Kyuhyun had to think fast. He would be stuck in the traffic jam if he drove his car. Even if he called an ambulance, it would take time to reach here. He carried Sungmin to the sofa and keep talking to Sungmin to stay calm and that he will be back after getting a glass of water. Luckily for him, he was in a combat medics unit when he was serving the military, so he has some background in medical emergencies. He quickly poured a warm glass of water and ran back to Sungmin. Holding him close, he asked Sungmin to drink and relax. He kept coaxing Sungmin to breathe and it slowly paid off, Sungmin's breathe stabilised and his panic starting to disappear. 

"Kyu... I was so worried about you" Sungmin clunching Kyuhyun shirt and hugged him. 

"Heyyy baby, relax, tell me what happened. You were worrying about me?"

"I'm sorry Kyu for giving you a fright. I didn't have this panic attack for quite some time. I thought I can calmed myself but a  sudden surge of overwhelming anxiety and fear shook me and my heart pounds and i can’t breathe" Sungmin started sobbing. 

"Min, Min, calm down. I'm here now right, I'm safe. Why were you getting worried just now? I'm sorry my phone battery was flat. Were you trying to call me, and ohhhh.... was it because of the accident near my office?" Kyuhyun suddenly remembered. 

Sungmin nodded his head. "I message you that I have reached home and asked you to come home early because of the storm. You didn't reply me and there were continuous lighting and thunder and then I saw the news about the accident" Sungmin sobb again. 

Kyuhyun pull him into his arms. "I understand now. Shhhh... calm down ok. Here, drink some more water". 

It took them another half an hour before Sungmin fully recovered. He felt silly for worrying for nothing and get himself so workout. But he just couldn't stop his anxiety. Must be the lighting and thunder, Sungmin thought. He still felt lightheaded and Kyuhyun asked him to lie down while he boil water in the pot and  put in the spaghetti. 

While they ate, Kyuhyun suggested  Sungmin to message his boss telling him that he was not feeling well and he would be on medical leave the next day. Kyuhyun wanted Sungmin to rest, so that he could spend some time with Sungmin before he fly off. He decided to bring Sungmin to see a doctor that night to ensure Sungmin has some medications on hand if there is another attack, since Kyuhyun would be away till Friday.
