[ May Prologue ]

Confused and helpless, I was just looking at Jungkook while he walked out of the bathroom and whipping his hands clean.

He sat down on the side of my scar and observed it.

" Did it hurt a lot?" he looked at me

" I am on painkillers now" 

" I mean when you underwent surgery" 

" Yes, it was painful and I still feel like my body is not really complete yet" 

" You will take a while to recover, do you think it will take a while for you to be back in Korea" he looks and started to apply the cream into my sky.

" Jungkook... I don't know when I will go back to Korea" I said and I saw his eyes looking almost offended.

" but BigHit?"

" I am thinking to step down from being Director, I have to take care of my mother"

" is that really what you want?"

" I don't... but the circumstances are not giving me another choice" I sighed because this was very difficult for me to say.

I am would love to go back to Korea and work, I'd prefer it 100 times over Hongkong.

I wanted to be with Jungkook... I didn't want to have drama.

Could we just run away? 

I was getting too emotional.

" What about us? you haven't replied my question" Jungkook took a while to respond.

" Jungkook, you are a really amazing person. You have so many girls chasing for you. I am sure you are going to find the person that is going to make you feel special" I replied and I felt like I got a stone off my chest.

I saw his face and he just looked disappointed. A look I have been getting from a lot of people.

" Are you seeing someone else?"

" No, why" he took me by surprise.

" The way you look at the doctor reminds me of the way you looked at me when we first met," he said and for some reason, his words made me really sad.

" I don't want to see anyone else. I want to focus on my family. I have been absent for too long. Especially now, they need me" 

There was a moment of silence.
