Kyuhyun panicked and Mrs Lee kept asking him to come down. She was sure that the parents were not the heartless type who went against the agreement.

Seulgi rushed over and said "Kyu! They are waiting for us at the cafeteria. They took the babies to handover to you personally"

"Ohmygod!! I thought I lost my babies!!" Kyuhyun said, with an overwhelming feeling of thankfulness.

"I told you not to panic. Come let's go and meet them" Mrs Lee gestured for Kyuhyun to start walking. She has long regarded Kyuhyun as her son too, not just a son-in-law, so she has been at ease with him.

Kyuhyun took a deep breath and touched his chest, while started walking with her "Ommonim, I really thought that I lost my babies" Kyuhyun said and and glanced appreciatively at Seulgi.

"I guess it's Japanese culture, to personally handover rather than get the hospital to do it... " Seulgi said, looking around for the family as they stepped into the cafeteria. She saw them and nudged Kyuhyun to see towards the same direction.

Mrs Lee was so thankful when she finally saw her granddaughters both cutely sleeping in a double pram. 

Earlier, Kyuhyun had told her that in her two granddaughters' birth certificates, he has to add 'Kitaoji' family name as they were born here in Kyoto to this family. He would discuss with Sungmin whether to drop the Kitaoji family name once they re-registered for Korean citizenship later in Busan. 

She smile happily as she bowed and shook hands with the family.  She bend down to soothe her two granddaughters lovingly. They have cute names, Cho-Lee A-Yeong Kitaoji, and Cho-Lee Ahnjong Kitaoji. 

Mr and Mrs Kitaoji bowed respectfully to Mrs Lee, Kyuhyun and Seulgi. Mrs Kitaoji handed over 4 bottles of milk in a chiller bag, and she kissed her babies lovingly. Kyuhyun told her that they would visit them with the twins whenever they visit Kyoto, and that he would send them the twins fotos too.

They took photos together and after Seulgi passed over the final cheque to the family's lawyer, Mr and Mrs Kitaoji singed the official handover document, which after Kyuhyun had signed, each of them kept a copy. With this, the twins officially have been handed over to Kyuhyun as the lawful father and both babies were officially his.

Kyuhyun teared when he carried and hugged each of his twins and kissed his girls. Mrs Lee cried too and patted Kyuhyun's shoulder. The twins yawn cutely, making Kyuhyun chuckled and laughed. He gently put each of them back in their pram. 

Mrs Kitaoji gave them the prams so that it would be easier for them to carry the twins. They bid farewell and bowed respectfully to Mrs Lee, Kyuhyun and Seulgi, and slowly left the cafetaria.

"Ohmygod, they are so cute!!!" Seulgi kept adoring the twins. She used Kyuhyun's phone to take photos of him with his twins, and Mrs Lee too and took videos of the twins. Kyuhyun sent the photos and videos to Sungmin and text him "Min, our daughters! Cho-Lee A-Yeong Kitaoji, and Cho-Lee Ahnjong Kitaoji. See you soon! Love you!"

Kyuhyun bought hot drinks for Mrs Lee and Seulgi, while he busied himself with what he planned to do. He took a copy of all documents using his phone, and kept the documents safely in a folder to be kept in his backpack later.  He organised the folder with his girls' birth certificates, passports and immigration clearance to be right on top so that it would be easier for him to take them out at the airport and did a final check that he has everything in order. 

Based on blood DNA, Ahnjong was Kyuhyun's biological daughter whilst A-Yeong was Sungmin's biological daughter. Ahnjong was longer in terms of measurements and really looked more like Kyuhyun while A-Yeong was shorter in length and looked more like Sungmin. 

After they had checked out, they went straight to the airport to board the plane back to Busan's Gimhae Airport. 

Sungmin texted Kyuhyun to say that Sungjin would be fetching them at Gimhae Airport, while he would wait for them at home. 

"Be careful and don't move anywhere okay. Just sit and wait for us while Jin is out" Kyuhyun replied him. It got him worried that Sungmin would be alone at home. 

"Don't worry my dear husband. I will be careful. See you all soon!" Sungmin replied him to ease his worry. 

They would be taking their flight home from Osaka Itami Airport which was a 3.5 hours flight. The immigration clearance wasn't that smooth, eventhough Kyuhyun showed them all the documentation and Seulgi has the lawyer's binding agreement. The officers wanted to see the twins and wanted to show proof that it wasn't baby trafficking. After an hour of interrogation, they finally satisfied with Kyuhyun's explanation and release them to board the plane home. 

Mrs Lee, who has been waiting inside the departure hall alone as she was cleared earlier, was so grateful when she saw Kyuhyun coming out of the immigration interview room pushing the twins pram and gave her a thumbs up, that she ran to him and hugged him.
