Jessica drove silently on her way back. She didn't want to leave Yoona's side but Taeyeon was pretty insistent that she go back and get some rest. Finally arriving outside the driveway of the cafe, she noticed a figure sitting outside the cafe. She parked the car and move to take a closer look only to realise that figure is Yuri. Yuri saw her and ran up enveloping her in a hug. "Where were you? I tried calling you all night but I couldn't reach you at all. I got really worried and decided to come find you only to realise that the cafe wasn't opened today. What happened? Why do you look so tired, and why are your eyes all red and puffy?" Yuri started asking a million questions all at once when she saw Jessica.

Jessica cried in the warm arms of Yuri as she released all the pent up emotions she had stored. All the pain from from seeing Yoona suffer, all the negative possibilties that she considered all didn't seem to matter anymore as she felt the warmth of Yuri's arms and heard the beating of her heart. Yuri didn't know what had happened, but she knew Jessica really needs a hug right now and she was glad she was there when Jessica needs her. Hugging her tightly and whispering comforting words, Yuri slowly calmed Jessica down. Gently kissing her on her forehead, Yuri wiped the tears off Jessica with her hands. Jessica opened up the cafe's door and invited Yuri in. Chosing to occupy the couch that Yoona and Sooyoung loves to sit in and smelling the familiar baby powder smell of Yoona, she felt that everything will be okay in the end. Jessica briefly told Yuri what had happened and where she was the night before, making sure to leave out any confidential parts and also how Yoona came in contact with the Anthrax bacteria. Yuri nodded at parts of her story as she draped her right arm over Jessica's shoulder and gently her hair. Jessica enjoyed the sensation of Yuri's finger in her hair as she slowly drifted off to sleep, Yuri laid her down on the couch gently and then proceeded to lie down beside her, hugging her as she drifted off to dreamland herself.

The doctor came again in the afternoon and ran some more test on Yoona again. Taking her blood sample, he analysed and finally came back carrying a good news. The medication had worked and the bacteria count was slowly decreasing. The orders were given to slowly decrease the potency of the medication given to Yoona and by Wednesday, the bacteria count had decreased to an extent that was lethal enough to only kill fleas. The order to stop the medication came in the afternoon and by friday, the tube was finally taken off Yoona who managed to eat a little porridge. Sooyoung had insisted to cook the porridge for Yoona by herself and shooed everyone out of the kitchen. Yoona claims its the best porridge she has ever eaten but the others seems to disagree judging by the fact of the amount of porridge found in the trashcan on that night and the fact that Sunny had to cook ramen for all of them again.

Yoona was finally discharged on Sunday and everyone held a party in her honour. Sooyoung ran around snatching most of the food off the table and piling it into a plate for Yoona as she claimed Yoona was still weak and needed eat more but somehow most of the food still ended up inside her tummy. After the party ended and everyone has retreated back to their rooms, Yoona walked over to Sooyoung room and knocked on the door. Sooyoung opened the door to see Yoona carrying her pillow "Can I sleep here tonight?" Without waiting from a reply from Sooyoung, Yoona hopped onto her bed and snuggled underneath the quilt covers. Sooyoung smiled and walked over as she got comfortable beside Yoona who had turned to her side and was now looking at Sooyoung

"Thanks for staying by my side when I was sick. I was feeling really scared and helpless but somehow I felt better when I felt your grip on my hands. Everytime I felt like giving up the fight and succumbing to the darkness that was enveloping me, your grip on my hand will somehow pull me back preventing me from going over to the other side. Thanks for singing that lullaby to me, even though I still think Taeyeon unnie sounds better." Sticking out her tongue slightly as Sooyoung frowned at that comment, Yoona giggled and continued. "but that song made me feel comfortable as if it has this magical touch that was enveloping me reducing the pain that I was going through. Thank you for promising to always be by my side. Hearing that from you just makes me feel like I was safe giving me the strength to fight back." Sooyoung pouted as she turned to face Yoona, "You know how horrible the hospital food is? Plus I missed breakfast that day rushing to the hospital when I heard you were hospitalised. Then I got into a fight with the doctors and nurses for no reason. Its all your fault." Taking Yoona's hands into her own, she frowned and said "So don't you ever get sick again. I don't want to have to eat that horrible hospital food again, I don't want to have to cry for you ever again.. It really does hurt a lot you know. Every groan you make, every frown, it felt like someone had taken a knife and cut open my heart then stab it over and over again. I don't want to risk losing someone I loved ever again."Pulling Yoona into a hug, the tears that had welled up in her eyes slowly trickled down. Yoona just smile as she snuggled into the crook of Sooyoung's neck, giving her a gentle kiss on her cheek and pulling herself closer into Sooyoung's hug.
