[ Mayling Prologue ]

Waking up my heart felt heavy. Knowing that it was Jungkooks birthday today.

Making myself ready. 

Dressing a bit nice than in the past few days. 

I got into my car and drove to the office.

Just as I reached the front. I couldn't get myself to drive in and drove past the office.

Sigh...

I didn't want to be there for his "birthday surprise" 

It would be too uncomfortable.

Especially with what happened.

Noticing I have been driving without thinking.

I saw a mall ahead of me.

A little shopping won't hurt.

Walking through the stores, it made me think of Jungkook...

Should I get him something?

He honestly only deserves hell right now. 

In my opinion.

but hey, I should make a statement.

I noticed this handmade jewelry store and picked out a silver bracelet. 

They even engraved it. 

Wrapping it in a nice box. I felt pretty satisfied with myself. (you'll guys will later find out whats engraved ;) )

I quickly picked up a hot cup of coffee and a box of biscuits for later and headed to the office.

I drove into the office building.

But instead of heading up to my office room I made my way down to the practice rooms.

Holding my present and my box of biscuits.

" Hey" I heard a bubble voice call for me.

it was Soobin peaking his head out from the practice room and I could feel the other boys waiting behind the door and spying.

" Hey" I replied.

" you missed the surprise party" 

" Oh yeah, I was has a 'meeting' this morning and couldn't make it, where is he?" I lied but I doubt he could tell.

 " I think they are recording now" 

" oh then I don't want to disturb them, could you help me pass this to him" I handed him the box with the bracelet.
