!”
“Ahh jinjja?!” I couldn’t believe it. That place was so popular! Not to mention their commercials were always interesting.
“Oh my god do we get to go there to film it?!”
“Yeah Taeyeon, seriously, and of course Soo, where else do you think you’d go,” Hyung teased. I really laughed at that one. It’s not like we could do it anywhere else.
“I don’t know! I’m just so excited! When do we do it?! Do we get to play around after?” Soo was really like a kid in a candy store right now. I shook my head but then froze after hearing the next statement.
“Well we’re going to meet with the other group that will be in in next week sometime to record a song for the video,” he explained. Other group? “And then probably do the filming in the middle of April sometime. They haven’t got all the details worked out yet, I just know who is going to be in it.”
“April?” “Who is the other group?” Yuri and I asked at the same time.
“Isn’t it going to be freezing cold in April?”
“Yeah probably,” hyung answered completely ignoring my question. “But you’ll be able to get through it. Oh! That reminds me, you are all going to begin working out more starting tomorrow. You’ll have to look your best in this commercial. I’m pretty sure your shirts are going to be off about 80% of the time,” he explained as he started to laugh at the end.
Just great, I thought, exercising is one of my least favorite things to do. “Ughh,” I loudly groaned. Wait a minute, he still didn’t answer me. “Hyung, who is going to be in it with us?”
“Aish, is it 2PM? Those guys are really muscular,” Yuri said. “Soo, and Tae will look like babies.”
Alright, it was true that we weren’t the bulkiest guys out there. I thought we were pretty in shape though?
“Ah, no it isn’t 2pm. You guys will seriously love this.”
“Hyung just tell us,” Sooyoung pleaded. Seriously though, all this dragging out was so annoying.
“SNSD.”
My jaw almost literately hit the floor.

It was about a week later and Yuri, Sooyoung and I were getting out of the van to enter to SM to meet with the producer for the Caribbean Bay commercial. We were recording the track to go with our appearance on screen today and I couldn’t be more excited.
I was really interested to see what the song would be like though. I was hoping it wasn’t too bad seeing as how last week we spent one whole day in the studio for our single, and then every day since we were inside the studio learning the choreography. They were really trying to get this song out quick. Oh well.
The biggest cause for my excitement however was the fact that I would get to spend all day with my girlfriend. I would get a front row seat to see her in her element. I was curious about how she acted and worked while in the studio. I’ve only ever seen her on stage or on television shows. I never once got to the behind the scenes kind of stuff with her and I was so thrilled to do so.
Yuri went on ahead of us while we were only about half way to the door when I heard a shout.
“TYS saranghae!”
No way, I thought. I looked over and sure enough there were three people standing a little bit off to the side with their phones out. I wasn’t surprised that they were there, in fact I’ve gotten used to that. There were always someone’s fans outside SM. The thing that surprised me was that they were here so early. It was about 6am. I wasn’t even fully awake yet, I don’t know how they were already out here. It really put a smile on my face. Our fans are amazing.
“Hey Hyung, can I go say hi to those fans over there?”
“What? No, I can’t go with you. I have to get inside to meet the PDs,” he explained.
“Oh come on, there are only three of them. Plus, they’re why we’re here today,” I argued. It’s not like there was a huge group of people. If it were I wouldn’t be so okay about going alone. No matter how much I do love the fans, sometimes they can get a little excessive. Grabbing, pulling, pushing, and even groping are some of the things we have experienced so far from them. I was hoping it didn’t get much worse.
“He’s right,” Sooyoung chimed in. “It’s all because of them. I want to go too.”
“Fine. I’ll be in the lobby. Be smart. Be quick.”
“Woo,” Soo cheered before we turned around and started walking to the fans.
As we got closer I could tell they were starting to freak out. They didn’t look to be too old, maybe 16 or 17? “Oh my god, oh my god,” was the main comment I could hear coming from them. Once we reached them however they went completely silent. I imagine this is something near the feeling of when I met Tiffany for the first time. You really wanted to go all crazy and maybe die a little, but you couldn’t. The shock of having her, er I mean us, in front of you was so much that it actually calmed you down.
“Hello,” I greeted. “How are you guys?”
“We’re fantastic now,” the tallest of the three answered. The other two girls couldn’t keep their smiles at bay.
“Ahh, can we ask you why you’re here so early?”
“Ne! You three should be asleep. I know I would be if I didn’t have to be here,” Sooyoung added causing the girls to all laugh.
“W-well we were just taking a walk to pick up some coffee, but then we saw a van pull up so we stopped.” I guess it was the weekend and they didn’t have school. Wait, a van?
“Oh jinjja?” They nodded. “So SNSD is already here?”
“N-ne, uh how’d you know?” I looked at Soo and he smirked back at me.
“Well, if you promise to keep it a secret, I guess we can tell you…” The girls then nodded their heads vigorously. “We are going to be in a commercial with them in a month or so. So please look forward to it,” Sooyoung cheerfully stated.
“Ne, we will.” I felt my phone vibrate against my leg. I knew it was probably Hyung telling us to come inside.
“Well, we should get going,” I suggested trying to wrap this up.
“Before you leave can we get pictures with you?”
“Of course!” After a few minutes of picture taking we finally bid them a farewell. “Thank you so much for your support!”
“Please continue giving us your love, thank you,” Sooyoung added. We then made our way inside.
“Taeyeon oppa, you’re so handsome!” “Sooyoung saranghae,” were the last few words we heard before entering. Inside the lobby we were met with an upset looking manager.
After listening to a mini rant in the elevator, we finally made it to where we were supposed to be today. I quickly opened up the door in hopes to see Tiffany waiting for me with open arms, but no one was there. Or so I thought.
“Oh, oppa! You guys are here.”
“Oh hey, Seohyun. Where is everyone?” The place looked deserted, besides her obviously.
“Ahh. Oppa and Sunny unnie went to get coffee for everyone and then Jessica and Tiffany are both asleep on the sofa,” she said as she pointed her thumb behind her. “Then I don’t know where the PD is. How are you all?”
“Good, tired though,” Yuri answered from beside me. I’m glad he responded, because I was off to find my Tiffany. The producer wasn’t here, so that means I could hug and kiss her all I wanted.
I rounded the sofa at the far end of the room and sure enough, there they were. Their heads on either arm rest with their rears toward the middle. I could feel a grin growing.
Kneeling down in front of Tiffany I really took the time to admire her features, especially since she couldn’t scold me for staring at her! Even though I’m pretty sure she likes it, she never failed to catch me looking. I put my hand out and touched her cheek softly. An idea popped in to my head and I then decided that I needed to wake her up.
“Fany, Fany-ah,” I called as I shook her shoulder a little bit. I heard her groan and I immediately grinned like a fool. Waah she was so cute. “Fany wake up!” I saw her open her eyes slightly before shutting them right back and covering her face with her hands. “Yah! Wake up, I want to sit beside you,” I whined softly.
She giggled a little and then finally spoke. “I don’t have any make up on right now.”
“Oh Fany I don’t care, I’ve been watching you sleep for the past five minutes.”
“Yah,” she called with her sleepy voice dragging out, sounding raspier and huskier than usual. Omo!
“Oh come on, just sit up so we can cuddle until they get back,” I pleaded. I knew I finally won when she moved her hands and looked right at me with her little half sleepy smile. She finally rose up enough for me to squeeze in between her and the arm of the sofa.
“Mmm,” she voiced as she wrapped her arms around me and snuggled as close as she could.
“I love you Tiffany,” I blurted out. I don’t know why, but I just felt like telling her again.
I felt her shifting her weight beside me and then felt a quick kiss on my cheek. “I love you too Taetae.” Omo, Seriously, Tiffany’s sleepy voice is the most adorable thing ever. All the puppies and kittens in the world couldn’t even compare.
I was going to try to sleep as well, but after I wrapped my arms around her I kept replaying her words in my head. My stomach and brain were both going crazy. I don’t even want to talk about my heart. After all I’m pretty sure it wasn’t even working anymore. All of Tiffany’s adorableness this morning surely exploded it.

I woke up to the sweet voice of Taeyeon once again.
“Fany~,” he kept calling cutely. I was trying to fake being asleep as long as I could so I could stay in his arms, but when he spoke again I knew I had to give up that dream. “Sunny just got back, she said they passed the PD. They’ll be here any minute. Fany wa-“
“I’m up, I’m up,” I called as I removed myself from him. Gah he was warm though. “Ugh,” I groaned.
“How are you,” he asked with his arm still around me. “Did you sleep well?”
“Mmm,” I voice as I stretched my arms a little. “I’m great Taetae and of course I did. I got to cuddle with you.” Honestly, I felt great. That was probably the best nap I have ever taken. I really felt so rested. Hold on. “How long have I been asleep?” I had no idea how long I had been there. We arrived at SM at around 5:45 this morning, and I went to sleep not long after that.
“I’ve been here for the past, eh, fifteen minutes,” he said while looking at the watch I had bought him. It put a smile to my face as I leaned my head on his shoulder. “Not long enough huh?”
“It’s never long enough,” I responded playfully. I heard him lightly laugh as his arm moved from behind me. Erggg, don’t go!
“Do you want anything to drink? I’m so thirsty.” He then started to move from beside me.
“Ani, I’ll just have a drink of whatever you have,” I said and then flashed a smile in his direction. He moved in and captured my lips once before standing up and walking in the other direction. I watched him as he soon found Sunny who in turn gave him a slight side hug. Ugh, seriously. That made me so furious. I let out a deep breath.
Not the fact that Sunny hugged him, hell they could hug all they want. I knew the only feelings between the two of them were just a sibling like bond, which I was very happy about actually. I was glad that my best friends and my boyfriend could get along so well.
The thing that made me furious though is that Sunny was trying to tame down her behavior. Ever since Hyomin flipped out at Tae’s party she had been acting a bit odd. She wasn’t talking to any of her male friends as much, and she didn’t even hug Taeyeon today. She should not be the one being punished for his stupid immature behavior. Ugh, I just-
“Fany-ah?”
“Wha- Oh, sorry. Thank you Tae,” I said as I took the cup he was handing me. He sat down next to me as I took a drink and- “Oh my god, hot, hot,” I instinctively said in English.
“Are you okay? Didn’t you hear me a second ago Fany? I told you it was still a little hot!”
I didn’t know how to respond or if I even could. The combination of him moving closer to me and his hand that was now on the inside of my thigh left me a little bit flustered. I knew his hand was only there to help him support himself as he turned to look at me, but it definitely ignited something. Something that made me wish we were the only two in this room right now.
Now that I think about it, I also wished that Taeyeon and I could actually take our relationship to the next level. ‘Wow Tiffany you sound like a addict or something,’ I mocked myself internally. It wasn’t like that though. Hell, I’m still a , but I do know that I wanted my first time to be with Taeyeon. The only problem was that I could never get a chance to take it to the next level. I really, really wanted to last week after his birthday party, but since the paparazzi were all over the restaurant that night I knew there would be no chance of us getting out of there secretly, and especially together.
That was the only question now though. When would we get a chance to-
“Fany? Fany-ah? Tiffany?”
Omo, I totally forgot where I was. “Yeah, sorry Tae. I spaced out for a second. I’m okay though.”
“Are you sure? You look a little red.”
It’s fine. I was just thinking about getting you in bed; is what I should have said. “Yeah I’m sure Tae,” is what I settled for though.
“Alright. Good.” He then placed a quick kiss on my forehead and finally removed his hand from my thigh.
Whew. Crisis adverted.
Not long after, a group of people came through the door. There were a couple of people from the PR team at Caribbean Bay, a producer, and two tech crew members to help with the recording.
The lady who was in charge of PR spoke first after we greeted everyone.
“Sorry to have to ask you all in this morning. We didn’t know how long this would take and if I’m not mistaken one of you have a schedule later?”
“Ne,” Sunny responded. “Today I’m filming the last Invincible Youth episode.”
“Alright, then why don’t we have SNSD as a whole go first? Then Sunny can do her lines and leave. Bongki, please pass out the lyrics.” One of the men she came with then stepped forward to hand everyone a sheet of paper.
Looking at the paper in my hand I noticed actually how little words there were. A lot of it was repetitive, but I guess I wasn’t expecting much. It was just going to be the song behind the actual commercial. I was just glad to be here with everyone.
The four of us stepped in to the room and put on the headphones. They had us do the parts of the song where we all came in together. There weren’t that many thankfully, so we were done quickly.
Three of us left the room, leaving Sunny by herself. She didn’t have many lines, none of us did really. The woman had said earlier that it technically would be a TYS song featuring us. The boys had most of the lines, which I was happy to hear. I would get to listen to them all up close and raw.
While I was waiting for Sunny to be finished I really wanted to talk to Taeyeon more but he, Sooyoung, and Yuri all seemed to be in deep conversation with their manager so I decided to not. Instead I found our precious maknae and made my way to her.
“Hey unnie!”
“Hey Seohyunie. Are you ready for your part?”
“Ne, I think so. I don’t have that many lines.”
“Yeah I think Jess got most of them,” I said as I looked to the now awake ice princess. She was studying the sheet in front of her, or she might have been dozing off. I wasn’t totally sure.
“Alright who wants to go next,” the PD said loudly from behind his desk.
“I’ll go,” Sooyoung said as he rose from his seat. I looked down at the paper in my hand.
“Oh he has quite a few lines.”
“Yeah I noticed that he and Taeyeon oppa have the most.” That was justifiable though. I mean Taeyeon had the best voice I’ve ever heard. It’s really not even fair the amount of talent he has.
Then Sooyoung was their rapper, and the song was going to be more of an upbeat and fast paced song. So I could totally see why he had more than usual.
As soon as Sunny stepped out of the room she said her goodbyes to everyone and left with oppa. Since it was still so early, he drove her himself.
A little while later Sooyoung had finished. I was actually quite impressed with how quick he finished. Also with how attractive he was when he was rapping. It’s almost like he switched his personality completely. He went from this gentle goofy guy to a tough confident one.
Taeyeon had this sort of transformation too. I hadn’t got to see it today yet, but previously when I’ve watched him I’ve noticed it. He’s all cute and shy off stage, but the switch flips 100% once he steps on stage. He always seems so sure of himself, in the best way possible. Just like Sooyoung, he too becomes confident, and even more attractive than usual, which is a miracle in itself. I didn’t think he could get any more attractive than he was, but boy was I wrong.
“I’ll go next.” I looked to see Taeyeon walking toward the room and I couldn’t be more excited. I might even be more excited for this than their new single that they had just finished up. He said they weren’t sure when they were releasing it, but they were filming their music video this week. Also the song was written about me, so how could I not be excited about that?
“Alright were going to start from after the chorus.”
“Ne,” Taeyeon said from inside the booth. While we could all hear what was going on inside the room, it wasn’t very loud. I took the initiative and made my way to one of the staff members helping the PD.
“Excuse me ma’am?”
“Ne?”
“Do you think you could possibly turn up the sound in here, we all were really looking forward to hearing his part,” I slightly lied. I’m sure they wanted to hear him too though. Right? Oh well!
“Oh sure. Is he really good?” I really didn’t know what to say. Of course he’s really good pabo-yah! Have you not listened to him before?!
No Tiffany. Calm down.
“Yeah, he’s one of the best,” I calmly said before I flashed a smile. I then moved to sit on the back of the sofa so I could watch him sing. The music started and he finally began. I really couldn’t keep a smile off of my face. He was so good and some of the facial expressions he made while singing were too cute. Aigo~
He went through each of his parts a few times before he was finished. Aish, it ended too soon I thought.
“You were right, he really is good,” the lady that I talked to before said. She seemed shocked. I laughed and agreed.
I saw him now walking out of the room. We made eye contact and I gave him the biggest smile I could. I quickly left my position to follow him. Soon we were sitting at the table off to the side of the room.
“You sounded great Taetae,” I complimented.
“Well thank you Fany-ah. I hope it all turns out good.” He actually did look a little worried. I don’t know why. He did great, just as every one that had already went did.
I smiled at his concern though. He was adorable.
A couple of hours later everyone was done recording. We were now just waiting for the crew to put it all together and show the PR people the final product. They kept us here too incase we needed to re-record anything, which I figured we didn’t because I personally thought we all nailed our parts.
I had just got back in the room with a couple drinks in hand. “Hey Yuri I…Oh.” I looked to the sofa where he, Taeyeon and Seohyun were all sitting and Yuri had fallen asleep. On Taeyeon. It was so cute. Omo!
I set down the drinks and hastily pulled out my phone. This would make the best picture. Ah I could even post it on that new app I recently downloaded. Insta-something? I wasn’t totally sure, I’ve only used it once so far to upload a picture of Sunny and I. She was the one who had got me to download it anyway.
I will have to admit though, it was a great way to interact with fans, you know, to let them see a more personal side to us. “Hey smile,” I called to Taeyeon and Seohyun, who would also end up being in the picture.
“Unnie!”
“Oh Seo, please!”
I heard her sigh, as I looked to Taeyeon who was just smiling back at me. “Fine.” They both quickly posed as I counted to three.
“There!” I then opened up the app. Selected the picture and added a filter. Hmm, what do I put for the caption? Ehh I’ll just put ‘In the studio with these dorks. Yuri-yah wake up!’ There. I waited for it to finish up.
“What are you doing noona?” It uploaded!
“Oh, it’s that new app everyone has been talking about. You take pictures and then upload them so that people, or well the fans mostly, can look at them,” I explained. “Sunny has one too.”

“It’s done!” We all turned to look at the PD. “Alright everyone gather around. Let’s take a listen. Hwajoo-ssi please hear it well.”
I moved a little closer to where all the computers were, just before the music started. Yuri’s obviously edited, deep voice started us off.

Whoa. That turned out way better than I had even expected. Holy. Maybe we should collaborate more often. The real question however was did she like it?
I turned my attention to the woman in charge today. Her face hadn’t moved from when I last looked at her. Oh, come on la-
“That was fantastic!” Whew. “Really. It was just like I wanted. Thank you all so much. This commercial will definitely be a hit!”
Everyone including myself started cheering.
“It really is better than I expected,” TYS’s manager spoke up.
A few minutes later the woman had her jacket on and was on her way to the door. She stopped and turned toward us. “Thank you all so much for your hard work. I look forward to working with you all again in a couple weeks.”
I definitely couldn’t wait either. It was more than likely going to be a multiple day shoot. I mean two whole days with TYS and especially Taeyeon? Yeah, I was very okay with that.
