­­­­­­­­­­­­Thirty or so minutes later we had arrived at the restaurant. We were greeted with many cameras flashing at all of us. SNSD, f(x) and TYS all hanging out was clearly something deemed photo worthy. Heck all we needed was Super Junior and we might as well invite the CEO too.

We all slowly made our way inside through all the people where Jessica took care of talking to the manager who then led us to a private enclosed room. Before we could even sit down a waiter came and got our drink orders.

I scanned the room to see where my Fany was taking a seat so that I could sit beside her. I watched her sit and I quickly made my way to take the seat next to her. She watched me and smiled, I started to smile back but then a loud noise caught my attention.

“I want to sit by Oppa!” Luna yelled at the two other girls that had also been trying to get the open seat next to me.

“Taengo, tell them to let me sit by you,” Amber pleaded.

“I want to sit by him too,” Krystal whined adorably. That one really threw me off. Since when did she try to talk to me?

“Yah Amber, just sit there,” Tiffany called from beside me. The corners of my mouth began to creep up. That wasn’t… jealousy was it? Aish Tiffany. What am I going to do with you?

“Woo!” The younger girl called and then stuck her tongue at the others. A few minutes later our drinks came. Then we ordered our food.

The waiter left again as Jessica spoke up. “Remember, we can’t stay out late tonight, manager oppa said we have to be in the dorm by 11.”

“Ne, Jessi. So Sulli-yah, is anything exciting happening with you guys that we don’t already know about?”

“Yeah, actually Victoria unnie is going to be one of the replacement members on Invincible Youth.”

“Wah! Jinjja?” Sunny exclaimed. She was one of the other members of the show. “Do you know who the other two are?”

Three original cast members of the show were leaving soon due to their work and they were being replaced with new people. The question of who the three new people were going to be was a pretty talked about topic these days.

 “Uhm Juyeon-ssi from After School and then I forget who the third one was,” Victoria explained.

“Ahh I’ve never met her. You’ll do well though. It really is fun to record.”

They kept talking about the television show, Tiffany on the other hand kept quiet. I was going to say something to her but then Luna spoke up again.

“Oppas do you think this time around your guy’s song will be a hit?”

“Yeah I think so,” Soo said confidently before I could even comment. “Taengo wrote the song we’ll be promoting, so it will be even more meaningful for us when we do well.”

“Oppa jinjja?!” Luna now asked looking at me.

“Ah ne,” I responded. “I don’t know if it’ll be a hit though, but I did write it.” I could feel my face start to heat up.

“What’s it about Taeng,” Amber asked from beside me.

I looked around the table and now everyone was looking at me waiting for a response, except for Tiffany. What was wrong with her? I hadn’t seen her smile once since we sat down. Hmm. Should I say what it is really about? Or should I just make something up? I looked back at Tiffany and made my decision.

“It’s about falling in love with a girl,” I said confidently while turning back to Amber. I heard a round of squeals and ‘oohs’ from the f(x) girls.

“Is it about anyone specific or did you just write it,” Luna asked me again, although now she had a mischievous smile.

“Oh no it’s about someone. I started writing it the night that I met them a few months ago.”

“Jinjja?” I turned to where the voice came from, surprisingly it was Tiffany. I nodded as I looked in to her eyes. I noticed start to curve upwards as well as her eyes softening.

“Aigoo! That’s so romantic,” Sulli squealed. “Who is it!?”

“You said it was a few months ago so it must be a celebrity right?” Sunny asked slyly. If she was any closer I would have probably hit her forehead. Just in time though the food arrived.

I think Tiffany was trying to make up for being so odd earlier. She was being extremely playful during dinner. She was feeding me bites of food throughout. She also fed Jessica who was sitting on the other side of her to make it look not as suspicious. Then she would steal bites from my plate playfully. It was adorable, I really didn’t mind. I was however worried that the f(x) girls would pick up on it.

Soon we finished eating. I was stuffed. On top of eating almost all my food I had some of Tiffany’s as well.

“We’ll have to do this more often,” Amber said excitedly.

That reminded me of when Park Hyomin said that last time, and how my cousin Hyoyeon hasn’t contacted me yet. It’s been months. I guess I should just give up. I feel like since were both in the same career I’ll run in to him somewhere eventually right? I hoped so at least.

“We have to go now, Oppa is here with the car,” Victoria said as she was looking at her phone. I must have zoned out a second before.

We said our goodbyes to them and we sat back down at the table in silence. Sunny was the first one to talk.

“So you wrote a song about Tiffany?”

I closed my eyes and sighed. I should have known this would come up again. I could feel my cheeks heating up again. “I did.”

“Yah, how could you not tell me?!”

I was rubbing the place that I had been just hit. “I wanted it to be a surprise, but since you were being such a grumpy kid this evening I decided to let it slip!”

“What? I wasn’t being grumpy!”

“You didn’t smile once after we sat down. Well until I said that the song was about you,” I corrected myself and smirked down at her.

“He’s right Tiff,” Sunny chimed in.

I watched Tiffany’s face fall again. Without hesitation I grabbed her hand.

“Fany-ah, what’s the matter?”

“Yah, our driver’s here, let’s go,” Jessica called as she walked in to the room.

We just dropped the boys off at their dorm, and not five minutes later I received a text.

Fany-ah~~~ what was the problem earlier?!

I was secretly happy that he asked me via text and he didn’t call me. Thinking back about it, it is a pretty stupid reason to be upset and it would have been even worse if he called because I would have to say it aloud I sighed and began typing my response.

I was hoping he would let me off the hook, but knowing Taeyeon it was probably never going to happen. I quickly got his response.

Omo. I totally forgot about Christmas! I’ve been so busy with the album and everything. Oh my god I am a horrible person, a horrible girlfriend even. What was I going to get him? Maybe he’ll hint at what he got me so I can get an idea?

“Jessi, did you know Christmas is in six days?” I asked. Maybe I wasn’t the only one who forgot.

“Uh yeah? Why?”

“Oh, no reason. I just totally forgot.” I felt my phone vibrate again.

Yah! Don’t stray from the question! What was the matter? We can talk about Christmas later.

It vibrated in my hand again.

Seriously, I’m not replying until you tell me!

“Ugh,” I audibly groaned, while opening a new message.

“Wae?” Sunny asked as we stepped out of our van.

“Oh nothing, Taeyeon is such a brat.” I heard her chuckle a few times as I dreadfully typed in my reply.

Fine! I was mad Luna and Krystal wanted to sit beside you too. Happy now? -_-

I hit send and stepped in the elevator. I knew it was stupid, but I couldn’t help it. Luna and Krystal were both really cute girls. I know that he wouldn’t ever go behind my back or anything of the sort, I just didn’t like it. Once we stepped out on our floor I felt my phone buzz again. Oh no, I don’t even want to look at his resp-, hold on a second. It vibrated more than once. I looked at the screen to see an incoming call.

“What?”

“Well hello to you too!” I heard him laugh at his own dorkiness.

“What are you doing Tae?”

“I am calling you to tell you how much of a fool you’re being! I would have earlier but our manager was talking to us.”

“Yah I am not that big of a fool,” I argued as I walked in to Sunny and I’s room. “What did your manager say?”

I heard him laugh again. His laugh was so cute too, it reminds me of an old lady’s laugh. I couldn’t help but smile at it.

“Don’t try to change the subject again! Why were you jealous earlier? You know I’m yours pabo-yah.”

I felt myself turn pink at his words. I don’t know how he could go from being so quiet and reserved one minute and then be totally confident the next. I wasn’t complaining though, back in the dressing room earlier? Yeah he could do that any time he pleased. Just thinking about that made me swoon again. “Yah,” was the only thing I could manage to say right now.

“What? It’s true! They are just my friends Fany-ah, if you want to be worried about anyone it should be the fans!”

I laughed aloud this time, he sounded so serious. “Why should I worry about the fans?”

“Yah it’s not funny! One of them commented on our page saying that she knew where we lived! And then one the other day one asked me to marry them!”

I couldn’t stop laughing at him. He was being so cute and he didn’t even know it. “Taetae,” I started before I burst in to another fit of laughter. “You’re going to have to get used to that really quick. I get marriage proposals almost daily.”

“Jinjja?!”

“Mmhm.”

“Well,” he paused. “You better start making a list.”

“What?” I tilted my head in confusion. I had no idea what he was talking about.

“Yeah, of the guys that ask you to marry them so I can go tell them all that you’re all mine!”

I rolled my eyes and broke in to the biggest grin possible. “You’re too much sometimes you know that,” I asked playfully.

“Fany-ah don’t try to kid yourself, you like it. Oh!” He shouted at the end making me pull the phone away from my ear.

“Uh ouch”

“Sorry! I just remembered, Hyung said that people would be able to stop by our single release radio show on Christmas! So if you’re not busy, you need to stop by and visit with me!”

That would be amazing, I thought. The rest of the girls were going home to be with their families while I was just going to stay here. Jessi did invite me to come with her, but now that this option came up, and I’d get to hear the song he wrote. Omo! I have to go now.

“Yeah, I’ll ask oppa. I’ll totally try my hardest to come though!” I said excitedly. “I’ll get to listen to the song you wrote about me.”

“Ehh maybe you shouldn’t come then, I can’t watch you listen to it! It’ll be too embarrassing~~!”

I let out a laugh again at his whining. ”Get over it Kim Taeyeon, it’s going to happen.” I then heard him yawn, come to think about it I was super tired too. “Taetae,” I paused to wait for a reply.

“Hmm?”

“I’m going to sleep, okay?”

“Ahh you should have like an hour ago! Okay. Fall asleep quick. Goodnight Fany-ah!”

“Goodnight Tae!”
