Few days passed by and the only thing I managed was to buy home utilities from IKEA. I didn't even go out and buy them, I ordered most online. 

I haven't heard back from Mark and either have I heard from Jungkook. I don't know why he promised me that he would at least text me everyday... He is giving me this feeling that he has a lot of girls he does this too. 

It was already afternoon and my phone rang. 

" Let's meet for dinner" it was Mark.

" Well hello to you too" I said to him as he didn't even greet me.

" haha sorry, you free today?"

" If it's for you then always, what time?"

" In an hour, I'll fetch you" 

" Okay" I replied him and I was thinking to myself if he is going to deliver me good or bad news. 

I got up and got dressed. I put on a short flowy pink jump suit that was a low v cut paired with a golden necklace. Paired with open toe heels. Looked a bit like I was going to the beach...

Mark arrived and gave me a call to come out. I got in the car and we got off.

" So are you gonna tell me the result?" I asked him first thing because I couldn't wait any longer

" I tell you once we reach" he smiled at me

" How about you guy?" he asked and I knew he was referring to Jungkook

" sigh... I don't know" I replied to him looking out the window.

" whats going on?" he asked curiously

" He doesn't text me much, I guess he is not interested" I replied

" Hm.. if a guy likes a girl he would constantly text her" he replied me and I agreed with him. I didn't want to tell him more about Jungkook and my relationship.  

We got to the restaurant and walked towards a table with a girl already sitting in place. He looked young and elegant. 

" Meet Elena Jung, she is our corporate lawyer she will be working closely with you" he said those words and my brain froze for a moment. He said she will be working closely with me means I got the offer... I was about to jump up in happiness but I did not because that would obviously be strange. 

" Sorry guys I waited for a while already, let me excuse myself to the restroom" Elena said and walked off.

" OMG Mark, are you serious?" I said to him and my mouth was wide open.

" Congratulations, she is here to discuss the terms and conditions of the contract." he smiled and I hugged him. 

" Thank you" I smiled

" Btw, my dad really liked your presentation. Didn't even have to convince him" He smiled

" Wait who is your dad?" I asked because I seriously didn't know.

" The chairman" 

" Ohhhh.. why you never tell me?" I asked him.

" What difference would it make?" he asked smiling.

Elena just came back to the table.

"Okay, lets talk about the contract. We will offer your company a 1 year contract with a base payment and incentives based on your companies performance. Take back the contract and read through it. If you have any questions or objections you can let me know" she handed me her name card.

I took the paper and scrolled through it quickly and I saw how much they are paying me and my eyes opened widely. My goodness I was so happy. 

" Before you come back and hand us the signed contract make sure you have settled all the paper work on your side" she smiled at me.

" I will need to go back to HK and settle all this paper work. I will let you know in advance when I am ready to come in" and the both acknowledged my comment. 

Mark got an urgent phone call and had to leave Elena and me. 

" How long have you been working for Korean Air" I asked her to make some small talk.
