“Are you sure you want to leave?? I know I said it before and agree on letting you leave but then it is not too late to change your mind and all…” Kuroi said.

 

“You know how stubborn I am so once I made up my mind, I won’t change it easily so stop trying to convince me out of it.” Mina said.

 

“Alright… While you're there, take care of yourself okay??” Kuroi said.

 

“Yeah just enjoy yourself and learn as much as you can before coming back. Relax okay??” Sooin said.

 

“Yeah and bring back a lot  of souvenirs for us!! If we are free maybe we should go over there and find you!!” Vannie said and everyone laugh.

 

“Don’t worry don’t worry!! Just send me a list I am sure I will buy the presents and send it back to you all~~”

 

“Well I think you better get in now if not you will miss your flight.” Kuroi said.

 

“Okay. Take care of yourselves eonni~~ I will miss you all so much~~” With that Mina reached out and give them all a hug and Sooin said, “Don’t worry we will take care of ourselves but most important you should be taking care of yourself more since you are going to a new environment and you do not know anyone there.”

 

“Don’t worry I will be just fine. I better get going now!! I will see you really soon eonnis!! If can come over and play!! Byes!!” Mina waved goodbye and entered the departure hall.

 

Mina sigh as she walked through the departure hall. She cannot help herself but to feel really sad as she is leaving her friends behind. This decision have been hard. After recovering from her fainting, she have think through a lot about what Kuroi and said and what she is going to do. After a few days of thinking, she made up her mind and that is to leave this place and go to America for her composing and business course. But of course she did not tell Sehun anything about it. She sigh after making that decision. It is a very hard decision but then she knows she have to press on. She felt selfish for not telling Sehun but then she still not have the courage to face him. She know she is running away from everything and can’t help but feel sad about it as her tears start rolling down uncontrollably.

 

After a while she wiped off her tears and with a determined look on her face, she cheered herself on and said, “Dong Mina you have to be strong!! Forget about everything and go over to America and enjoy yourself!! You can do this!!” She gave herself a little cheer before picking up her phone and confirming the news with her dad to make the arrangements.

 

“I am so glad that you are able to come and accept this offer. You have really done well my dear~~”

 

“Thanks dad… It is just that it is a difficult chance to come by and I know I shouldn’t just waste it like that…”

 

“It is good that you are thinking that way but why do you sound so sad?? Is there something wrong??”

 

“No there is nothing dad… nothing of that sort… you are thinking too much…”

 

“Okay then… So the rest is okay with you leaving, including the boy of yours, Sehun??”

 

Mina flinch for a while as the question caught her unattended but then she immediately recover and reply again. “Ya…  I did… they are okay with me going and they are very supportive of it.” Mina lied smoothly.

 

“That’s good~~ The course starts next month which is in a week’s time so you still can have some time to hang out with your friends and have a little fun before leaving.”

 

“Ermm… dad… If it is not troubling, I want to go as soon as possible,  possibly in a few days time…”

 

“Why?? Why do you want to go there so early??” Daddy Dong asked. It just seems so strange that she wants to go there early when she could spend some more time here and the way she have been speaking today it just seems off. Something is wrong.

 

“I just want to go there early and get used to the environment that I will be living and studying for the next 5 months and also have a little tour around the country before studying.”

 

“I see. Okay then I will arrange a flight for you in a few days time and I will let you know the details after I arrange it. In the meantime you need to get all your things pack and say your goodbyes.”

 

“I understand. Thank you so much dad~~”

 

“You are welcome!! I will chat with you soon then since I know you got a lot of things to settle and I also have a few things to settle such as your school and your flight~~ Well take care and I love you~~”

 

“Love you too dad~~”

 

After hanging up her call with her dad, she immediately called the company to inform them about her leaving already. “Hello Mina!! Why are you calling me of a sudden??” Jiyah answered happily seeing that she have called.

 

“Hi eonni~~ I am just calling to inform you that I will be leaving in a few days time for America…”

 

“You are really going!! That is great!! I hope you enjoy your time there and learn a lot!!”

 

“Thanks eonni~~ So what do I do about my job in the company??”

 

“Oh about that~~ I am glad that you asked about it because I almost forget it. Well the company have come to this decision that we will label you as a freelancer so you can work as and when you like and turn in songs as and when you like and then we will pay you according to that. There is no limit as to how many songs that you must produce in a month, it is all up to you. Is that okay with you??”

 

“That sounds really awesome!! I can’t believe that!! Eonni the deals are too good!! I really cannot thank the company and you enough!! Thank you so much!! Now I don’t have to stress over not being able to finish composing and all.”

 

“You are welcome!! We took into consideration that you are there to study and therefore you might be quite busy hence we make sure to make it easier for you so that you won’t be stress out by all this~~ I am just simply looking out for my employees so it is nothing. I just want you to learn a lot there so this is the least that i can do~~”

 

“I will never forget your kindness~~ Thank you so much!!”

 

“Enough of thanking me~~ When you are there, take care of yourself okay??”

 

“I will no worries eonni~~” Feeling really bliss, Mina is smiling to herself as things are made easier at her job by the company but just then her little bliss is being cut short as she remember something that she needs Jiyah’s help in.

 

“Ermm eonni…  If it is not too much, I need you to help me do something…”

 

“What is it??”

 

“I need you to help me keep this a secret from the rest of EXO. Please don’t tell them I am leaving for America for now please…”

 

“Why?? Why are you keeping this a secret from them??” Jiyah asked while feeling very puzzled as she cannot think of any reason why Mina wants to hide it from them.

 

“Please eonni just don’t ask me about it please!! Just help me to keep this a secret!! I am begging you!!”

 

Listening to her pleading like that, she cannot just say no even though it is the correct thing to do. She sigh and after a while she finally agreed and said, “Okay then… I will help you to keep a secret.”

 

“Thank you so much eonni thank you!! I know I can trust you with this!! Thanks for not asking!! If there isn’t anything I will be going off now I still got quite a few things to do~~ Thank you and I will see you first thing first when I come back!! Bye!!”

 

“Byes…” Jiyah looked at her phone as she thinks back as to what Mina asked her to keep a secret.

 

“Dong Mina… What are you exactly thinking??”

 

Kuroi, Sooin and Vannie was taking a short walk home after sending Mina off to the airport. It is so quiet and peaceful and they decided to take a walk and clear some of their emotions and thoughts.

 

“I am missing our annoying Mina now that she is gone… how weird is that…?? I always find her annoying and wish that she will go away but now I am so sad that she is gone…” Kuroi said and everyone laughed.

 

“Can’t wait for her to come back and make the house all noisy again…” Vannie said.

 

It is early in the morning and they were all tired and sad and just want to take a little rest when they reached home and they see the one person that they have been avoiding all this time. Sehun have been trying to come as often as he possibly can despite his busy schedules. He have been coming once every few days to try his luck but it has been to no avail. Today he woke up with a very bad feeling and he tried not to think so much about it especially so when it is finally one of his off days and he is determined to settle all his problems no matter what.

 

Mina’s eonnis stare at Sehun, who is currently standing outside of their house. Kuroi don’t know why there is such a sudden urge to punch Sehun now that she finally see him after so long and after so much hurt that he had bring to all of them especially Mina. She doesn’t know if it is because of her emotions as Mina have left or something else and she cannot put a name to it. So even before the other 2 eonnis can even stop her, she have already stomp angrily up towards Sehun and pull on his collar. Sehun is shock and before he can even react or anything, Kuroi is already shouting at him.

 

“How dare you!! How dare you still come here after what you have done to us??!! Do you know how sad Mina was?? How could you do something like this to her?? You are her first love and she trusted you wholeheartedly and this is what she gets in return!! Do you know how hard is it for her to accept this?? Do you know how heartbroken she is?? Because of you, she didn’t eat much, she didn’t sleep much, spend most of her time lock up in her room, she did not do anything and just spend most of her time moping around and crying. She even fainted because of you!! Do you know how hard is it for us?? For us to look at her without breaking our hearts and wanting to cry?? I would have killed you if not it being illegal but I won’t because you are precious to our maknae and I cannot let her get hurt her anymore…”

 

During that whole time that Kuroi was speaking the other 2 eonnis have rushed up and tried to get her to release Sehun’s collar and to talk things peacefully through and Kuroi did not listen until the very end of her speech before she finally let go and without warning, tears are already flowing out of her eyes and she cried out all the emotions that she had held in through that time. She had to be strong for everyone and it has been really hard and she just can’t help herself but to let everything out. The other 2 eonnis start to comfort her while Sehun just stood there rooted to the ground as he tried to process what that is being said to him.

 

He cannot believe how much hurt he had caused Mina. He would not have known about all that if not for her eonnis telling him that. He felt more guilty than ever. He felt that he should really die for causing so much pain to someone that he love and someone that love him deeply. He felt really bad and the more he felt bad, the more he feels that he should do something to solve this situation to make up for all the bad things that he have done and especially now that he knows how much she have suffered and how much they like each other. He just have to convince them to let him see her.

 

“Please just let me see her. I just need to see her and then we can clear everything up and then everything will be back to normal and no one will be hurting again so please… I am begging you all please…”

 

They see and hear the amount of desperate in his eyes and in the words he is speaking and that made them even more sad than usual. They see how sincere he is but then they will not be able to help him because Mina is not here anymore and they really don’t have any idea how to break the news out to  him but then they have to do it. They sigh and seeing how they are sighing, Sehun can sense something is wrong.

 

“What is it?? Did she refuse to see me or something?? Please just help me here. If you don’t tell her I am sure we…”

 

Kuroi shut him off before he can even finish speaking. “It’s too late oppa… it’s too late…”

 

“What do you mean by that…”

 

“She… Mina… she is gone… She left… She left this place this morning…”

 

“That cannot be… That is impossible… You must be kidding me… You must be just finding an excuse for her… You are just helping her!! Where is she?? I am going to find her!!” Sehun cannot believe that and he immediately turned towards the house,  wanting to barge in and find Mina there in the house, and he is sure she will be right there, hiding in one corner and he is going to find her.

 

Seeing him behave like this, they felt really sad and their tears are threatening to fall again but then they had to stop him and they reached out to him to pull him back. He struggled and they just held on even tighter than before and started to cry. Hearing them cry stop him and he turn around to see all of them crying and that is when he felt his world come crushing down on him and now he truly believe that they are telling the truth. He felt an overwhelming amount of sadness came gushing out and he can’t help himself and he started breaking out and crying out loud. All the emotions that he have been hiding through this time, all the pain, all the time he had to be strong and not give up, just made him broke down even harder today. Mina is gone and gone even before he even have the chance to make it up to her and explain things to her and see her smile one last time and the thought of this just made him cry even harder than before. The eonnis cannot bare to see him like that and they felt more sorry for him than before and they tried to comfort him.

 

“I am so sorry oppa… We… We couldn’t bare to see her in so much pain and so she decided to leave to start anew and we agreed to that… We are very sorry… We…” Kuroi comfort him sadly. She didn’t know that this will happen, seeing him like this, a huge confident and handsome man breaking down like a small kid in front of her like that. If she have known, she wouldn’t have simply agree to Mina’s request and let her leave like that… She felt very bad and very guilty. She felt like she is the biggest obstacle that is blocking and stopping the couple from getting back together when she is the one that wanted them to be back together the most and that feeling .

 

Even though she is gone, it breaks his heart to know that she have just ran away like that. He felt betrayed like she didn’t like him anymore and that is why she is able to leave so easily without thinking how he felt but then he know this is his fault, everything is nothing but his fault, if he have been more careful, everything wouldn’t have been like this and cause her so much pain that she want to ran away and leave everything she love behind just to be happy again. He continued to blame himself but then after a while he know he have to be strong, even with her giving up, he cannot give her up yet. His heart refused to allow him to do that. He doesn’t care where he have to go, so long as he can find her and make her change her mind, and they will be back to normal again. He is sure that Mina still have feelings for him and it is still not too late for anything.  So long as he tried, everything is going to be okay.

 

“Where… where is she?? Where did she go to?? Where… where can I find her??” Sehun asked between his cries.

 

Kuroi and her eonnis face start to look pain as they remembered what they promise Mina at the airport before she left. “Please eonnis promise me that you won’t tell Sehun oppa where I went please… I don’t want him to find me…”

 

“But then… it just seems wrong not telling him anything… Are you really sure about that??” Sooin asked.

 

“I am very sure. I really need this time to cool myself down and think things through and I don’t want him to come and suddenly appear out of nowhere and if he does, I don’t know what I will do so please just give me some time for myself. So can you promise me that??” Mina asked sincerely.

 

Her eonnis sigh as they know the importance of needing some time to heal her wounds and so they agreed. They remembered how happily Mina smiled and thank them but then now seeing the disheartened Sehun… they don’t know if it is a good thing anymore… But then promise is a promise since they had promised Mina they won’t tell.

 

“We are very sorry but then we cannot tell you her whereabouts. We have promised her not to tell anyone and so a promise is a promise and we will keep it that way. Sorry.”

 

“What??!!” Sehun cannot believe what is being told to him. Why can’t they tell him?? What is this promise when they are having such a hard time now and in need of meeting each other to clear the air?? How can she do this and how can they do this?? Can’t they just break the promise for once…??

 

“You heard what we said and there is nothing we can do about it so stop forcing us to say anything because we won’t say it out.”

 

“But… but how can you care about the promise when we are facing a crisis in our relationship here?? You gotta help me please!! Just tell me about it!!” Sehun pled desperately.

 

Mina’s eonnis want to give in but then they cannot and it is not helping if he is constantly here looking at them with the sad eyes. “We are really sorry but please don’t make it any harder for us. I think it has been a really emotional day for you so why not you just go home and take a break or something and calm your feelings down?? Just take care of yourself okay??”

 

Her eonnis give him comfortingly pat on the back before going back into the house. Sehun looked up in his tears as he sees them enter the house. He suddenly felt so lost and he don’t know what to do about it. What can he do to find Mina back again and make everything back to normal?? Where is Mina??

 

Her eonnis keep sighing as they are inside the house and they kept on pacing around in different parts of the house as they thought about the series of events that kept on happening and they felt really bad and guilty especially towards Sehun and seeing how he reacted just now, they can’t help but to worry about him.

 

“I can’t do this anymore!!” Kuroi shouted and the other 2 eonnis turn towards her in shock.

 

“What are you going to do?? Are you going to reveal where Mina is to Sehun oppa?? You know you cannot do that right??!!” Sooin said in panic.

 

“I know we are being mean to Sehun oppa but we cannot do that so think it through again Kuroi eonni.” Vannie said too, trying to make Kuroi change her mind.

 

“No I didn’t mean I am going to tell them where Mina is… I am just worried about how Sehun oppa is after that much blows he had to take in just for today… He should be really emotionally hurt right now and I am just worried if he is going to be okay by himself, you know alone on the streets… What if he do something stupid?? I cannot allow him to do that… I have to call someone…” With that she picked up her phone and start to call someone and the other two eonnis let out a sigh of relief as they heard what she said and did not stop her anymore as they are also very worried about Sehun and felt that it would be good for someone to take care of him.

 

“Hello??” The person answered.
