Recap from part I:
***Victoria awoke in the hospital after a miscarriage and returns back to her apartment to say goodbye to her two good friends who she discovers dead
***Chief Kang and Detective Lee Donghae are called onto sight
***Victoria refuses to tell Donghae where she was the night before and he has no choice but to look further into her personal life only to find that she's lied
***Victoria leaves Incheon and moves to Seoul to start her new job, but to her luck the annoying detective has followed her
***Donghae moves into Seoul to keep an eye on Victoria and they get closer after someone tampers wtih her brakes
***When Donghae realizes that she's being stalked his concern grows over her as well as his feelings
***Jung Hee Sun, Eunhyuk's step sister, gets in the way of their relationship when she suddenly gets pregnant by a stranger
***Through a few conflicts, Donghae gives in to Jung Hee Sun's needs and leaves Victoria who is later protected by Eunhyuk
***When the two reconcile, Victoria's problems has not yet ended
***Donghae dwells further into her past to find out she has hidden a mysterious secret from him
***Victoria goes missing after he returns, but is found inside a home tucked inside a freezer
***Donghae is attacked by Ren Gei who is later jailed
***And we stop where Donghae proposes to Victoria

Yuri - Changmin's friend who lives with him like a sister and who is also a cop in the city
Nana - a troubled girl who is after the man who murdered her brother.

Synopsis:
Donghae and Victoria who are now married live happily together with his uncle underneath one roof. Both still continue their daily jobs, but one night Donghae goes missing with Chief Kang and are declared dead by the police. Victoria is on the verge of breakdown and because she is the only one home she has no one to comfort her at the moment. After Victoria discovers that she's pregnant she receives a strange call from Donghae telling her to run out of the house, but only the call has come too late. Victoria is abducted that night, but escapes when her abducters get into a fight amongst themselves. However, no where is safe. Even Changmin who has followed and tracked her down cannot guarantee her safety. As Donghae and Victoria both find their ways to each other, they are faced with dangerous outside forces. Ren Gei who has escaped from jail is now after Victoria, and Donghae who has associated himself with the troubled Nana finds himself facing bullets from all sides. Drama envelopes between Donghae and Victoria once again, will they be able to remember the reason why they started their journey together?
