I felt the bed mattress sink and since it didn’t sink that much, I am pretty sure that it is Shin Ah. I heard him lean in and inhale her perfume. Every muscle in my body wanted me to punch the living daylights out of him.

“I’ll be right back, yeobo.”

He has really lost his mind…

As soon as he left the room, I sat up and saw Shin Ah unconscious on the bed. Frick. I hope the drug wear s off soon…

Shin Ah… I’m really sorry…

I checked her body to see if she was hurt anywhere and thank god he hasn’t done anything he’d regret doing. I hugged Shin Ah and thanked the gods for keeping her safe.

“Unni, are you awake? Unni, can you hear me? Shin Ah unni. Please answer me.”

I jumped off the bed and looked outside the window and saw that Kris was not outside. Okay, so he is either inside the car or has ran inside to find me and I am pretty sure it is the latter because… he’s Kris.

I tried to open the window but it was nailed down shut. What if I break the window? But how am I meant to break the window big enough for us to fit and also, how are we going to get once we somehow get outside? I heard thumping from downstairs and I ran towards the door. I have to get out of here and find Kris so at least it would be a fair fight. I cautiously opened the door and I peet out into the hallway. It seemed like he was pulling something heavy across the ground. I crawled towards the staircase and saw him dragging Kris across the floor. Oh god dammit! He knocked Kris out? Great. Just great.

“Yeobo! I’ve got my best man! I hope you are ready and looking more beautiful than ever!”

I quickly scrabbled back into the room and laid on the bed. So the creep is working on his own… I guess it’ll be easier to take him down now, as long as I don’t get anymore distracting flashbacks or visions.

I heard more thumping coming from outside and I looked around to make sure that everything was left in the state that the creep left it in.

A while after, the guy kicked the door in and he was dragging Kris inside the room with great difficulty. Next thing I heard was Kris’ body being slammed towards the wall. Kris groaned which was kind of a good thing; he’s not completely knocked out.

“Yeobo, lets begin the wedding ceremony.”

His voice sent shivers down my spine. Kris… Please wake up…

“Yeobo, lets sign our registration paper. Jenny and Kris are our witnesses.”

Witnesses my , we are technically unconscious. The only thing we have witnessed is his creepiness.

I opened one of my eyes and saw him filling out the paper works. Frick. It’s the read deal.

“Since you are unable to sign, lets use our fingerprints.”

He took out a stamp pad and pressed his thumb down.

“Now don’t say I wasn’t fair because there are two other people here. They obviously agreed so you can’t complain, okay? Those who object this holy matrimony please so say or forever hold your peace.”

“I OBJECT!” I heard Kris shout out as he stood up and pulled the creep away from the bed.

Was he waiting for a movie moment or something? I guess since he is awake, I can step in now. By the time I got off the bed, the creep pulled out a taser and shot Kris.

“ARGH!”

I kicked it out of the creep’s hand and clenched up my fist.

“You are going to get it!” The creep shouted out at me before launching several attacks at me.

“Do you know how much it took me to hack into ALPHA’s computer? Four days! 96 hours straight! For some reason, ALPHA’s firewall and internet security were much more superior to all the other idols I have practised on. Even phones were hard to hack. I AM NOT STUPID!”

Dear lord, he’s going crazy…

“Then it hit me, I wasn’t bad, someone was better. It wasn’t until I got that virus that I realised that it was you!”

My palm began to hurt as my nails dug into it. Every punch was starting to hurt. I began kicking and the creep ducked down, trying to reach for the taser.

“Oh hell no!” I stepped on the creep’s wrist and kicked the stun gun towards Kris, just in case he recovers from the shock.

“Jenny?” I heard Shin Ah’s voice.

“Unni? Are you okay?”

I suddenly felt something hit the side of my torso and I stumbled backwards before finding my footing.

“ARGH!!!!” I heard a man scream as he opened the door and ran towards the creep.

The man smashed a vase onto the creep’s head and the creep collapsed to the ground. In the confusion, Shin Ah struck him with a lamp.

I stood there for a while, confused as to who this man was and why he was saving us. He was a Caucasian and judging by his choice of clothing, he was a fan of the 1930s and he himself seemed to be only 30.

“Jenny!” Shin Ah tackled me, “Why did you put yourself in harm’s way for me?!”

I smiled because Shin Ah was safe and let her continue on her little rant. I was too happy to see her okay. I heard Kris get up from the ground.

“What happened?!”

“You got tasered. Twice.”

“Police! Everybody freeze!”

I put my hands up as the police swarmed into the room. Oh what the heck? Why are they only coming in now?

I pointed to the Caucasian man, “He’s innocent.”

Kris and I sat inside the ambulance and I looked down at my palm. It was hurting so much because my nails dug into my palm when I was fighting.

“Your palm…”

I let out a sigh as I turned my hand over, “Yeah. Well. I wasn’t exactly planning to be fighting tonight.”

I turned my head towards the window and saw the reporters outside. Why do I have a feeling that they’re going to follow us all the way to the hospital?

“We’re going to take you to the hospital now, just a check up since your friend has been injected, we just need to make sure nothing has gotten into your systems,” said the paramedic.

I rubbed my hands together to try and get rid of the nail indents in palm. I looked across to the other side where the Caucasian man was sitting.

Kris grabbed my hand and looked at it, “Are you okay?”

Um… this is awkward…

The Caucasian man looked at us and smiled. Strangely, it wasn’t a creepy smile; it was an ‘I am happy for them’ smile. If he thinks that we are dating, then he is very wrong.

“Excuse me… Who are you?” I asked.

“I am George Hell – Ga. George Hell…ga” he stuttered.

Oh! He’s Mr Hellius! How the – how did he come back?

“George, is that you?” I couldn’t help but smile. I wanted to give him a big hug but there were too many reporters here.

“Yes, that is correct.”

“How did you know that I was in danger?”

“Well… you can say that I am a psychic with 75 years of experience.”

He got that part right…

“How do I know for sure that it is you, for certain, George?”

I could see the confused look on Kris’ face.

“The polaroids I sent you and that necklace as well.”

“Oh god, it is you!”

I leaned over and gave him a tight squeeze, I didn’t care about the reporters, and it was so great to see him back. I can finally say the goodbye I wanted to say.

“How’d you get into this body?” I whispered.

“I’ll tell you when your tall friend over there isn’t eavesdropping.”

I nodded my head and leaned back in my seat.
