Being alone for a week, Baekhyun never felt so lonely before. During subjects, Chanyeol and Jin Kyung would avoid him like he’s never there. During breaks. Not that, he’s saying goodbye for good, they’re still going to be friends, but he told them nicely that he won’t join them to partying anymore. As for talking to you, he tried. Everyone knows he did. At first, your parents wouldn’t let Baekhyun to enter but the stubborn boy didn’t leave until your mom asked him to visit some other day.

“Hey Byun. How are you?” Hye Su cheerfully approached Baekhyun when he’s on his locker.

“Get lost Hye Su” Baekhyun groaned.

“Oh why?” She fakedly frowned, “Aren’t you happy?”

Baekhyun didn’t mutter a word, “I heard the engagements off”

“That’s bull”

“I hope it was. But it’s circulating all over the business world. You know how news spread over it. It’s faster than a bullet train”

“What do you know, Hye Su?” He snapped at her.

“Oh wait. Don’t you know who I am?” She asked, “Kang Hye Su. Does Kang ring a bell to you?”

Kang Hye Su is the only daughter of the Kang Industries. The biggest company as of the moment in Korea, “So... You know now?”

She sigh, “I feel sorry for Soojin though. She must be really sad. I’m curious how can a goody good daughter handles everything right now”

“Shut up Hye Su” Baekhyun stopped and hissed at her.

“I’m just happy that everything’s going the way I wanted” She finally said.

“What is your problem with Soojin, Hye Su? What did she even do to you?!” He shouted, “Hye Su, she treated you as her friend!”

“She’s perfect. Baekhyun. That’s what I don’t like about her”

“What are you talking about?!”

“She got everything. Family, friends, fiance, looks, brain. EVERYTHING” She shrugged, “I just don’t like the idea”

“She’s not perfect, Hye Su” Baekhyun scoffed, “She’s not”

“I see her that way. And you telling me that she’s not makes me hate her more” Hye Su smirked, “Goodbye Byun. Looking forward to both of your future”

“Soojin” Baekhyun knocked, “I know you wouldn’t open this one but please, you gotta listen to me” On the other side of the door, you were lifelessly listening. I told them we were arranged but we’re trying to work it out. I also told them your a simple and kind person that would be too boring for their personality.
