Title: To Make You Jealous

Namjoo sat bored in classroom as she stared blankly at the front. The class hadn't started yet and she was early, so she had nothing to do. She was about to take something out from her bag when something else caught her attention. She stiffened in her seat when she saw Chanyeol walking inside the classroom, talking to his friends. Her heart started beating faster when she caught sight of her crush and she couldn't help but blush when he looked at her and smiled. He then continued talking to his friends and Namjoo sighed. Why was he so oblivious?

"Earth to Namjoo" she heard someone beside her and she snapped out of her thoughts. She turned to face the person who had just spoken and saw that her best friend Kyungsoo had just arrived and was laughing at her. "You have to see your face Namjoo, it's priceless"

"Oh shut up!" she said quiet embarrassed and he laughed once again

"You might as well hang a sign saying 'I like Park Chanyeol' on your neck" he said, making fun of her.

"I am not that obvious!" Namjoo complained

"Oh believe me, everyone is aware of your crush on Chanyeol" he said and she couldn't help but blush again

"Except him" she said, before sighing disappointed. 

"He is just oblivious to everything around him" Kyungsoo said "I'm pretty sure he likes you too, he just hadn't realize it"

"What are you trying to say?" Namjoo asked confused and Kyungsoo just laughed

"The guy needs a little help to realize his feelings" he said with a evil grin on his face.

"Sounds like you have a plan on mind" she said, a little bit scared of what Kyungsoo might come up with considering the evil smirk he had on his face.

"Are you sure this is going to work?" Namjoo asked Kyungsoo, once the class had finished and they were already walking out of the classroom for lunch.

"Trust me, jealousy always works" Kyungsoo said and Namjoo just rolled her eyes. She had her doubts, but when she spotted Chanyeol walking out of the classroom she couldn't help but just go on with Kyungsoo's plan. Kyungsoo suddenly put an arm around Namjoo's shoulder and they walked like that in front of Chanyeol.

"So, Namjoo do you want to go to the movies after classes today?" Kyungsoo said with an awfully sweet voice. She suddenly felt weird because Kyungsoo and her had never seen each other that way, so it really was weird.

"I don't know, should we go?" Namjoo said playing along. Kyungsoo just chuckled and nodded. From the corner of her eyes, Namjoo looked at Chanyeol to see if there was any reaction from him, but he was only staring at the couple blankly. She suddenly felt the desire to sighe annoyed, but decided not to do it since it would ruin their plan.

"We have a date then" Kyungsoo said, winking at her.

"It is clearly not working!" Namjoo said annoyed once they were in the classroom. Kyungsoo just rolled his eyes.

"Just give it time" Kyungsoo said "He is not going to react with something as simple as that"

"Hey he's coming" Namjoo mumbled as she saw Chanyeol entering the classroom. Kyungsoo suddenly leaned forward and pretended to be whispering something on her ear.

"Pretend that I'm saying something funny and laugh" he said in her ear. Namjoo wasn't really sure if that was going to work, but she decided to try it. She pretended to giggle at something he had said and Kyungsoo also laughed along. This time, she eyed Chanyeol once again and smiled when she noticed he was frowning as he stared at them.

When Kyungsoo went back to his seat, he eyed Chanyeol as well and noticed how he was talking to his friends as he stared at Namjoo. He held back his laughter. It seemed that his plan was working. Chanyeol's friends were pushing him and apparently they were trying to make him approach Namjoo, which surprised her very much.

Chanyeol rubbed the back of his neck as he walked closer. Namjoo froze in her spot when she saw him walking towards her, but tried to act cool.

"H-Hi Namjoo sshi" Chanyeol said suddenly as he took a seat next to her. She tried not to blush or to look nervous when she looked at him.

"Oh hi Chanyeol sshi" she said 

"Hum you know I noticed that you and Kyungsoo seem closer than before and I was wondering... are you two dating?" he asked suddenly and Namjoo was taken aback by the sudden question. Namjoo fought the urge to laugh. Kyungsoo's plan was actually working.

"Would there be a problem if Namjoo and I were dating?" Kyungsoo suddenly said as he stood from his seat and walked towards them. He put an arm around Namjoo and looked at him. Chanyeol's eyes widened slightly and he suddenly felt quiet nervous.

"No, not really" Chanyeol said, looking down embarrassed "I was just curious... so, are you?"

Namjoo shook her head as she elbowed Kyungsoo.

"No" she said, feeling slightly nervous. "We are just best friends"

"Oh really?" he said, suddenly looking up surprised. He smiled and Namjoo couldn't help blush. Did it mean he liked her too? "That's great!"

"Why?" Kyungsoo asked in a teasing voice and Chanyeol couldn't help but blush as well.

"Because... I was wondering if you wanted to go out with me someday, Namjoo" Chanyeol said, nervously playing with his fingers. Namjoo's eyes widened in surprised as she tried to contain her huge grin. Her heart began beating faster as she was so happy that she could jump like a little kid in that second.

"That would be... great!" she said, nervously. He looked up excited and smiled brightly.

"So, how about this saturday?" he asked happily and she nodded blushed 

"Perfect" she said and he smiled brightly once again. Kyungsoo looked at them with a victory smile. His plan had worked better than he expected. Before he went to his seat, he looked at Namjoo and mumbled something like 'told you, jealousy always works'. She only laughed at him and turned to Chanyeol once again.

"But I'm curious about something" he suddenly said shyly. "Why did it seem as if Kyungsoo was asking you out?"

Namjoo suddenly giggled and Chanyeol looked at her dumbfounded.

"Oh, that was just plan" she replied and she looked at her, still confused

"A plan for what?" he asked

"A plan to make you jealous" she replied, quiet embarrassed now. He looked at her and grinned. 

"Oh, then it worked perfectly"
