It’s the last night Baekhyun get to enjoy his ‘singlehood’, Suho had planned the bachelor’s party for him knowing how stressed out Baekhyun had been preparing for the wedding tomorrow.

“Now, just drop everything away and enjoy your night!” Suho announced excitedly when they are in the private room of the club together.

Baekhyun sat there and reminisce how he met Jieun, how they got together, how he took her first time, finding out she’s pregnant, going through the pregnancy together, splitting and patching back together, giving birth to Yoogeun, proposing and finally they are going to walk down the aisle tomorrow.

“What are you thinking about?” Sehun asked sitting down beside Baekhyun who was smiling to himself.

“Nothing, let’s drink!” Baekhyun said as he took up the glass of liquor and all twelve of them did cheers to Baekhyun with some teasing him that he is the first to get married and have kids.

Chanyeol teased, “When are you preparing for number 2?” He wriggle his brows at Baekhyun who smirked, “Honeymoon baby~”

All of them cheered and made lots of noises when they heard his answer. “Everyone! Knock him out tonight! That’s our mission for today,” Kris announced as everyone just drink glass after glass of liquor having fun chatting and teasing each other. It had been a long time since everyone had such fun.

It was a simple bachelorette’s party for Jieun who doesn’t have many friends. Eunji and Key had volunteered to celebrate with her while Yoogeun was placed in the care of Baekhyun’s parents.

“Are you nervous?” Eunji asked when they are washing the dishes in the kitchen after having a hearty dinner prepared specially by Key.

Jieun switched off the tap and took off the glove, she looked down and replied, “A little, although we had live together for quite some time, it’s still different from being live-in boyfriend and girlfriend. It’s like another responsibility had been added to my shoulder.”

Eunji smiled and patted her shoulder, “Don’t be so nervous and we shall enjoy your bachelorette’s night later!”

“Where are we going?” Jieun asked as she was blindfolded while been leaded by Eunji and Key.

Eunji took off Jieun’s blindfold and announced, “Ta-dah! Just sing the night away!”

Jieun, Eunji and Key took turns to sing, from oldies, to trot songs to popular idol songs. Key even danced to girl group’s dance leaving the girls clutching their stomach from too much laughter.

On the other hand, the guys are still trying to make Baekhyun drunk but his alcohol tolerance level is just too high, “Guys, just give up,” Baekhyun laughed downing another glass of alcohol.

“Damn,” Chen cursed as he got a little tipsy and Baekhyun being Baekhyun imitated Chen causing Chen to chase after Baekhyun in the room.

“Damn~” Baekhyun imitated childishly as Chen struggled to run in a straight line.

Chen shouted while maintaining his balance, “Ya! Byun Baekhyun!”

Suho shook his head as he looked at how childish Baekhyun is, “I wonder how Jieun can stand him, such a beagle.”

Baekhyun stopped infront of Suho and explained, “I’m man infront of Jieun but childish whenever I’m with you guys.”

“Rubbish!” Suho giggled as he laughed at Baekhyun’s theory.

Sehun noticed Luhan seated at the corner quietly, Luhan was just sipping his alcohol while looking at the drama starring Baekhyun, Chen and Suho.

“What are you smiling at?” Sehun asked as he followed where Luhan’s eyes are looking at.

Luhan laughed and answered, “Don’t you think it’s funny?” Luhan laughed even harder when he saw Chanyeol joining Baekhyun in teasing Chen.

“PARK CHANYEOL,” Chen raised his high-pitched voice when he realized that Chanyeol had teamed up with Baekhyun to .

All of them broke into laughter as Chen gave up and sat down on the floor, the alcohol is starting to make him dizzy, “Why is everyone teasing me when it was supposed to be Baekhyun’s bachelor’s night,” he mumbled before falling into a slumber on the floor.

“Oh my god, Kim Jongdae, wake up,” Suho tried to wake him up but to no avail, “One man down,” he announced grimly to the group while Baekhyun laughed evilly, “I’m unbeatable~”

By the time Baekhyun started getting tipsy, almost everyone were knocked up with only Luhan, Suho and D.O who were the three that is still sober. “I’m going out for some fresh air,” Luhan said to Suho and D.O who nodded their head as they looked at the rest of them slumped on the table or on the couch mumbling non-stop.

“Alcohol is not my style,” Kris mumbled loudly as the three of them broke into laughter before Luhan left the room.

Eunji and Key had offered to spend the night with Jieun but Jieun declined knowing that it was supposed to be Eunji’s and Key’s anniversary today and they won’t be able to celebrate it with Eunji and Key helping them out on her wedding later on.

“Even though it’s a few hours, I really hope the both of you will be able to spend some quality time together,” Jieun said with a smile as she got into the taxi home.

When she alighted, she saw Luhan pacing around her house, Jieun couldn’t believe her eyes, Luhan was waiting for her?

“Lu-Luhan?” Jieun called out interrupting Luhan from his train of thoughts.

“Oh my god, I was supposed to get some fresh hair, how did I ended up here,” Luhan said as his cheeks started getting hot, Jieun just laughed looking at Luhan getting all flustered.

Jieun pinched his cheeks and commented, “What a cutie~”

It was such a natural reaction from Jieun, she had always did that when they are close in the past, but immediately after she did it, she realized that Luhan does not remember the past, “I- I’m sorry,” she apologized taking a step back.

‘I- I remember you…’

Luhan looked at her blankly before shaking his head, “It’s alright, Jieun-sshi, have a good rest, we will take care of Baekhyun.”

Jieun felt her heart hurting from the way how formal Luhan speaks, they are like complete stranger, “Th- thanks for taking care of Baekhyun.”

Luhan drove back to the club but he couldn’t stop his tears from flowing, he vowed not to cry over Jieun again, she’s going to be his best friend’s wife later, but his stubborn tears just kept falling until a point he had to stop his car along the roadside.

“I remember you, Jieun-ah, I remember you,” Luhan mumbled incoherently while clutching his aching heart.

Luhan had actually got back his memory on the day he got involved in the car accident with Sehun but he lied to everyone because he couldn’t stop himself from loving someone who can’t belong to him.

Luhan wanted Jieun to stop treating him so well so that he could forget her and stop loving her. He made Jieun cry, he remembers everyone but purposely chose to forget Jieun infront of her.

Suho and D.O were in the room wondering where Luhan was when the door opened revealing Luhan, “Hyung, where did you go?” D.O asked as Luhan sat down beside him looking down at the floor.

“Outside,” Luhan answered simply not looking at them, he doesn’t want them to get worried over him.

D.O looked at Suho and asked, “How are we going to bring all of the back?”

Suho looked at D.O and blinked his eyes, “Good question,” he said before walking to them and trying to wake them up. Sehun, Tao, Kai and Xiumin woke up after a few taps while Suho and D.O sighed in relief knowing that these four are not heavily drunk and still able to walk.

Suho walked towards Kris and tried waking him up, “KRIS!”

“Alcohol is not my style, alcohol alcohol, not my style style style,” Kris mumbled like a rap while still in his slumber.

In the end, the three of them who were sober had to bring some of them over to their house so that they will be able to wake up on time for the wedding. “Baekhyun,” Luhan called out but he got no response.

Sehun, Xiumin, Baekhyun stayed over at Luhan’s house, Luhan prepared some hangover tea for them to drink but Baekhyun was really dead drunk this time round. “Hyung, go and take some rest, we will take care of Baekhyun-hyung,” Sehun said with his eyes closed.

D-Day

Hangover.

Aching body.

Haggard.

These were the three words used to describe the boys while they are getting their hair and face done at the salon to prepare for the wedding. The boys looked at each other and laughed as they teased how they had aged after one night.

“Are you ready?” Baekhyun asked his friends who were also his groomsmen.

“1, 2, 3, YES!” All of them shouted enthusiastically as they made their way to Jieun’s house (she had gone back to her parent’s place for the night).

Jieun sat patiently inside her room and her heart started beating fast when they heard a loud commotion coming outside her house, Eunji looked outside the window and said excitedly, “They are here!”

Eunji hurriedly leave the room as Jieun waited excitedly in the room, the door opened leaving Baekhyun in awe, he walked over to Jieun and lifted her veil, “So beautiful,” he commented before kissing her on the lips while the people outside the room cheered.

Baekhyun held Jieun’s hand and led her to the car, “See you all at the chapel later,” he waved as the car brought them to the chapel.

As the guests started arriving at the chapel, they are greeted by Key’s friends who were singing and the guests started mingling around while waiting for the ceremony to start. Baekhyun was busy entertaining the guest while Jieun was getting ready inside the waiting room. She was all alone until an unexpected guest turned up.

“Lu-Luhan?” Jieun called out softly as she stood up from her seat. Luhan walked towards her and took out a small box from his pocket, “What is this?” Jieun asked when Luhan passed the box to her.

“Open it,” Luhan just replied softly while Jieun opened up the box revealing a bracelet, “This-,” she was interrupted when Luhan spoke, “I bought it for a long time but I’ve never had the chance to give it to you.”

Jieun widened her eyes and asked carefully, “Have you remember me?”

Luhan bit his lips and shook his head, “My mom found it while tidying my wardrobe and she told me about it.”

‘Lies. Lies. Lies.’

“Ah, I see,” Jieun answered trying hard to hide her sadness, “I think I should go and settle down now, see you later, the prettiest bride ever,” Luhan said turning to leave.

“Can I,” Jieun spoke as Luhan turned to look at her, “hug you for the last time?” Jieun continued.

Luhan had always been her guardian angel and her best pal before the accident and after he lost his memory, they started to distance and now that she is getting married, she really wanted to hug her once guardian angel the last time.

Luhan walked towards her and closed the gap, he hugged her gently with his eyes closed, ‘Goodbye, my love.’

‘My guardian angel, where are you?’

Luhan let go of Jieun as she opened her eyes from the sudden lost of contact, “You are so pretty today, Jieun-sshi.”

With that, Luhan left the room and went to join the rest of them inside the chapel. Not long later, the bride came out with her father making their way down the aisle to an anxious Baekhyun who can’t stop smiling.

“I’m handing my daughter’s hands to you, if you dare to make her cry, I won’t let you off,” Mr Lee warned Baekhyun jokingly. With the priest acting as witness, Baekhyun and Jieun started exchanging their woes.

“In the name of God, I, Byun Baekhyun, take you, Lee Jieun, to be my wife, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better or worse, for richer or poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, until we are parted by death. This is my solemn vow.” Baekhyun said sweetly while looking into Jieun’s eyes.

Jieun looked at Baekhyun and said, “In the name of God, I, Lee Jieun, take you, Byun Baekhyun, to be my husband, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better or worse, for richer or poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, until we are parted by death. This is my solemn vow.”

Baekhyun and Jieun’s parents couldn’t help but tear up a little when they heard their vow, it took them a long time and lots of obstacles to be able to stand here inside the chapel exchanging vows to each other.

After Baekhyun and Jieun exchange the rings, the priest announced, “You may now kiss the bride.”

Baekhyun leaned in and kiss Jieun gently and sweetly on her lips as the audiences started cheering and clapping. Baekhyun pulled away and said, “My beautiful wife, I love you.”

Jieun looked at him and smiled, “I love you too, my handsome husband.”

“Kiss again, kiss again, kiss again,” the audiences chanted, mainly Baekhyun’s groomsmen as Baekhyun glared at them but still, he looked at Jieun and smirked evilly and whispered, “Be prepare for baby number two tonight, my dear wife,” with that, he pulled Jieun into yet another kiss, but this time, it was much more hotter than the previous kiss.

The priest couldn’t help but coughed a little as Jieun pushed Baekhyun away and looked at the priest shyly, “Thank you,” Jieun said thanking the priest who chuckled before leaving.

Jieun looked at Baekhyun who was giggling at her blush, “Such a cutie when you blushed~”

With that, Baekhyun and Jieun started their new lives together as husband and wife along with their cute baby son, Yoogeun. Since it is going to be their honeymoon, Yoogeun was placed in Jieun’s parents care.

“I’m going to miss you,” Jieun said to Yoogeun while hugging him at the airport before she leave for her honeymoon with Baekhyun.

Yoogeun could sense that his parents are leaving as he started whining and crying when Jieun and Baekhyun took turn to carry him. “Baby son, daddy will be back soon,” Baekhyun tried to coax his crying son but Yoogeun cried even harder refusing to detach himself from Baekhyun.

“The both of you should leave now, we will handle Yoogeun,” Mrs Byun said to Jieun and Baekhyun who left the airport a little unwillingly beating the urge to turn their head to look at their son’s painful cries.

“Don’t worry, Yoogeun will be fine, I’ve asked the guys to go over and play with him frequently,” Baekhyun assured Jieun who nodded her head as she let out a long sigh, making their way to the airplane.

Five days, they won’t be able to see their son for five days. If only they can bring Yoogeun along, if only…

Left with the last chapter and then goodbye forever to this story.
This will be the first ever completed long fanfic I've written, and all the subscribers, comments and upvotes pushed me and motivated me to complete this story. I may not write anymore Baekhyun fiction anytime soon. As for sequel, I don't know if it is considered a sequel but I'm planning a continuation of this fiction but the focus will be on Luhan, how he cope with putting down his love for Jieun and moving on to someone else. 

Just a spoiler, that Luhan fiction will be a heavy angst story with little fluff. I'm actually more of an angst writer than fluff writer. Am I sadist? Haha! But Jieun, Baekhyun and Yoogeun will still appear here and there in the Luhan fiction.
