Seulgi waited the moment her crazy friend had summoned her. She was slightly baffled with the urgency in her voice when she heard it.

What is she up to?

Seulgi drummed her fingers as she waited for someone just outside the patio of her favorite restaurant. She checked her watch for the time, oh she hated waiting. The only reason why she could endure waiting is for, Joohyun, her wife’s comeback. That’s all. But apart from that, her inner self kept on convincing her that she just couldn’t wait. Plus, it’s almost lunch time and it’s not a good idea that she chose this place for the meet up, her stomach churned as it growled as if some lion began to reside in her tummy without prior notice.

Time is ticking and so is her temper.

She gazed at her watch for the nth time and it seemed like forever before her friend would arrive.

Without the energy to endure, she lifted her arm to call for a waiter when her friend went near her.

“Sorry, I’m late.” The girl with doe-shaped eyes grinned at her. All Seulgi could reply was a huff, clearly not in the mood. Nonetheless, she still called for the waiter, gesturing for the menu.

“Do you know how your watch works? Can you even read the time?” Seulgi raised an eyebrow with her irritated voice.

“Don’t show some attitude to me because I might change my mind helping you.” The other girl sitting on the opposite side of her muttered darkly.

“Help with what? I don’t know what you’re talking about.” The monolid female began to think, curious. Her friend won’t utter some nonsense especially when she’s in a foul mood.

“Never mind. I’ll explain it to you later. Let’s order some food, I’m hungry.”

The other girl blinked, like an innocent child acting as if she doesn’t know what was happening. “What? Aren’t you going to order something to eat?”

And just like that, Seulgi gave in instantly just because she’s hungry. If not, her friend would be eating colorful words from her instead of an appetizing food.

“So, why did you call me? And what do you mean by you’re helping me? With what?”
