Donghae woke up to the sunlight streaming through the curtain-illuminated the room.  He opened his eyes but quickly closed them again and cuddled closer to ____, squeezing her body as he rested his head beside hers. She shifted to face the wall, the opposite direction with Donghae, so he pulled her by shoulder to make her faced him. She mumbled something in her sleep and hugged Donghae, her head on his chest. He smiled, pulled her closer as he slipped his hand to her back inside her shirt, her back.

“Ungg.. stop..” she mumbled and shoved his hand off her.

“Baby it’s almost 10. Wake up..” he whispered in her ear and nipped at her earlobe. Her eyes fluttered open and closed again quickly.

“Ergh..i’m tired, let me sleep.” She stretched out and rolled to another side, escaped from Donghae’s arms. He frowned and moved closer to her, hugged her stomach.

“Yeobo don’t be lazy. Come on, let’s eat breakfast outside. I don’t want you to taste Eunhyuk’s food. Get up.” He said but he himself still lying on the bed.  “____-ah, wake up..” he gently bit her shoulder and his hand moved upward to her , he cupped one of them  and squeezed it slowly. Since she didn’t wear bra when she sleeps, he could easily play with it. But  her under his palm was weird? He just couldn’t explain it in words but it just feels different than usual. But he didn’t think further about it.

“Oppa... 5 minutes..”

“Aigoo, fine, fine. I’ll shower first, or do you want to shower with me? I want to bath you..” he tempted but she grabbed his hand and pushed him away. He frowned. “Alright, alright.” He leaned down to kiss her nose before climbed off the bed, and entered the bathroom.

She was still sleeping soundly when he finished his bath. He shook his head while smiling, then exited the room and climbed downstairs. He just couldn’t believe she is there, sleeping with him last night. After days being away with her, that night is one of the most memorable night with her. He was about to open the fridge when he saw a note sticked on it.

He placed the note on the table and opened the fridge but it was empty except Kyuhyun’s pizza ( he doesn’t want to give her that) and some eggs left so he closed it again. He was planning to make a breakfast in bed for her. But an idea popped in his mind. He opened the fridge again and took two eggs and he found tomato too. He opened a drawer and took out a knife  and a chopping board. He placed them and the ingredients on the table, then he put a fry pan on the stove, pouring some oil into it.

“How do i turn it on?” stood a metre apart from the stove in a thinking position. He scarily turned the button but the fire won’t appear. He tried again but he just failed.

‘How does she do this? Aist, Even Eunhyuk can do this. Donghae, fighting!’ he said in mind

He squatted down and tried once more in full of concentration. Finally the stove was on. The oil inside the pan started to heat.

He sat down and started to stare at the tomato in his hand. He chopped it into two and began to peel the skin. His hands started to wet and wrinkled but he just kept peeling. Since tomato is mushy, it was hard to do it. He sighed in frustration.

“Jinjja, how to do this?” he put the tomato and the knife down. It was such a relief that he didn’t cut his fingers. “What’s this smell?” he wrinkled his nose as he smelled something burnt.

“OMO!” He quickly turned off the stove. The smoke could be seen so he took the pan to the sink, let it be watered but the smoke was getting more, he closed his nose and turned the water bigger. He dried the pan when the smoke is gone, and poured some oil again. He didn’t sit and chop this time, he stood in front of the stove to make sure the oil won’t be burnt for the second time. When he felt the oil is ready, he cracked the eggs. He brought the chopping board and continue chopping the tomato. He cutted it messily because the egg was almost cooked. He poured the tomato pieces into the egg, and he flipped the egg...and make it as omelette...ala Donghae.

He put the omelette on the plate and put tomato sauce on top in heart shaped, placed a fork and then he went to his room.

“Hey sleepy head, finally you’re awake. i make omelette.” He said as he entered the room. She sat up when he saw Donghae. He sat next to her and wrapped her shoulder as she leaned against his chest, he placed the plate on her lap. She started eating then.

“Is it good?” he asked.

“Not bad, a bit plain but that’s okay. Thanks, i am really hungry.”

“Oh, darn! I forgot to put salt. Mianhe yeobo-ah.” He facepalmed himself.

“It’s okay, the tomato makes it tasty. Did you wash it?”

“Aniyo. But i peeled the skin. It was so hard un-“

“You peeled the skin?! JINJJA? HAHAHA” she laughed so hard that she almost choked herself. “Aigoo, my tummy. Oppa, seriously this is the funniest thing i have ever heard from your mouth.”

“Wae? Did i do it wrong?”

“Ani.. but no one peel tomato’s skin. They wash it.”

He was embarrassed until his lips formed thin line. “Just finish that.”

“Aigoo, don’t scowl at me. You’re just funny.” She gave him a bite too. “It tastes fine, okay? Thank you Oppa.”

“Kiss me if you mean it.”  He said, pretending to be sound mad.

“You know i mean it. Don’t you believe me?”

“I believe you, aist. Just give me a kiss okay? Yeobo, you will stay here right? You won’t go back to the dorm?”

She shrugged. “Depends. Move. I have an appointment today.”

Donghae took the plate and got off the bed, gave her space to move. “Can i come?”

She turned around to stare at him for a while. “No.”

“Wae? Pleaseeee.. i have nothing to do today.” He pouted cutely. “Who are you meeting?

“No. I’m gonna accompany Hee Young to buy baby stuffs, and you, can’t go with me. You better clean the house to make me stay tonight.”

“Waeeee..I don’t want. I can help you bring your shopping bags. I...” he looked around the room, looking for some inspiration maybe? “I won’t interrupt, i won’t disturb. I swear! Come on, i haven’t been the mall for so long! Wait a minute, have i ever brought you to the mall before? “

She just stared at him weirdly, watching her husband talking to himself.

“Aist. I’m such a failed husband. I haven’t took my wife to the mall! NOT EVEN ONCE!” he said in desperation and put both his hands on his head.

She shook her head, feeling pity on him. “Fine. Prepare yourself.” She mumbled before entered the bathroom.

“JINJJA? YEAH!”

“Don’t let her carry heavy shopping bags okay? Make sure she eats her lunch. Don’t leave her alone, call me if anything happened! She could giv-“ Young soo started blabbering about his rules. He is so protective.

“Just ignore him, come on let’s go! Bye bye young i will buy something for you!” she waved from the car, pressing the button so the window slowly went upward. Youngsoo just let out a sigh but put up a smile and waved back. Donghae stepped on the gas and headed to the mall.

Hee Young was getting prettier...and her baby bump. Yeah it is so big. It’s like her body is focused on her baby, her face is glowing and.... I just couldn’t stop staring at it. How will i look if my stomach is as big as hers?  Has she ever felt her baby kicked her? Does Youngsoo ever felt it too? They married after me but they will have a baby soon...while me? Got a miscarriage. Nice.

“Thank you so much for going with me today! Well, i already have some baby stuffs at home but i just want to shop more! My hands are itching whenever i see them. And Sorry for Youngsoo. He’s just so noisy and annoying.”

“It’s okay. Husbands are like that to their preggie wife.” i mumbled sadly and formed a bitter smile. ‘It’s okay, Donghae was like that too when i was pregnant. It is normal..’i wanted to say. Donghae grabbed my hand and squeezed it, giving me a warm smile.

“Ugh, the baby kicked! Naughty baby, don’t kick Omma.” I heard Hee Young muttured to her belly while caressed it.

I was feeling jealous inside. How i want to feel the kick of my own baby. But here i am, with flat stomach. I want to have a baby inside me. Why aren’t i pregnant? How many times do i and Donghae have to me knocked up? I squeezed Oppa’s hand back.

“Hee Young-ah, do you have any idea about your baby’s ?” Donghae started to start a conversation.

“Ouch... it hurts...” she moaned again. Maybe the baby kicked her again?

I turned my body around to look at her, “Are you okay? Hee Young-ah-“ her face showed nothing but pain, she was clutching her purse tightly. “Hee Young, gwenchana? OMO! Oppa! STOP THE CAR!” yelled in horror. There was water streaming down her legs. She moaned in pain. NO!

“Wae?! Hee Young, are you okay?!” Donghae also panicked.

“Hee Young, inhale..exhale! Come on, please hold it for a while. OPPA! She is going to give birth. Her water bag broke! Eottoke! Don’t go straight, turn left! TURN LEFT!” I pointed at the left direction.

“Aaargh...” Hee Young cried out once more. Please you can do this!

“OH MY GODNESS!” Donghae stepped the brake forcefully so i almost banged my front. He looked at Hee Young too. His eyes widened and his mouth was formed a big ‘0’

“No, grab my hand. Control your breath, you can do this. Oppa, what are you doing? GO TO HOSPITAL, NOW!!!” I screamed. Jeez Donghae, this is not the right time to blank! He changed the gear in panic. Hee Young squeezed my hand so hard but i held my moan.

“EXHALE...INHALEE...” I command, her other hand clutched her dress now.  “DRIVE FASTER!”

“YE! YE! WE ARE ALMOST THERE!” Donghae shouted too. He glanced at Hee Young once more, and i think he saw her pain expression. “OH MY GOD! AAAAKKK!!!” He yelled in pain as HeeYoung grabbed his hair. His head was thrown back forcefully but he kept driving. He horned the cars in front, and he stepped the gas until we moved so fast.

"____!! _____!!" he screamed my name. I wanted to help him but i have no hand.

"OPPA, DRIVE FASTER!" is all i can tell to him...

“ I CAN’T DO THIS ANYMORE........IT HURTS!!!” Hee Young cried. “CALL YOUNGSOO!!!! CALL HIM!!!!”

I quickly fished out my phone with my free trembled hand, and because i was trembling, my phone fell on my lap. This is so tense. I was scared. I pressed Young’s number and put the phone on speaker.

“Yobus-“

I cut him, “YOUR WIFE! THIS IS EMERGENCY! GO TO XXXXX HOSPITAL NEAR HANNAMDONG! YAH! OPPA, TURN RIGHT! THAT’S THE HOSPITAL! QUICK!” i yelled to Donghae too. He turned sharply and soon we reached the hospital. Donghae’s hair was still in her hand, while she was still squeezing mine. Donghae made a long horn to call for nurse’s help.

“YOUNG!!!!” Hee Young screamed next to my ear. The blood was getting much more and her breath was harsh and short. I ended the call.

It was happening so fast....

The nurses rushed to the car..

the door was opened...

and the next thing that i knew is HeeYoung is being carried out from the car...

mianhae i didn't know that if women's bout to give birth, water comes out...i thought it was blood x(
