“ Don’t go anywhere , I NEED to talk you “ hyeon stepping on gas cried out. She waited a good hour or two before she called jessica to find out that her friend had left the building and already walked halfway across the town.

“ . . how can you leave without saying anything . “hyeon went on as she balances the phone between her head and shoulder and make a sharp right turn. The little crack voice the car made should have been a warning but the much excited hyeon didn't even hear it as she forces the car to move even faster.

“ . . .just wait right there by the bridge”

“ . . don't move an inch “she commanded as the person on the other side agreed to her demands . Her excitement was beyond a measure that can be counted as she stepped on the gas. The papers scattered across the passenger seat had been the cause of her joys smiles that can't seem to stop.

. . did he say anything . .” pushing her issues to the back hyeon asked as she stepped on the gas pedal.

. . .does he ever “ jessica replied as she brushed her back against the bridge cross and stood still as ordered.

“ . .you sound different , what's going on ? ” jessica sensing by her friends giggling tone asked.

. . i was looking for a charger so i went through his gloves compartment “ hyeon started from the get go as the speeding car she was ordering to move even faster cruises across the empty streets.

. . AND . ?” jessica asked as she turned around when the cold wind that gushed from the cold water below brushed against her bare skin.

“ . .that's you across the street right “ hyeon asked as she made out the only standing person across the bridge

. .yeah , what did you find “ raising her hand and giving a big wave she asked , now way more than ever eager to know if there was any dark secret that man was hiding.

. . I JUST LOVE THAT MAN “ hyeon's giggle filled confession wasn't surprising as it even forced a smile on her friends face.

. . . am sure he loves you more than you can even imagine “ jessica tighten her grip on her phone started walking to the front , it will be easier to get picked from the curb.

“ . . .hahahah” hyeons giggling face jessica had seen as the later drove past her heading to the light in front , a quick u turn and she will be right next to her.

. . .how many time did i tell you not to drive while using your phone “ Jessica had shouted but she never got an answer or even heard a reply.

. . OMMO . .” it was a loud scream that forced jessica's head to turn around.

Her phone that slid out of her grip, just like everything else that just paused was moving in slow motion as her eyes made out the black foreign car that spun in full circle before it flipped upside down and headed to the edge of the bridge.

Every nerve in her body shocked and frozen couldn't even process what was happening right in front of her eyes. Her eyes couldn't even look away as they, beyond the flying papers, make out the body swinging up and down as the car flipped again and again.

. . there is only 10 percent of survival . . . “ the whisper like noises go one ear out the other as the motionless jae sitting by the edge of the table, not a single tear down his pale face tries hard not to accept the reality. His soul that had left his body behind was no where around as he sat frozen . . .not even sure if she was alive , was he breathing . . .was his heart still beating. His still focused eyes couldn't even make out the blurred vision ahead , the blue dressed people around him seem to shouting as the white room keeps getting smaller and smaller. The little flickering white lights were brighter than ever as he tries hard to understand what is going on.

. . while they are operating that one, we will be doing a c-section to completely remove not just the baby but her . . “ the doctors as though there was someone listening to them go on and on. His pale face that has lost all its glow should have warned one of them but all focused more on the blood covered body waiting for them in the ICU went on listing all the many risks waiting for them.

, two . . .breath , he could hear a soft voice whispering but no matter how much he tried he had no control of his body anymore. His consciousness had left his dead like body hours ago. If asked , he wouldn't even know how he got here, who was sitting next to him or who all these blue figures shouting at him where.

. . .we will try to control the internal bleeding but as mentioned . . “ he could see the lips moving . . .he could make out the lip moving but there was no information his brain translated . His neurons have stopped working . . .there was no information that needed to be translated any more.

There was no pain.

There no was no bleeding.

There was nothing.

“ . .JAE . “ joon tapping on the cold hand next to him called out a couple of times. His responses were robotic as he picked the pen and signed whatever paper they had in front of him. The blue figures seemed to disappear out of view as quickly as joon tapped on his hand again.

. . JAE, Are you okay ?” the question seemed ridiculous but joon had shouted it out .
