"Morning Star, we are ready for you on set" said one of the camera assistances, coming into the dressing room we were staying in. 

"Okay, girls, let's show'em what we've got. Morning Star on 3. 1...2...3... MORNING STAR!!" I cheered on my Unnies as we were walking onto the set of our performance shot. 

The production team decided to fly us back to Korea to film it, since we could get more people to fill the audience. The rest of the cast was here and standing in the crowd, and have been sight-seeing around Seoul for the past couple days while I have been working on the song with Teddy Oppa. 

"You girls ready? On my mark..... lights..... camera...... ACTION!" shouted the director. 

It was only a few moments until the music started, and when it did, we went into action.

"That was amazing! Now let's film it another couple of times and then we will be all done. Grab a quick drink and be back on set in 5" commanded the director, going over the footage again. 

All of us went back to the dressing room to grab water, cool off, and get ready for another filming when we heard someone come in. By habit, all of us turned to the door to see 2NE1, Teddy Oppa, and YG Oppa come into the dressing room. 

"We saw the performance. You did amazing Unnies" said Minji, coming over and hugging me. 

"Why are you keeping that from the world? You all need to debut already" insisted Bom, going and sitting on the couch with Samantha, Melody, and Regina.

All of us laughed as 2NE1 and the other Morning Star girls started a conversation. I went and sat down in front of the mirrors and make up counter to touch up on my eye-liner when I saw Teddy Oppa and YG Oppa come up behind me.

"Bommie is right. You girls should have debuted by now. Why are you hesitating? We are willing to do it at anytime" asked YG Oppa, standing behind my chair and looking at me in the mirror. 

"I don't know. I truthfully don't know" I replied, throwing down the eye-liner pencil and running my hands through my hair. 

"How about we go show you around the set?" asked Maria, getting the clue that they didn't want to hear this conversation. 

They all left the room, leaving me alone with YG Oppa and Teddy Oppa. It wasn't two seconds later that I heard them talking to the other cast members and then all the voices fade away. 

"Now, tell us. Why are you hesitating?" said Teddy Oppa, coming and sitting beside me. 

"They aren't ready. Only two of the other girls are fluent in Korean, and as much as I hate to say it, we won't be able to compete with everyone else. There is also the fact that we aren't what Korea wants, and that's what YG does, right? Give Korea the next big thing? Well, from my point of view, we aren't that" I said, finally letting it all out. 

"From what I see, all the members know Korean better than even some idols that have debuted years ago. And why don't you think you aren't what Korea wants?" asked YG Oppa, sitting on one of the couches. 

"Do you even look at us? We look like foreigners, and right now, Korea is more obsessed with its idols looking like they are asian. Almost all of us look like we are American. Also, our music isn't of the YG style. When we debut, I want us to be confident that we are YG material" I said, getting up and pacing the room. 

"What else?" 

"Sooner or later, you are going to want us to enter into the Japanese market, right? Well, how do you think we will do if we are going up against all these other girl groups? I mean, that group Chi Chi has 5 japanese companies trying to contracts with them, and they have two singles out. We can't compete with all the girl groups that are coming out, and we definitely compete with all the older groups that are having comebacks. I don't want to put them through the disappointment of not getting noticed because we are covered up by other groups."

"You're making excuses, Tori-ah. You know that they can take being covered up, because you all have been through it before. What are you really scared off? What are you really trying to protect them from? You maybe the maknae, but you are the leader. One of the strongest and most loyal leaders I have ever seen. What are you trying to keep away from them?" asked YG Oppa, coming and putting his hands on your shoulders. 

"The anti-fans. I don't want them to get hurt because of me. It's my fault that we have anti-fans at all. It's all my fault" I said, crying as YG Oppa pulled me into a hug. 

"No, it's not your fault. People will be cruel and vicious at first, but do you know how many people are supporting Morning Star? A lot of people in YG, in the entertainment industry, in Korea, and all over the world are waiting for Morning Star's debut. And it's not because you look a certain way or have a certain style. It's because you all have a talent that goes beyond music. The music you all perform speaks to people, it draws them in and forces them to listen. A lot of people are waiting for more of your music because it is the music that speaks to them the most" said YG Oppa, patting and rubbing my back as I cried. 

Teddy Oppa came over and took me from YG Oppa. He sat me down and gave me a letter. I wiped away the tears and started to read the letter.

Dear Tori Unnie,

I didn't think I would ever be writing to you because of you dating Taeyang Oppa, but things have changed. At first, I hated you because you were dating my bias in Big Bang. I thought that you were a horrible person for stealing him away from the rest of us, but then I watched the press conference that YG held and I thought that you weren't a bad person at all but I still didn't like you because of you two dating. 

As time passed, I started becoming indifferent to you because I realized that it wasn't your fault that you and Taeyang Oppa fell in love with each other, so I started to tell my friends to knock it off when they would talk about you. After watching you on Strong Heart, I realized that I had become your fan. You became a person I looked up to, and I couldn't help be jealous not because you were dating Taeyang Oppa but of your voice. When you sang on the show, I couldn't help but put my full attention on you because it was so powerful. 

After that, I started defending you against the people at my school and soon, they all became your fans too. We have been trying to find videos and pictures of Morning Star, and learn everything about you all. 

Well, I wanted to let you know that your fans want you to stay strong and debut soon. We want to hear more of Morning Star's music and want to get more people to become fans.

I looked up at Teddy Oppa with wide eyes. I reread the letter and couldn't help but start crying again. 

"We have more letter like this back at the studio. All of them say that they wish you luck and to stay strong and that they want you to debut soon. A good bit of them say that you changed them from anti-fans to big fans of Morning Star. You guys have a talent I would kill to have because it is one not many people have" said Teddy Oppa, looking at me.

"What talent do we have? We just have the normal talent for music, like all other idols" I said, confused by what talent everyone keeps saying we have. 

"No, it's more than that. Yes, all of you have amazing musical talents, but your music speaks to people's hearts. It can change them from being cold and hateful to happy and encouraging. I should know. I've been subjected to it many times" joked Teddy Oppa. 

"A lot of the people in YG have. I know there was one time I was working with Jiyong in the studio late at night and he was getting angry because something wasn't turning out right, so he a song that you sent him. I think it was called "My Child" or something like that. After it finished playing, he was a different guy. He was the happy and playful Jiyong again. Your music helps people feel better when they are down. It's a gift, not only for you guys but for those who listen to you" said YG Oppa. 

I sat there for a few more moments thinking everything over, and looking at the letter in my hand. I never would have thought that an anti-fan would turn into a fan because of me, but it changed everything because I had proof that it happened. It gave me confidence that even though there were anti-fans out there, but that there were more fans waiting for us and more people who are curious about us. 

"So, what should our fan club name be?" I asked, smiling at YG Oppa and Teddy Oppa. 

They both laughed at me, and were about to speak when a person came to the door saying that they were ready to film again. I said okay and got up to check my make up really quick before giving the letter back to Teddy Oppa and going towards the door. 

"You know, I don't think I ever realized I was protecting the girls from anti-fans. But now that I've realized it, I'm not sure why I ever was. Also, I want to make a suggestion on making the fan club official color a really random color like easter egg yellow or something completely out of the blue like that" I said, running out the door at the end. 

3rd POV

While Morning Star was filming the performance over, 2NE1, Teddy, and YG were standing in the back monitoring it on the TV screen. 

"I think we need to call YoungBae and tell him that when he gets back, he will have to be prepared to share his girlfriend with the world" said YG, looking at the screen.

"Why is that?" asked Dara.

"These girls are debuting within the next two months. I'm announcing it next week" replied YG, nodding as the performance got better.
