Gikwang’s POV
It felt like the most perfect moment I had ever experienced. I hadn’t gone through much of my life. But so far, this felt better than almost kissing Miu, and holding her. She tightly held onto my waist as we cycled around, I looked back once, to see her gently resting her on me and smiling. I wanted to giggle, but instead I blushed, and I smiled widely. I took a turn about three times because I didn’t want it to end, I took two long cuts, but at some point, we had to arrive. I stopped the bike and I feel her head lift and her arms release. ‘we’re here’ I announced as I hopped off, she did too. Luckily, she hadn’t noticed my jaw yet, because it wasn’t quite visible yet… Yet.
‘Where are we?’ She says walking towards the small café I let us to. It was in a place that looked like a forrest, yet on a street. It was full of pastel colours, and the waiters dressed in an old antique way, which made it special to stay in. I’d never been there before, and when I had nobody at all, I told myself I’d bring a girl here, the first girl I would like, or my first friend. I look at her, and the look in her eyes was unexplainable, she was happy too. ‘it’s a little…ice cream café’ I said, not exactly knowing what it was either. ‘It’s so cute’ she mutters and walks inside. It was full of little tables everywhere, and straight away we were greeted by a cheery waiter, who misunderstood us for a couple.
I didn’t tell Miu, because I liked that we looked like a couple. I wish we really were. I smiled at the thought of it. ‘What are you smiling at?’ she asks, smiling herself. My smile only grew wider seeing how pretty and happy she looked. ‘N-no reason’ I answered shyly. We sat down and her face is covered by the menu that she keeps turning pages of. ‘There’s so many things…it all looks...so GOOD, I don’t know what to order!’ she says uncalmed, and she really sounds stressed. ‘Order anything you want’ I said laughing looking into the menu too. I was sitting next to her, not across her, and when I put my hand on it, I didn’t realize…I put my hand on hers. I quickly shifted my face and eyes to her, she looks at me with a worried yet curious expression. I gulp when the waitress interrupts
‘Can I get your order?’ She asks. I flinch and she does too, we immediately look away awkwardly as she picks any random ice cream off the menu. ‘I’ll have…this one’ she says picking, the waitress nods. ‘And you?’ She asks me with the pen and notepad. ‘I-I’ll have that too’ I say nervously, my cheeks are getting red again…damn it!! Why does this always happen to me? Miu is suddenly sitting across me, I probably scared her off again…ugh. With a not too short or awkward conversations, our ice creams arrive. ‘This is so good’ she says. I dig into mine, and it is pretty good. ‘Gikwang’ she says, I look up at her and she looks so cute, with her little spoon in . ‘You HAVE to try this’ she says taking a spoon ful

‘SHH! Just try it’ she says and aims the spoon towards my mouth. She looks so concentrated yet to smiley and cheerful. I’ve never been so happy, or seen her in such a lightened way, and I was so honourd I was the person to be with her when she was like this. I open my mouth and start to laugh, because the way she really wanted me to try it was cute. She puts it in my mouth and slips the spoon out. It’s when I’m tasting it that I realize I ordered the exact same ice cream as her, and she knew it. HOLY…MIU WANTED TO FEED ME. I laugh nervously while my cheeks start to get hot, I realize that she stares at me, at my mouth. ‘Gikwang, you…’ she says and pulls her hand out. My eyes widen to what I think she’s about to do, she pokes her tongue out of , and it peeks through her lips, I’m left staring at her when I look into her eyes, and her hand touches my face. Her thumb rises up to my lips, and gently wipes a tiny dab of ice cream, on my lower lip. This feeling. It gave me chills all down my back and butterflies in my stomach, of course my heart was racing crazily, and I was as red as a tomato. She softly brushes her hand off my face and goes back to her ice cream, to her it was completely normal. To me it was the nicest thing that anyone has ever done for me. ‘Wow…’ I whisper to myself, staring into space, still feeling the spot she touched.
‘What?’ she asks eating more.
‘N-nothing’
