I woke up with a warm feeling, the feeling that I missed very much after Luhan’s absent. But now, it came back again. I was in Luhan’s warm embrace. I looked up to stare at his angel like face, I reached my finger to caress his eye brow, eyes, nose and his lips. I missed every single of him. He then caught my hand as he opened his eyes to stare at me lovingly. His lips curled into a smile and I smiled back. We stayed like that for a while as if we could not take enough of each other.

“You’re three months pregnant?” He asked breaking the silent.

“Yes, it’s already a month before your missing”

“It’s like twenty years…living without you…”

“Every night I cried myself to sleep…I felt like dying, but after I knew I’m pregnant I have to live on for our child…”

“…” He didn’t say anything but cupped my cheeks and then pulled me into his embrace.

“I’m sorry…I almost run to you and hug you tight but I could not…I was just beside you but I could not dare even touch your hand…” He mumbled.

“So you’re telling me that…you were following me around these two months?” I asked remembering the stare I felt. He nodded.

“And hydrangea flowers too?” I continued. He nodded again.

“Why hydrangea?”

“Heartfelt, gratitude, understood…I’m trying to tell you that my love for you always stays alive and I asked you to understand and wait for me…”

“….”

“Then when I saw you with Taewon I felt like giving up and just showed up in front of you…but I had to complete the mission that I found out Taewon also related to the crime…”

“What happened after you fell into the river? How could you manage to save your life? How about Kang Jihyung?” I asked. He sighed sitting up.

“Let get up first and we’ll talk later after breakfast!” He said taking my hand. I pouted shaking my head. He stared at me with his steady eyes. I guess, he went back to his old self again, cold! Always being my cold husband ever.

“And then we’ll go to the hospital in the afternoon!”

“Why?” I widened my eyes as he said that.

“I want you to check your health. We have to make sure you and our baby didn’t get hurt or any injure because of incident yesterday…”

“But we go home today”

“After breakfast we’ll go home and we’ll arrive before noon so I can take you to the hospital after that!”

“But I’m fine…”

“Still you have to check! End of discussion!”

“Aish!!! Jjinjja?”

“Absolutely!!! Are you clear?” He asked raising his eye brow at me.  I shook my head pouting. He smirked and leaned down to peck my lips and then he walked into the bathroom. I smiled staring at his back. From now on, we didn’t have to argue because of the medicines anymore because we already knew about his fact. He was not weak like we though he was. It’s just a fake thing that he tried to hide from us. And I was eager to know the reason badly.

“Dear baby…now, mom is happy again…it’s because of your dad, you know?” I said caressing my tummy.

After breakfast we went off. I was in ExoM’s car and Chen volunteered to go with ExoK. Kris is a driver and Lay was beside him. Tao and Xiumin were at the middle, I and Luhan were at the back. Luhan and Xiumin were telling me everything happened.

“Kang Jiyung died when we fell into the river. He got shot by Taewon who was in the crowded too and nobody knew about his present. Indeed, Taewon’s target was me but I could see him going to shoot and I turned my head a bit that made Kang Jihyung was shot instead.

“What if you didn’t see Taewon?” I asked.

“I would die!”

“…” I didn’t say anything but looked at him with wide eyes. Luhan chuckled.

“I tried hard to get off the river because of my injured leg. I decided not to come back yet because of Taewon. Nobody knows that he’s related in the crime and we had no evidence to arrest him. And when you guys tried to find me in the water, I was trying to connect to Xiumin and he came to help me secretly….”

“So…you guys knew about it from the first place?” I asked glaring at them one by one and stopped my gaze on Xiumin.

“But it’s not our fault. Luhan told us to hide!” Xiumin said.

“Ouch. It’s hurt!” Luhan yelled rubbing his arm where I just slapped.

“You big head liar!!!” I yelled hitting his arm nonstop.

“I have to do it…” He said stopping me from hitting his arms.

“At least tell me. What if I killed myself because of your death?”

“You didn’t, right?”

“I thought about it too…”

“Babo! If you wanted, you can’t, because I let these guys followed you everywhere when I was not recovered from injuries”

“So that I felt I was followed everywhere huh?” They nodded. I bit my lip glaring at them.

“But…what if I tried to kill myself in the room?”

“I have Sehun!” Luhan said.

“Sehun knew it too?!”

“No! Sehun is always caring, so I know he’ll not leave you alone because of your state!”

“Clever!” I said raising my thumbs up.

“As everyone and Taewon thought that Luhan died, it’s easy for us to work on Taewon’s case. He was careless and showed more action in the crime, so that we could get more evidences to arrest him!” Xiumin tried to explain slowly. I nodded.

“Are you clear?” Luhan asked.

“Yes, for your missing. But I have more questions and I’ll ask you later”

“I see!” Luhan said messing with my hair. I pouted putting my head on his shoulder and I went to sleep. He kissed my head softly.

“LuLu, my dear grandson!!!” Grandma ran to us and hugged Luhan tight. She cried softly.

“I’m here, Grandma. I’m sorry that I made everyone worried…” Luhan said smiling. He patted grandma’s back to comfort her. I smiled at Omma(s) and appa(s) who watching us from the door step.

“Welcome back son!” Appa said Luhan bowed with a smile.

“Shower already?” I asked as I walked in the room and found Luhan was playing with his phone on the couch.

“Already!” He replied didn’t even care to look at me. I pouted sitting down on the bed. He’s mad at me after I tried to escape from going to the hospital with him. I said I was fine, he didn’t say anything but mad at me. Tch! I crossed my arms narrowing my eyes at him. He didn’t even take a glance at me.

“Lu!”

“…”

“You’re really mad?”

“…”

“Come on! Look! I’m fine, nothing to worry about!” I said trying to confirm that I was really fine. He got up and walked to the bed and got under the cover. I frowned and tears started to form in my eyes. I just wanted to show that I was ok. I stood there looking at his back silently. Why was he being like that? Stubborn as ever! I sat down slowly on the couch and started to cry silently on my knees. After a while I felt his arms wrapped around my body.

“Don’t cry. I hate seeing you cry…I’m sorry. I just worry too much about you…” He said softly. I cried harder hitting his chest.

“I said I’m fine…and you didn’t believe me?” I asked between sobbing.

“I do. But…at least could you listen to me just this once?” He said.

“Ok, we’ll go to the hospital together!” I said and he smiled wiping my tears from my cheeks.

“Happy, you stubborn?” I asked mockingly. He smirked leaning to kiss my lips.
