*Friday, finally!* I thought to myself, I could sleep in tomorrow and think about the lyrics so that Jin Kyung can start on the music. What should I write it about? Ah~ words are eluding me today...I can't think of anything...

"Morning Jin Young" I heard a gentle voice call my name, turning to see who it was. It's none other than Jin Kyung, "Good morning" I smiled back. Somehow seeing her in the morning made me happier...

Looking back at my own desk, from the corner of my eye I saw Shin Woo slide his chair over to my desk. "So...you guys are on greeting terms now" he grinned. "Why not" I answered. "We are partners, it'd be strange if we don't talk to each other"

"Whatever you say so Jin Young" he shrugged and gave the kind of all-knowing-smile that somehow got on my nerve...

Rolling my eyes, I put my attention on the class that just started.

At lunch time I waited for Shin Woo in class since it was his turn to buy lunch for me. I saw that Jin Kyung stayed behind in class as well while everyone else was chatting away with their partners talking about what they could fit in to the song.

"Jin Kyung" "Yeah?" she smiled as she looked up from a book she was reading. "Have you thought about what to do for our song?"

"Ani" she shook her head sending a few locks tumbling around. "I have thought about it...but sometimes its best not to over think" she smiled.

Looking at her arm, I saw that she had goose bumps again. "Where's the scarf I asked you to bring?"

"I didn't bring it today omma" she teased emphasizing on 'omma' part. "Aish" I said, as I reached for my bag and pulled out my scarf. I kind of grabbed it on my way out today since I had a feeling that this might happen. Back then, it was me who usually forgot to bring my scarf and other things to keep me warm. Seeing how it is now, it felt funny to have the situations reversed.

Wrapping it around her neck, I don't see how she could feel cold even though we had the heaters on...

"Red suites you well" I said as I went back to my seat. Opening my notebook, I stared at the empty page and thought of letting the lyrics come to me until I saw Jin Kyung slowly examining my scarf with extreme curiosity as if she saw something for the first time.

Secretly I had hoped that this scarf might trigger her memory or something...but I was disappointed when it didn't...That scarf was made by Jin Kyung years ago. Back then, she always knitted to calm herself down and release stress by focusing on something repeated.

Basically in no time, she knitted like a pro...

*She always excelled in whatever she did* I thought to myself. *Aish...What's taking Shin Woo so long anyway...I can almost feel my stomach growling* I cursed internally. It's been 15 minutes now and usually he'd only take 10, considering how tall it is. It was easy for him squeeze through the crowd with his height.

Crunch~

Mwo? That sounded like an apple...

True enough, I turned to see Jin Kyung biting onto an apple. I couldn't help but notice that she took really small bites... Why did she have to be so cute?

"Do you like apples?" I asked, remembering that my Jin Kyung loved apples to bits.

"hmmhm" she nodded "I really really love apples" she smiled.

In my mind, it was another criteria checked off the list.

“Jin Young, here’s your food” Shin Woo came back into class with an armful of stuff.

“Ah~ finally, what took you so long?” I asked as I unwrapped the bread.

“Yah, you ordered more stuff than usual so don’t blame me if I took longer than usual.” He huffed as he carefully set down everything.

“But you got everything right?”

“Yes, I got everything” he rolled his eyes.
